Constantly disconnecting during online multiplayer
Bugs I've been experiencing since the June update. Constant disconnections during online or multiplayer events. This occurs in any part of the weekend, practice, quali or race and will occur on or off track. Usually preceded by a connecting to online services prompt at the top left of screen or chat disconnected prompt. This make playing online pointless as the screen will turn black while the game runs in the background totalling your car, lap, race etc. when it reconnects properly you've been dumped into the lobby and none of the human players are there anymore. Hope you can find a resolve as I was loving the game up untill the last update. Thanks and all the very best, Ross
Game Crashes PC, Black Screen.
While playing game keeps crushing PC! I’ve tried everything (DDU, clean install, HAGS off, DX11, reset configs, overlays off, Windows updated) and F1 24 still crashes my PC completely after launch. Please escalate this issue. It is on F1 24 but also F1 25. It’s unacceptable that the game is unplayable despite all troubleshooting steps.
F1 25 Crashes After 20–90 Minutes
Platform: PC Purchase Source: Steam EA App Linked: Yes Wheel Used: Logitech G920 I’ve been experiencing consistent crashes in F1 25 (PC). The game runs fine for 20 to 90 minutes, then crashes silently to desktop. After every crash, verifying game files in Steam causes the same 3 files (~31 MB) to redownload, regardless of how many times I reinstall. Here is what I’ve already tried: Full reinstall of F1 25 via Steam Full uninstall/reinstall of EA Anti-Cheat via C:\Program Files\EA\AC Deleted all folders related to the game: Steam install directory, Documents\My Games\F1 25, and AppData\Local Disabled all overlays (Steam, Discord, GeForce Experience, Logitech G HUB) Verified RAM with MemTest and SSD health with CrystalDiskInfo (98% health) Disabled Steam Cloud Tried launching the game on a new Windows user profile Confirmed that EA Anti-Cheat is corrupting files on runtime (Steam detects the same 3 corrupted files after launch every time) I also tried bypassing EA Anti-Cheat for offline testing, but the Steam version will not launch without it. I spoke to a live operator who suggested fixes I had already tried, plus other community solutions, but the problem persists. I would kindly request an EA app key to play the game from the EA app, since this issue affects many players using Steam. If that is not possible, a refund would be appreciated, although I would prefer to keep playing the game because it is very good. Thank you.
Game Crash Randomly while using VR Steam/EA
My Game keeps crashing. This could be in Menu, Loadingscreen, Pit or while driving. The Game just freeze for few seconds, after that it's crashing without any error. This happens mostly at the first round on track. 1-2 times i could drive 4-5 Rounds No Overheating or max usage somewhere else. VR Runs with HP Reverb G2 on 100% resolution smoothly like never else (90fps constantly) I tried without Vr as Well, maybe i was "lucky" but i did not run into a crash after ~20 Minutes of playing. Launcher: Ea and Steam Launcher Hardware: 9900x RTX 5080 Astral 32GB RAM 850W Powersupply (No OC until "XMP" Profile selected in Bios) What i did: - Update any Driver (GPU, Mainboard) Bios MB, Bios GPU, VC++, Windows 10 incl. optional - Reinstall: SteamVr (with deleting the Files in Appdata), Windows Mixed Reality, WMR for Steam, VR Headset (manually uninstalled drivers) - lower steamvr resolution to 70% - Lower ingame Resolution and turned off any "special" Settings - Run with VSync (normally without) - Run in Fullscreen / Windows Mode - Start everything as Administrator - Start with Compatiblity mode (win 7 and 8) - Used different Ports for VR Headset, replugged every cable. - probably alot more i dont remeber right now. What i gonna try: - DDU for uninstall GPU driver + reinstall (already did after changing GPU from 3080 ti to 5080 - deactivate Steam VR Home - Gonna try F1 23 as well, i did not play it for a while. If a NVIDIA driver or something else causing the Issue, i could have some Problems in other Games as well. I dont think so, because i played other VR Games without problems (1-2 Weeks ago) - Maybe i gonna try again in non-VR Mode for a longer duration. Optional Information: I do have an old Oculus Rift (with sensors) as well. Depending of what happens after "what i gonna try", i will try this headset as well. -> this would be only for sharing more information for fixing the problem. Ok so my game crashes in VR mode as the title says. It's usually when I'm going from a big screen view to actual VR mode. Also sometimes on startup it will crash as well. What usually happens is that the game will freeze and SteamVR will have a critical error and ask to restart or quit, after a few seconds it closes the game. Usually right before the crash there is a loading SteamVR icon at the bottom right corner of the screen before it crashes. PC Specs: Ryzen 7 5700X, RTX 4060, 32GB RAM, Standard link cable, medium graphics settings I know that I am not the only one with this issue as I have seen people on other platforms (Reddit) with this exact issue. I also have F1 22 and when i tired using that in VR mode it does the exact same thing as F1 25. What I tried: Different GPU drivers Different Games (F1 22) Reinstall Meta, Steam, SteamVR and F1 25 I also noted that my usage is only around 75-80% (GPU). Please help as this error makes it demotivating to race longer races or to even play the game at all (don't have a monitor for my sim rig yet so stuck with VR). If you know a fix please leave a comment because this is becoming very annoying.Stuck on Splash Screen
I need assistance. I have tried everything under the sun. Installed and uninstalled, did a repair of anti cheat.Uninstalled the game and installed it again. Run the game as administrator. Start pc on secure boot. Uninstall Asus armory create any addressable rgb software. Disabled all in game overlays. Uninstalled discord. Disconnect gaming mouse with the addressable hotkeys A total of 96 min spent without even starting the actual gamerace director crashing
so i just had a league race and got pushed of track resulting in me getting a penalty. To get the penalty removed because it wasnt rightfully given i needed race director. I tried to get it immedietly after the race and my game crashed. I ask if other people could grab it and their games crashed too. Now there is probably no chance of me winning cause the stupid game crashed. Please fix cause i dont want this to happen to me or anyone else again
