Makeup section grayed out for toddlers
Like the title states, after the latest update the makeup section is grayed out for toddlers only. It wasn’t like this prior to the latest update. I use mods and cc and the makeup section is how I apply eyes, eyelashes, and natural lip colors to my toddler sims. All of my mods have been updated for the latest patch. Anyone else have this issue? If so, how did you fix it? The pictures below showcase the makeup section not working for toddlers but working just fine for infants.
Sweet Allure not so sweet. Just recycled CAS items from other packs
HOW is this acceptable? I know this creator rehashes and re-does this on their website/patreon, but I never thought you'd even allow something like this to let a creator frankenmesh clothing. It's not enough we have this happen in packs with objects and other CAS items, but now it's acceptable with creator packs? A CAS focused kit that one thinks is bringing some new and unique pieces but in reality they don't. Players paying real money for this official content when they can get this for free from the same CC creator that frankenmesh clothing with being a patreon or not. There is such a huge skill gap in comparison to other creators that make their own items. Examples? Dream home decorator top. Even the textures themselves are the same. Sleeves for the top is also from Crystal Creations that another user pointed out for me. Sweet Allure shirt on the left with the base game cardigan on the right and below Perfect Patio stuff shirt. Sweet allure high-waisted pants and Love Struck jeans. It's all so blatantly obvious in a in your face way it's such so disappointing. Is ANYTHING in this pack even original? Would not have had bought this otherwise. It's not acceptable for players to be getting this. How can I trust buying anything from this company anymore? It's literally gotten to a breaking point where these shady practices just don't fly. Indefinitely not buying anything anymore until this is rectified. Do better with this.
No hair, black hole
Got all sims 4 packs, currently playing with university but everything is installed. No mods or CC used, as I just don't trust the internet. Random sim in university, always the same sim, sometimes shows up with no hair and a black hole in her head. Seems to happen when she is part of a university activity but not when she is wearing her normal cloths. Will attach a CAS image of the sim and an image of how she looks in game when the bug is happening.
Hair/Eye Color Reverts After Copying Outfits to Other Categories
When I change a Sim's appearance—such as hair color, eye color—in the "Face" category of CAS (Create-a-Sim), the changes do not persist after copying outfits to other categories. For example, if I change my Sim's hair color from brown to blonde and then go to select an outfit, using the "Copy Outfit to Other Categories" option causes the Sim's hair to revert back to the original color (brown in this case).
Sims turn completely Black after Customization
I was worried this would happen as soon as they said tattoos could be customized. When I save a sim that's had anything done to them in paint mode, if I drop them in CAS again the skin or fur turns completely black and is unable to be corrected. This happens with pets and their fur and werewolves and their fur. I've asked for this bug to be fixed before, and there was never a solution. And now it's affecting sims with custom tattoos too. Certain hairstyle become short
I have noticed some of my sims going bald. When i'm entering with then to the cas, its fixing it but still.. i have to make it with which of them?... Played Sim creates new outfits
My sims is randomizing a new outfit after showering. I can delete it in "plan an outfit" but it keeps making new outfits each shower. Photos/Paintings turning black (1.102.190/1.82)
My pictures are black after I load back into my game on console. There is NO way to recover them other than loading a backup. Even if Maxis fixes the bug that they disappear you will not have them back as the information is just not there anymore. They should stay save that way although there are also mixed reports for those After you took pictures you really care about, save your game. To me it looks like that the pictures aren't properly saved to your game if you click save & Exit. Click save first, then exit without saving.
