Short dirty nail swatch causing Sim to look metallic
The new short dirty nails from the July 1st update cause visual glitches with my sims. Video and photo attached showing what exactly happens. I'm on PS5 with no mods. Please do something about #mccc_include in the Gallery
Every time I check The Sims 4 Gallery, the comment section of popular sim content is always flooded with "#mccc_include". Even though some people explain that this tag won't work here, people still spam this. I knew that these issues had existed for many years, and a lot of people had complained there. But the number of people who misunderstand is many more. The mod itself already explains that posting #mccc_include in the comment section isn't the right way to use it. So, it would be better if The Sims Team did something to protect the Gallery or make this place better. "#mccc_include" comment should be treated like "SPAM". Because it doesn't have any worth to stay there without context. If the game can have hard-censorship like how it prevents the surname "Yama**bleep**a" because of some silly reason (can't mention here but people might know), or you can clean offensive content. Can you do something to clean the spamming comments there, too? However, I realized later that the game can't ban this tag for the whole, because people can't use this tag in the description. Ahh, it may be harder than I thought. I just want to clean "mccc_include" in the comment section. ---- This doesn't affect the gameplay, and I can ignore this. But it would be better if the gallery were cleaned from having spam like this.
Heterochromia
We already have the UI with cats and dogs, but there's no way there's all these other things, but my sims still can't have heterochromia? I have two different color eyes myself, and making my sims is just kinda eh, I feel like if there's vitiligo, stretch marks, moles, soon to be tattoo layering, ect. There should be heterochromia especially since the UI is already in the game.
Photos/Paintings turning black/blank (1.102.190/1.82)
My pictures are black after I load back into my game on console. There is NO way to recover them other than loading a backup. Even if Maxis fixes the bug that they disappear you will not have them back as the information is just not there anymore. To me it looks like that the pictures aren't properly saved to your game if you click save & Exit. Click save first, then exit without saving.
In CAS changed Occults still shows occult behavior from previous occult
Hello, I downloaded a sim off of the gallery who was a werewolf. I did not want to play with a werewolf so i removed the occult type and made her human. however, in game she still sniffs the air and itches herself and has the little wolf icon things pop up even though shes not a werewolf. this is after having b&h installed Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title fit migrated bug report: [W] In CAS changed Werewolf still shows werewolf behavior/glow/animations/.. | EA Forums - 11683994 Archived thread had around 4 me toos EDIT by crinrict: Adjusted title further as it seems to affect changing any Sim from one occult to something else. Also removed pack tags as too many packs are affected.
[HSY] Hair grows even though it's disabled
Brand new test The Sims 4 folder. No mods. No CC. I made a new random sim. Made sure to uncheck hair growth in CAS because this is a test game and I wasn't interested in such details. Just wanted a plain uncomplicated Sim. However hair growth keesp re-enabling itself. At first I thought it was an oversight on my part, but I've now edited my Sim in CAS twice and each time it re-enables itself. [EBN] Skin tone changed after becoming a fairy
My sim was originally had a dark skin tone, but once she turned into a fairy her skin tone changed and it's only relative to her fairy form. Her eye color, hair color and hairstyle also changed. I went into CAS and that solved the problem but it's frustrating Edit By Crinrict: Added pack tag to title.
random nudity
My adult sims, never the teen or children, will suddenly go nude. They will walk around the house nude in front of the kids. They like to sunbathe nude, again in front of the kids. They also like to sleep nude and if the infant cries, will get up and tend the infant nude. I'm not a prude but this is too much. I'm not a nudist and would prefer to be able to choose if I wanted that as part of my gameplay. It's only appeared after the latest update. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted thread tags
