What do you want to see on the marketplace?
Now admittingly I do have mixed feelings about the marketplace but I am a console player. And I do not have acess to mods like I do on the PC. So if I see something that I really want I will be getting it. Now I am aware of the restrictions of everything being base game applicable, but all things considered these aren't restricted to their packs and should be fully usable on base game sims. CAS Antennae- this could be under the hat category or the new head decoration category. It should be available for sims infant and up and have diffrent shapes, lengths designs and colors. This would be good for a quirky sim as some sort of headband hidden under hair, and if you have get to work it is PERFECT for alien sims, or really any fantasy sim you want to add Horns and antlers- once again perfect for the head decoration category, you could easily give these to your base game sims to add a bit of spice. Or fancy up the plant sims to make them more nature themed. Or it could be for a kids Halloween costume. They would also go great with the enchanted by nature and get to work pack Tails- maybe your child's a furry maybe theyre a werewolf growing into themselves. Honestly I hate that werewolves are tailess, it looks sad and depressing and EA should have at least GIVEN us the option of a tail. Unique ears- fantasy ears are fun what can I say. Having unique non human ears for diffrent animals or diffrent types of elf ears instead of the pointy ones would be pretty cool. I know the furry sims players out there would appreciate Infant clothing- as the newest life stage infants are still very lacking in some outfits. Id love to see more styles for each category of outfit for the infants as well as new hairs Better lashes- the Sims 4 lashes are very....blocky, there are so many cute maxis match lashes that look adorable while keeping the more cartoons style,id love a little inexpensive set with some diffrent styles and diffrent colors More male hairs- our boys have been neglected in the hair department and there are many gorgeous male cc hairs out there Heterocromia- some sort of scar or skin overlay that allows for your sim to have heterochromia More eye colors- hopefully some of those really beautiful eye cc start coming in, it would be amazing to see on some of these sims Sin overlays- there are some stunning skin overlays that really bring life to a sim and make them so beautiful. It'd be lovely to see Although jewlery- more out there alt jewlery. Cool face piercings, or even stuff like belly piercings would be cool to see More hats- the hats we have in game are kind of lacking. Id love to see more alternative or styled hats that fit diffrent genres of clothing Alt hair- more alternative hair styles like wolfcuts, scene hairs, dyed hairs, funky styles, Mohawk, rocker styles ect. More black hairstlyes- black hairstyles, especially woman's are gorgeous and id love to see more of the amazing unique styles Male clothing- we need better lame clothing my goodness, diffrent styles and genres please we are LACKING BB more pop culture posters- like posters of popular famous sims, in-game shows, maybe alien themed posters or fantasy poster More clutter and decorations for each room, I want the house to feel lived in Uhhhhhhhhh Im not really big on bb ngl So yeah thats my list im curious what others would be willing to buy from the marketplace if it was added. I have been giving some of my pre set sims a makeover, no modes used just straight up traits and clothes. CAS cheat was used. when loading back in for the first time the sim changed and stayed that way. then i loaded into a new lot and they changed back. i had to load back into CAS multiple times for it to register the change. this is now a regular occurrence with each time i visit that sims lot or visit or move lots with that sim.
Enchanted By Nature WILL NOT work no matter what I do.
Playing on Mac / Sequoia 15.6 Purchased the pack during the spring sale. It shows as "downloaded" in the "Manage Add-Ons" menu in the EA app, and I receive pop-ups about the skills when I load the game, but NONE of the pack content shows up in CAS, and only a FEW times in this hours-long journey has Iniscreen shown up—greyed out and inaccessible as "not downloaded yet", mind—in the world select menu. I have tried: Hitting 'Repair' more times than I can count. Deleting all of my mods/CC + disabling mods/CC in the in-game menu. Deleting ALL of my saves. Doing App Recovery in the EA app. Deleting 'options.ini' + 'localthumbcache.package' in the documents folder. Uninstalling + re-installing the entire game (ALL expansion packs + game packs) twice. And the fruits of my labor, after all of that? Still not able to access any pack content in CAS, and Iniscreen has completely disappeared from the world select menu again. Needless to say this is a VERY poor user experience and I am EXTREMELY frustrated.
[GALLERY] Default sort order changed to most popular
After the March 17 patch, I logged into my personal gallery page. The images show in download order, rather than newest. That means unless a user knows to look beyond the front page, they won't see my newest creations. I've tried resetting it several times, and it keeps going back to downloads order. When I shift-click on a sim to Modify in CAS and there’s a pet in the household, it completely breaks not only CAS, but the entire game and I have to force close it even if I manage to exit CAS. I cannot modify the pet(s) in a household this way whatsoever, and upon clicking on a pet cannot edit any other sims or do anything in CAS. If I manage to exit CAS, I can pause my game but from there I cannot Save or Save and Exit. And while we’re here, there’s still the bug where if you click on Modify in CAS on a sim outside of your current household, if there is a pet in their family the animal breed name will disappear and cannot be filled in unless you’re in CAS.fulleditmode, which prevents you from actually saving your modifications before exiting CAS. In short, shift-click “Modify in CAS” is just completely broken if there is a pet in the household, even the current played household.
[AA] Park Worker: Level 7 career unlock only for males
I don't use Mods/CC in my game. The Park worker career offers a reward item (necklace/locked) at level 7. Unfortunately, this is only available in CAS for male and not for female, which can't be the intention. Below is the image for male. if yall want some money add an expansion back with baseball fields and basketball courts and etc . give the kids an option to play sports between softball, cheer, basketball, baseball , etc . it would be really cool and even a cool job idea as the sims can add their own version of the NBA / NFL and have professional sports players
gallery issues
I haven't been able to find if anyone else is having this issue but my gallery is missing all my recent saves (I see saves listed at the top from 2022). And households and builds aren't saving either. If anyone else have been having the issue, have you figured out a fix for it? Thank you.
