Sims 4 James Cameron AVATAR Expansion Pack Idea!
After EA Released the Star Wars Expansion Pack it got me thinking and I thought how amazing an AVATAR themed Expansion Pack would be! With the success of the first and then second movie more recently, and now the announcement of the 3 instalment of the series coming next year, I can imagine this would be widely enjoyed by many simmers! 😁 NAVI SIDE OF THE PACK WOULD INCLUDE: There would be a new sim type - Na'vi. Tall Sims with Animated Tails And a long braid (a queue) They would maybe have special unique to them abilities and and appearance options in CAS (new slider options?). New Hairstyles and tribal themed clothing like ornate colourful waistcloths (loincloths) and jewellery. New Skin tones and skin details and eye colours (bioluminescence body details & stripes). New Body Pre-sets. New World, Pandora, To Explore (maybe with exploration elements seen in the Jungle Adventure Pack as well as compatibility with Eco Living so polluted areas require some action). New Build/Buy Items, New unique plants and trees with bioluminescence) . New Build/Buy furniture (eg. beds & Chairs) to accommodate only tall Na'vi sims. There could be new animal options that tie in with the Dogs & and Cats Pack Like Viper wolves as pets or Dire Horses available if the player has the Horse Ranch Expansion Pack. Option of having a pet ikran in the household if flying mount is even compatible with sims 4 gameplay. New Skills, Maybe archery, Spear fishing, Weaving. Ability to join a tribe (like social clubs/werewolf packs). New greetings option (the 'I see You' gesture - as seen in the movies). New Instruments (wooden flutes, drums). Pandoran native crops and fruit to grow with the gardening skill. New food recipes. Maybe a new male and female voice for the Na'vi sim. HUMAN SIDE OF THE PACK WOULD INCLUDE: Ability to create and edit an Avatar In CAS for a Human Sim. Link Bed to connect a human sim with an avatar body. Upgradeable options to make the Link Bed less glitchy and to break less often. New RDA themed clothes and accessories. New RDA Career Path. New Skills Such as Flora and Fauna Research. New Scanner item to scan flora and a research book UI to view learned plants and trees. New furniture, decorations, and build mode items, RDA Station/Bunker themed possibly. New 'Friend Of Pandora' Unlockable Trait, possibly earned if human sim explores Pandora and interacts with animals and befriends Na'vi. It could tie in with Eco Living so when all areas are not polluted the reward trait is earned. Maybe sims is permanently able to switch to avatar body is relationship with Na'vi is high enough and trait is earned. Area of the world is an RDA Base and another area is a Clan village. Maybe you have to travel to Pandora (like with Batuu). If anyone has any more ideas I'd love to hear them! This is something I would absolutely LOVE for EA to make and I'm sure there are more simmers out there that would agree (especially from all the Avatar CC I see online more and more recently) Lets push this idea and get who knows, maybe we might get EA's attention 😄753Views2likes2CommentsCAS is ruining me 😭
I can’t create a sims without crashing the entire game. It happens EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I haven’t played in over a year cause I can’t get around this problem. Here are the specifics: - Macbook 2019 - Sequoia 15.7.3 - Processor 1,4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core I - Graphics Intel Iris Plus Graphics 645 1536 MB - Memory 8GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3 - Playing with the EA app - No CC - Lowest game settings possible I've tried playing with just the base game, tried offline, upside down, underwater. NOTHING WORKS. As soon as I enter CAS, the game crashes. Am I doomed? Is it my computer? Please help. I just want to play this game again 😭13Views0likes1CommentMuscle level create dip on male sim's neck.
This is a very old bug. I have notice that years and years ago but never felt like searching for the main problem, but I finally found why this is happening! When you have a muscular sim, there is a dip that is created at the base of the neck of male sims. I did not test on female, but I could try and update. When the muscle level is low, the sims neck is nicely shape, curved, like normal and when the muscle level get higher, the dip start to accentuate and it does look like their head is disconnected to their neck. I tried with large neck to see if that would solve the visual, but no. I play on pc, no mod, no cc and game up to date. As you can see in the pictures, there is a difference between the 3 first one, which has the muscle to max level, and the last one, with zero muscle. Unfortunately when our sims are muscular, since it create a dip, the base of many hairs look distorted and weird, and I never understood why, until years ago I check the neck. Now after tests, I know the muscle level is responsible. What I expect, sims able to be muscular/fat and not having trouble with neck difformation on male sims. I want a nice neck line. Thank you!5Views0likes0CommentsMuscle level create dip on male sim's neck.

Hello, recently I decided to tackle some problem linked to the muscle level of our male sims. For this thread this is about the hair that came with Lovestruck. When a sim has the muscle level high, it create a spike on that hair. It seems to be affected only by the muscle level, as I tried the fat level, and does nothing, but when muscle and fat are both high, it seems to just enhanced a little bit the spike. What i want to see is this hair, without the spike problem, when my sims is muscular and/or fat. Thank you! I play on pc, no mod, no cc, game up to date.8Views0likes0Commentshow do i fix this disappearing face bug

I've just started a new save, creating the first Sim in my household. I selected the "Country Belle" styled look as the base for her party outfit, then attempted to add a watch from the bracelets menu. When I added the watch, it suddenly broke the shirt and skirt graphics; the shirt became untucked, covering part of the top of the skirt, but the shape of the belt from the skirt was still visible through the shirt. I tested with a few other bracelets as well. Unsure if the issue is with the skirt, the shirt, or both. I've got a video which I will attach below, as well as photos of both the skirt and shirt in the menu so you can see which ones they are. Both shirt and skirt are from Horse Ranch, unsure if that matters. This is the first sim in my household, it is a woman, elder life stage, feminine frame and clothing preference. I'll attach an image that shows which body type I used as her base, as well as the attribute sliders; I've not manually adjusted anything about her body shape. And just to be clear, I know that bracelets and watches are not actually displayed with this shirt selected, but I prefer to have my sims wear their bracelet and/or watch anyway, just like I have them wear socks even though they're rarely seen. IRL you'd still wear them, so these sims would too. Unfortunately unless this can get fixed (preferably retroactively, idk how CAS bug fixes work though) I will have to have her forego her watch on this outfit. I have all main DLCs except MWS, and most of the Kits DLCs. On PS4, so never used mods. Idk if it matters, but my console is the original PS4 Pro, the 2TB version from before they upgraded both versions of the console, and it's from 2018. My game is the latest version, I'm unable to check the actual number at the moment. I have no save to share, as I've only just started this one and havent made it past the first sim in the household (btw, yall really need to make the My Story stuff save to a sim so they can be loaded back in from the gallery so we're not stuck sitting on the CAS screen for days irl just because it takes a while to finish creating a household).5Views0likes0CommentsMakeup assets not tagged for cold/warm outfits
I purchased Essential Glam Kit, but when I try to set up outfits for hot and cold weather, Essential Glam Kit disappears. It's a pain to have to turn off the filter every time I want to use this kit for summer and winter outfits. It's a great kit, so I hope they improve it so I can use it all year round.
