Hey gang, I'm back again. LOL 🤣 I have stupid questions. Do anyone have full lists of house lots and community lots with size and with community lots I would need something added to like example: Verona County Fire Dept 30x20 ( fire station). Because I'm writing the lists on my notebook for me to create a world I'm doing. I need mostly from Sims 3 stores. I have couples of houses from Sims 3 stores. Just don't remember name and lot size. I already got all community lots and house lots lists and size lots just I don't have from Sims 3 stores. Thank you for advance. 😀🥰 Here picture as an example:

...who find it difficult to make a New Sim? 😎 I'm starting a new Challenge, just for myself. I wanted a new Sim. So I opened CAS and picked the first one. Naw, Not interested. :( I checked my Saved Sims and found one from years ago the game generated and I edited. He's cute. 😄 I wanted a Female. After editing the face and checking back to male, it was too bland if she has sons. :( Back to random! I edited her to make something new and ended up with nearly the same FACE I always make. 🤭 Random, random, random... No, no, no. So, why not my favorite Sim just edited a bit more. Fine! The same Sim I've enjoyed playing for years - slightly edited. Until 😺 In Game! (my computer isn't great) I laughed because she looks so surprised. Not the Sim for me. 🤔 Back to my favorite. Meet Ainsley. Don't ya love the view? A Rags2Richs on the beach start. I noticed the rules don't prohibit going to University nor going into the future Such easy money into the future... But NO. You're going to fish, Girl. You're going to struggle a bit. Do you find it has hard to get a new Sim as I do? 💖💚 *Since I see so many Adorable Sims posted, I guess I'm in a small group of Simmers. 🤳
Need Room for Rotational Play in Sunset Valley
I realize that not many people play the Sims 3 rotationally. At least, not many people document that type of gameplay online the way they do for the Sims 2, but I'm planning quite a big undertaking in my own personal game. I have added several families (including plans for new businesses / community lots) to Sunset Valley and plan to play them all in rotation Sims 2 style using NRAAS and other mods. However, I need room for the extra families and the expansion of descendants over time, and unfortunately there's no option to add more space via subhoods like there is in Sims 2. All that to say, does anyone have ideas / techniques (probably using create a world to modify the map I guess?) to expand Sunset Valley with more residential lots in a way that feels organic and keeps most of the premade houses intact? P.S. ~ I know it might sound like if I like Sims 2 style rotational play then I would be better off playing that game, but I love so many things about the Sims 3 like the traits, customization, and open world detail, so I feel like I could better tell my sims' stories the way I want in that game, even if it takes some tweaking to get it working the way I need it to.
Worlds You Can't Live Without
First off, I feel like a thread like this needs to be stickied at the top of this subforum. This is clearly the main Sims forum now, so this needs to be easily accessible. Paging @SimGuruDrake to do so if you feel it's worthy!! This is the thread for posting about worlds that you have found over the years for TS3 that you know love and can't imagine ever not having in your game. They can be your worlds, worlds that you've found in other places online, whatever! Just make sure to note if the world in question also requires CC (if the CC comes packaged with the world, make note of that, too!) To start this off, I'm immediately giving a shoutout to Legacy Island III by @Rflong7. One of my absolute favorite worlds to have ever played in EVER. It's large, but contains content from every single expansion, which is perfect for me. Few, if any, routing issues. No CC necessary, just expansions! Second is Alpine County by @western077 . HUMONGOUS world that utilizes a lot of different content from different expansions. I adore it, but don't play in it very often because of its size. Comes in both populated and unpopulated forms! Says it doesn't require CC or store items, but I feel as if there were a few item replacements for some store items. I could be wrong, though!!
