Click right stick brings up friends list when switching stance
The button prompt to click right stick to bring up friends list stays there in offline career, meaning every time you switch stance the friends list is brought up while the game continues playing. [CM - Edited title for clarity]428Views4likes4CommentsOnline Lag
I've been experiencing constant lag in online matches, to the point where I regularly have to quit because the gameplay becomes unplayable. For the price of this game, that's simply not acceptable. The strange part is that I don't have this issue with any other EA title. My connection is stable, and other online games work perfectly. Yet every UFC release seems to suffer from the same online connection problems. Why isn't there a minimum connection quality or latency requirement before two players are matched? It makes no sense to pair someone with a stable, low-ping connection against someone with a poor or unstable one. Even if matchmaking takes slightly longer, I'd rather wait an extra minute than waste time loading into a fight that's unplayable from the opening bell. Please prioritise connection quality over finding the fastest possible match. It would significantly improve the online experience.100Views0likes3CommentsCAF Name and Clothes Bug
This issue is very annoying, Randomly they started calling me J Smith when im in a fight even though I have my name and nickname something else and it stayed like that. Also when i see that I have apex shorts equipped, when I load into the match of Online Career it still shows I have the default black shorts. Please fix this i paid 70 dollars for whats to supposed to be a finished game, this plus other issues is making me reconsider ever buying any EA game again. Fix your game please. So I downloaded about 3 days ago and started a career mode and won the double champ belt at bantamweight and it wanted me to rematch merab when I was going to defend the second belt, which i denied twice hoping for a new opponent. Now it won’t show any fight when I go to sign a new fight it’s just blank when I select fight offer, basically ruining the career and leaving no path but to restart it. Feels like this should be a pretty easy fix and I’ve seen other people post about it as long ago as a month, so I’m not really optimistic. Lmk if you’ve had the same thing happens though so this can maybe get seen by the devs61Views0likes0CommentsOnline Career matchmaking in Oceania (Australia/NZ) - “No opponent found”
I’m in Perth, Western Australia, playing on PS5 with cross-play enabled and NAT Type 2. I have four active Online Career fighters (Lightweight, Middleweight, Heavyweight and bantamweight), and all of them experience the same issue. During Australian peak times I’m lucky to find 3–4 matches per hour, but outside peak times I frequently receive “No opponent found.” When I do find matches, it’s usually against the same small group of Australian and New Zealand players. Other online modes work normally, so the issue appears to be isolated to Online Career. I’ve ruled out my home network by testing NAT, cross-play, restarting the game, and extensive network troubleshooting. I’m interested to know whether this is an Oceania player population issue, whether Online Career is region-locked, or whether there are known matchmaking issues affecting this mode. Are any other Australian or New Zealand players experiencing the same thing, and is EA aware of it? If this is primarily a population issue rather than a bug, are there any plans to introduce an expanded-region matchmaking option or progressively widen the search after a period of time so players in smaller regions aren’t limited to such a small pool of opponents? this is particularly frustrating when using paid XP boosts which often run out before they can be used effectively.Stand and Bang Ranked Mode doesn't work
I can barely finish any matches without getting kicked out of the match. It will keep restarting the match which will stop any momentum gained by either player. It will also ban me after it kicks me out. I am disgusted by the state of this game and I have purchased EVERY SINGLE UFC game. This is by far the most bug riddled version I have ever played. I am truly disappointed as I was looking forward to play this specific mode but I can't even finish a match 60% of the time which leads to me getting banned. Please fix this ASAP33Views0likes0CommentsUnable to fake the Initial transition from full guard after takedown
I’m not sure if this is intended behavior or a bug, but it feels incorrect and creates a major disadvantage for the top fighter. Steps to Reproduce: Land a takedown and end up in top full guard. Immediately attempt a transition and quickly cancel it to perform a transition fake. The game does not register the fake. Instead, it commits to the full transition and cannot be canceled. The Issue: The very first transition after entering full guard before throwing a strike cannot be faked. The game treats it as a full transition every time, resulting in a guaranteed deny opportunity for the bottom fighter. The only workaround is to throw strikes first before attempting a fake transition. However, this creates another problem: the bottom fighter can also strike to rapidly build grapple advantage. Their advantage often builds faster, allowing them to secure a sweep or a free get up. This creates unrealistic situations where dominant grapplers lose top control too easily. For example, Khabib on top can end up getting swept or allowing Max Holloway to stand up simply because the initial transition cannot be faked.28Views1like0CommentsSUBMISSION AFTER BELL
Why is anyone still able to finish a submission after the bell has rung? It’s making online unplayable. This has been in the series since UFC 4 and it’s one of the most blatantly obvious bugs. The fact that the developers haven’t fixed this for literal YEARS is insane - it’s a major game breaking bug. Maybe the people at EA should actually try playing the games that they make.22Views0likes0Comments
