Single expansion pack is not working but others do
Hello, i have been having this problem for over two weeks now.. I bought new gaming PC and wanted to install my Sims 4 into it.. I have a lot of packs (stuff, game, expansion etc) i paid for every single one and every single one is working except ''Seasons''. I installed and uninstalled the game twice in hope it would fix it but nothing works.. Some of my packs are from Steam but Seasons inself are from EA.. I cannot click on anything if i wanna fix my content.. The only thing i can do on EA is ''Manage my add-ons'' and it does literally nothing.. It only shows how many i have and if i have them downloaded.. But in that list it says my Seasons are downloaded but when i launch the game it is not there.. It is my favourite pack and for my luck it does not work.. I really need help because i am desperate here.
My sims game has been giving me problems
The screen does not finish loading every time I try to enter CAS, and after playing for a couple of minutes my game does not want to work anymore or the bottom bar where all the aspects of the sims appear (phone, calendar, time, inventory, etc.). Please help me, i haven't been able to play for weeks.
Game crashes after picking a family
So i don't know why but when ever i try to go into a live game mode after i start the game, it crashes when its loading the family. I took out all of my mods but left the mod option on, but it still crashes. Everything is fine without the mods option on, but I'm not trying to play the game vanilla. I would like to know if its possible to remove the new Grim Reaper Event because it is now messing with my game.stuck in an infinite loading screen

event with reaper is broken
Hi my game is i think broken, till the update i haven't problems with game, after the new update with event with reaper my game is not gaming at all, when i want to bulid something okey, i can but after i quit the bulding mode, it dosnt show my sim, needs and goals you know what i mean this belt with all of it, and then i cant play until i turn off and turn on the game again, i was trying to repairing with app but nothing works, please help <3
Everythings Gone!!
I have done the most recent update. When I got back into the gameEVERYTHING was gone. All my custom content, all my builds, all my sims, everything. I did a repair and restarted, nothing. I went into options to make sure my custom content was turned back on and restarted, nothing. I was told to click on the X19 (not sure) to fix it, but I don't have that option anywhere that I can find. Can someone please help!! Thanks in advance for any advice.

why does it flash right from the start you go into game play and then it just cuts out as I'm not rich and put money into this would at least be able to play it so please if you could please fix the bugs I would at least like to get my money's worth I'm also not happy you have a great sale on and the game will not play also I refuse to buy more for game play till i can play it like I was able before the last few upgrade also where are the play benefits gone.Infinite Loading Screen
Hello, I've been experiencing infinite loading screens since July with the Lovestruck update, I haven’t received feedback from that post—however, the issue is still occurring with this new update. I’ve been looking through threads to see how to fix it, but yet there’s still nothing. I play with a modded game, I’ve just (just now) removed everything from the folders, (mods, tray, saves) and opened a new game with newly generated folders, which I’ve been doing before. I’ve run a DxDiag report and it says there’s no problems found. As of now, im starting my game with just cc and smaller mods.
