Bug that bans you from apex legends
I have had my EA account since 2014 and have been playing apex off and on since it was brand new. I recently got a new PC and went to play apex with a couple friends. During my second game played on this new PC I received a permanent ban. I appealed it and they said they fully investigated the account and found that it was involved in cheating. I certainly did not cheat, so I think it must be a bug. Maybe something to do with my new hardware? Has this happened to anyone else?Apex Coins Not Received
I am pretty frustrated right now as i have purchased about 140 dollars worth of apex coins and didn't receive the 120 dollars worth. I have been going back and forth with ea for 10 days and after having tried everything there answer at the end was we cant give you your coins back. I have made the purchase on steam on this entire process has been extremely difficult and honestly i recommend nobody buy apex coins from steam since ea apparently cant do anything about it despite showing so many screenshots of email confirmations, steam purchase history and just about everything clearly showing i didn't receive my apex coins. At this point it feels like I'm being cheated and i don't know what to do. If i were to ask for a refund through steam will my account be banned even though ea said that there is nothing they can do to give me my coins that i paid for?Settings reseting
Since this new season started ive had a few crashes of my game while playing. Thinking it was normal my game would take me to loading screen and have me accept terms and conditions. Theres no way to bypass these terms and conditions once my game has crashes while trying to get into game lobby. This issue has happened every single time my game crashes, my ENTIRE settings reset EVERY SINGLE TIME! It become very annoying have to restart a game and needed to adjust all setting while in mid fights. This needs to be fixed ASAP!
