No banner frame in bundle?
Hi, I had recently purchased the catalyst dragon bundle which had displayed a banner frame in the photo. But upon my purchase there was no frame included. The picture for the bundle had also included the gun skin the skin itself and an emote alongside the frame. Yet I received all other items excluding the frame. If there’s anything I can do to maybe get something back from my purchase or some way to obtain the frame displayed that would be lovely. Thank you!aura bug
I always enjoy playing Apex Legends. However, an aura bug has been occurring for several months now. As shown in the image below, I've reached Diamond rank, so my in-lobby view shows a Diamond aura. Yet, from my friends' perspective, it appears to be a Silver aura. Furthermore, once I enter a match, my in-game view also shows a Silver aura. This affects my motivation, so I would appreciate a prompt resolution. Thank you for your attention.
Unbelievable! I’ve got more than 1,500 hours in this game—how am I only Level 1?
My EA app shows everything normal—playtime, achievements, all of it. But when I launch the game and get to the lobby, it says I’m a Level 1 player. I contacted customer support to appeal this issue, and they told me there’s nothing they can do about it. Their response actually made me laugh out of anger!
Custom Mouse Curve Disables When Apex Open
Custom Curve/Raw Accel is essential for many pc fps players. EA Please Fix This.. I, and many others are not able to play properly, or stopped playing all together because of this, at least let us rotate our mouse sensors, and apply our curves in game settings if you are adamant about not allowing custom curves. (This would be quite silly to be honest, let us use our curves.) This has handicapped many users for no good reason, while cronus users still run the field lmao.
Apex Legends won't launch past EAC splash screen
I've had the issue honestly probably over a year now. After an update or some unknown system change I can no longer load past the EAC splash screen, it pops up and says waiting for game and then the process ends, I've tried the following Updated from Windows 10 to 11 Verified files Completely redownloaded Tried both Steam and EA launchers Closing literally anything running Stopped all services Safe boot I can go and launch the game on my console and it loads right up, leading me to believe there is some sort of conflict rather than an account issue but I'm at a loss. I swear I've submitted support tickets but they seem to disappear so I'll try my luck here
