Epic Games Sims 4 Packs marked as "Unplayable" on Mac
Hi! I am having an issue with my EA Account entitlements. I claimed three free Sims 4 packs on Epic Games Store (Jungle Adventure, Luxury Party Stuff, and Fashion Street Kit) and verified that they work correctly on a Windows PC. However, when I switch to my Mac, the EA App lists them as unplayable/unavailable because they were obtained via Epic.I already contacted EA Live Support, but the advisor was unable to escalate the case due to internal system limitations regarding Epic-linked Sims 4 cases. As far as I know from this forum, this is a known database synchronization glitch on the EA App for Mac side, and community managers can help refresh or grant the Mac universal version of these entitlements.Could a moderator please look into my account backend and help me resolve this entitlement mismatch? Dear staff at EA: I am reaching out not just as a voice for myself, but as a voice for all the trophy hunters out here. We are desperately waiting for you to fix these glitched trophies. I have been a Madden supporter for many years. And I've enjoyed going back to college football and I also got back into Battlefield. You guys do make great games, and I've loved supporting your games. But this is getting to the point you are going to lose a chunk of your player base if you do not make these trophies attainable. Your attention to this game...these trophies, will affect not only my decision making on purchasing games in the future, but it will be the same for many others. If you are not willing to fix trophies for this game now, will it be like this in the future for a different game? There are two reasons I play games. 1) fun with my friends and 2) trophies. I strive for both, because I am proud of earning trophies and showing off my platinums. There are many others like me, and we love playing your games, but I am hoping you see our view on this and repair these broken trophies for us. I plead to you, as the voice for many other gamers, please fix these two trophies and make the platinum attainable. Criei minha personagem recentemente e toda vez que clico em carregar o jogo na tela inicial do the sims aparece um quadrado azul no canto inferior esquerdo, e aparece para eu escolher uma cidade, mas toda vez que escolho a cidade eu tenho que criar uma nova familia ou personagem e assim por diante, nunca consigo jogar com eles pois o bug do jogo não permite. Não sei mais o que fazer. Eu ja havia comprado a casa dela e tudo, mas sempre que clico para jogar fica como se eu tivesse que escolher uma cidade novamente e criar um personagem novamente.ERROR 22 NO PUEDO GUARDAR LA PARTIDA
Buenas tardes, es mi primer vez comentando en un foro, NECESITO AYUDA POR FAVOR !!! El error que veo (son varios pero radican del mismo) "Error 22" lo que hace es que no pueda guardar una partida existente, ni comenzar una nueva, ni siquiera puedo desactivar los mods porque la configuración no se guarda!!! He intentado de todo, renombrar las carpetas y jugar con las nuevas (limpias), me funciona peor, el juego se cierra solo, restaure las carpetas y sigue igual, desinstale y volvi a instalar sigue igual, abri otra pc donde tambien tengo el juego y me pasa lo mismo! No se si es por la ultima actualización pero luego de esa actualización no pude jugar mas! A alguien mas le pasa? Alguien me puede ayudar? 🙏Error code EC:10000

Error al abrir juego
Hola buenas tardes, tengo un error sobre el juego Plants vz. Zombies Garden Warfare 2, ya que no hace mucho lo compre desde la Epic Store, y anteriormente me abria la Aplicacion de EA y lo abria correctamente y podia jugar sin problema alguna, hasta el dia de ayer que no me deja abrirlo, no me da ningun codigo de error a esto como solucion, solo aparece una pequeña ventana de cargado del jeugo de GW2 pero se cierra solo el juego y no da ningun error, ya intente desintalar y volver ainstalar, pueda ser problema del anticheat supongo o otro error, pero de algun modo no me deja jugar a este juego que tanto quiero, aparte que mis horas de juego que tenia en el juego se reiniciaron lo cual me preocupa que mi progreso se pierda, Espero un solucion y estare atento a una respuesta que me puede ayudar, GraciasApex crashes when the team is eliminated, EA app crashes
A serious bug on the EA side has affected professional player VKGqq. Switching to the Steam version works fine. May I ask, is this a serious bug caused by Respawn? On the EA app, finishing a match with a team directly causes the screen to freeze and the system to crash, and sometimes it immediately forces the game to exit. Currently, there is no solution. This serious bug is disastrous for EA app players and needs to be fixed as soon as possible!
