Desync/Picker Interaction (Causing LEs) on Loveseats/Sofas
Sims are unable to sit at sofas/loveseats as the "sit" interaction is no longer available and upon clicking on the sofa/loveseat, the game generates a LE, every time. Sometimes it reads as a desync, sometimes it reads as a picker interaction. My save was modded but mods have since been removed to test. This has not been happening on newly generated saves and is only affecting my pre Dec 2nd update saves. EA app will only open in Epic Games Launcher ... I don't have that!
TS4 won't open the game unless it is in the Epic Games launcher, which I don't have installed and never have had installed on this laptop. It's frustrating because after the pop-up my game won't open, and theres a 5% chance the actual Sims 4 will open. I have tried removing mods, custom content, save lifes, reinstalling the game, restarting the EA app... everything! I'm going insane! small issue but it's infuriating considering we paid money for the game and some of us only play Franchise and use Teambuilder as a way to have a custom franchise. The helmet banners and chinstraps are appearing chrome/black in game instead of white (or any other color you choose) that it shows in Teambuilder. It even shows correctly in the preview in Download Center in game, but when you download the team and start a franchise, then play a game or view players in Adjust Lineup, the chinstraps and banners are chrome/black. It takes away from what our team is supposed to be. In Madden 25, the chinstraps and banners would automatically default to the color of your helmet. Initially in M26, it was working fine and no issues, but just in the past week this glitch has surfaced, PLEASE FIX OR I WILL NEVER PURCHASE MADDEN AGAIN UNTIL EA Loses the rights. It's ridiculous, .I'm so tired of being patient with this nonsense. Get TEAMbuilder right or remove it altogether. It's not fair to your customers and we're tired of the constant glitches. You also need to add more features like shoulder stripes (think NE Patriots, LSU tigers, etc.), sock stripes (Think Browns, etc.), and fix the sock issue (I make the undersocks blue and base white, ONLY one color shows up). What's the point of having the sock option in customization with no sock, low, med, high when it ALWAYS defaults to one style for the WHOLE TEAM. It's ridiculous. GET IT RIGHT EA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GET A REFUND BUT ITS TOO LATE. PLEASE FIX AND MAKE THESE IMPROVEMENTS.
Touchpad button/View button BUG
when holding down the touchpad on ps controllers or the View button on xbox controllers the chat box pops up instead of any custom bind paired to these buttons. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE THAT HAS BEEN IN THE GAME SINCE LAST SEPTEMBER. I've used the touchpad button for years to change/holster weapons with no issues until the update back in Sept 2025.
Ec:10001,Ec:10005, black screen. stuck on loading screen in the launcher
1.when i enter EA app it shows black screen and network errors like ec10001, ec10005 and "you have problem with your EA account. 2.after using vpn it works and lets me log in and if i press sims 4 then the game doesn't launch...its stuck on a launching loop 2.5--i also chatted with multiple support advisors and followed instructions from them. i think its completely EA's fault in there servers or the system. because i and people only have problem with EA app, also i dont wanna use the ea app and open sims 4 from epic ....how can i do that? 3.i have tried many things to fix this sims 4 loading problem but nothing works. i already did these troubleshooting steps: i change my internet network and mobile data to enter the app because of black screen. i moved my mods folder to desktop and delete all cache files but game still loading. i try to play in offline mode but the sims 4 wont launch at all. i forced close all background apps and ea app from task manager. i use the app recovery tool and repair the game from the library. i also try to run the ea app as administrator and reinstall everything. i try to use vpn and change dns settings but still same problem. i try to log out and log in many times but the ea app keeps looping. i know people have these problems like ec10001 and ec10005 for 3+ years in the forms . i see people fixing it with random clicks or vpn but for me nothing is working for me. the ea app keeps looping the launch and saying "there's a problem with your account". i just want to play my sims 4 always offline without these issues. how can i fix this loading loop now? 4.Since the standard troubleshooting steps didn't work, I would like you to perform a manual verification of my account entitlements. Please check my Sims 4 game license and offline play permissions on the back-end. I believe there is a sync issue or a digital signature error (like EC10001) that is preventing the EA App from validating my account for offline use. Can you please refresh my account permissions manually so I can stop the loading loop and play offline?
