when I score a goal at replay the cam goes to half field cannot see goal scored

MY account is banned and after succesfully sharing the details .. no action has been taken, no response has been given and neither have u guys given me a proper reason..except for stating that i cheated ... You lost your connection to your opponent. I can't play online in this game. It disconnects every 30 seconds when I try to compete. I've tried everything, but nothing has fixed it. I think it's a connection bug because it started after the last update, about two weeks ago. If you want pictures or videos, I can send them. Also, I tried playing the PS4 version and it works normally. I even used a friend's ID on my console, and my internet works fine. It's been two months, and nothing has been fixed. The team told me to just leave the issue, which I've done multiple times, but it's still not resolved. I've reported the case, but they just closed it as if the problem never happened. I completed the Rush matches and completed an Evolution, but the “Complete a Foundations EVO” objective did not register. The Foundations EVO was consumed and no longer appears in my Evolutions list. This is a known bug. Please manually mark the objective as completed.
