Plants vs. Zombies: Garden War 2 has been hacked
In the multiplayer mode of pvzgw2, all players now have only one life point. This has caused all players to be unable to play normally. This situation has persisted for a long time and is extremely frustrating. Please deal with these cheats and fix the security loopholes in the server. Don't let hackers attack your server anymore.🌻Plants vs. Zombies Discord Server: A Welcoming Community For All PvZ Fans🧟

I saw below a post by a Chinese player voicing many of the bugs and issues plaguing the GW2 servers, and you as a team have said nothing for years about the state of GW and PVZ as a franchise but were quick within minutes to silence this player. Please instead take this criticism up to people on the team so that the game we all love can be fixed. Below is what they said. Since early April 2026, the Garden Warfare 2 servers have been plagued by rule set modifications, including 1 hp, invisibility, and others. Cheaters have infected every region and every game mode. No matter how hard we try, all servers are infected. At least for this small community, please at least reset the servers. They didn't say anything wrong, and I just want any response or attention to this matter plaguing the servers at the moment.About PVZ GW2
Hi everyone, i was just wondering why does Apex Legends anticheats are better than pvz gw2 anticheats? Why do the DEVs just don't care about pvz gw2 anymore, i mean they accquired the whole franchise of pvz gw2 from popcap so why they just leave the game dying and throw away all the money that they spend on it? To be honest, i would take everything, they can just add in a better anticheats so that it recognize all the cheaters mods, that's all that they need to do to handle the "crisis" right now right? I know when you look in a bigger pictures there more works have to be put in but in general just make it more simple, they just need to deal with the hackers, cheaters and the solution is the anticheats. Problem: Hackers, cheaters Solution to the problems: A better anticheats Hackers, cheaters ----> A better anticheats ----> Communities happies :))) Note: I probably have a lot of grammar errors :PRequest for Offline Mode on Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 1
Hey EA. Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare requires a persistent live connection despite stating It has a solo mode within Garden Ops, It's been 13 years since the games released and It's nearly completely inaccessible to anyone that'd still want to play It because the community is inactive regardless of region hopping, and the features are trapped behind a paywall, there shouldn't need to be small dedicated communities to keep a loved game alive, It's adored , not hyped over anymore, we need to save It and allow the people who want to play It play It. It would be great if a small QoL patch could add a proper offline option for preservation. Just something basic like AI-only modes that don't require login, plus local save for progress in local multiplayer and Garden Ops while leaving all the original online features completely untouched. adding offline support would help keep it playable for the long term for anyone who just wants to be able to play the game without relying on live services. Thanks for reading. (Art by david keen)Here is my personal view(a normal mod user and creator)
Just keep this game as it is. We don't need government or any extra involvement. This is our mod developers' own business. If you are not prepared to invest significant time and money in this game that's nearing its end, just leave it there and don't make any more terrible adjustments. These so-called "green gamers" are nothing but a publicity stunt, trying to trick people into wasting money on updating a game that is doomed to fail. Believe me, it's not worth it.Supporting Linux would help revive Plants Vs Zombies saga
Hello EA team, I’m a long-time Plants vs. Zombies fan and I’m really happy to hear that the team wants to revive the PvZ saga. However, I find it disappointing that Garden Warfare 1, Graden Warfare 2 and Battle for Neighborville are still not playable on Linux, even though Linux gaming has grown a lot in recent years thanks to Steam Deck and Proton. Many multiplayer games now work perfectly on Linux with minimal changes, but PvZ GW and BFN are blocked due to anti-cheat or launcher limitations. This prevents a growing number of players from joining the community. If the goal is to bring more players back, supporting Linux (or at least Proton compatibility) would be a great step forward and would help increase the active player base at no extra cost for new platforms. I hope the team can consider this feedback. PvZ deserves a bigger and more inclusive community. Thank you for your time.
