Request to Bring Back the Beloved Game “Village Life”
Dear EA Team, I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing as a long-time fan of Village Life, a game that touched the hearts of many players around the world. As you have acquired Playdemic, the original developer of the game, we believe you now hold the legacy of this beloved title. Like thousands of others, I have incredibly fond memories of building families, growing villages, and watching generations flourish. Village Life stood out with its emotional depth, peaceful gameplay, and unique generational system—something we haven’t quite found in other games since. Even years after its removal, the community remains active—sharing screenshots, nostalgic memories, and hoping for its return. There are countless social media groups and forum threads filled with people who would wholeheartedly support a remaster or revival of the game. We understand that re-releasing a retired title is a major decision. However, the demand is real and the love for this game has only grown stronger with time. Whether it's a refreshed mobile version, a limited-time release, or even a spiritual successor, we’d be thrilled to see Village Life live on in some form. Gameplay has been horrible all year, but after this latest patch it somehow got even worse. At this point it’s not just bad — it’s completely unplayable. The input delay is insane. You press a button and your player reacts a second later like he’s stuck in slow motion. Dribbling feels heavy and unresponsive with these slow animations, and passing barely goes where you actually aim anymore. It honestly feels like you’re fighting the game more than your opponent. Nothing feels responsive, nothing feels consistent, and every match turns into a mess of delayed inputs and random outcomes. Gameplay was already in a bad state and completely moronic before this patch, but now it’s pushed it over the edge. This isn’t something players can just “adapt” to — the core gameplay is far beyond broken right now. And for the love of god, get a server in middle of Sweden or Norway... Why is it that Evry Tourney is like 50 ping, and rivals 30. Just revert ur game back to launch day, cause with Evry patch u do it gets worse. Btw this we are listening to you, but at the same time completely ignoring you strategy is not working. If u want a good game u need to have someone passionate about the game leading ur company. That means actively playing it. I really dont belive this is the case. Cause then this mess would never been released

hey Devs, i have some ideas: instead of "Drop In" option, give me Free Agent option. this puts me in a large group of a position/group. Teams that are playing Club and looking to fill positions can search this group and see my stats (at least a 'glimpse' of my stats/rating/level). When a Team ID's me and wants me to join their game search, I get a quick glimpse of their team (team name/stats. doesn't have to be deep dive, can just be a 'quick view'). If we match, I join them in their room. MOST IMPORTANTLY: give me a 'Free Agent' rating, not unlike a Lyft/Uber driver score. If i'm a good team-player, helping teams win i'll get a good FA rating. If i'm Toxic, i won't. If a Team wants that player to 'join' their club, they can send a quick invite that doesn't require diving into menus to find their inbox. make Drop In be the outdoor games. I'm tired of playing the low-stakes outdoor rink games where people tend to superhero their game instead of working together. I get it: the outdoor rink is a great place to test out builds and new moves. But i'm looking for club games while my own club is offline. I want to get better in games that matter for people/teams who might need my help. _that's_ how you build community. also, let's get Influencers/streamers who make Great Content that helps people get better TIED INTO THE GAME: if Tutorials exist on 'how to play EASHL online' within the tutorial sections, i don't see them. In World Of Chel, _show_ the users How To Get Good with links/names/videos instead of trying to sell us something in HUT we're not buying. EA and everyone else, I am writing this to bring attention back to the issues surrounding portal. The community wants to be able to play portal solo. I know the community has different reasons for wanting to be able to play solo in portal. My reason is that my preferred way to play is PVPVE. I joined battlefield during 2042 and have over 100 hours of playtime BECAUSE of portal. My favorite way to play this game is PVPVE because me and my closet friend(s) can join up in a low-key match, vanilla or custom (e.g Hardcore with preferred tuned settings) and have an absolute blast. Then, because its active, other people can join and spice up the matches! Without this feature I quickly get fatigued from the game and, I find myself not playing it as much, even though I like it far more than 2042. EA, DICE, you guys got your money, none of us can find any good real reason for Portal to not be open to solo play! PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THATS GOOD, REMOVE THE PLAYER REQUIREMENT FOR MATCH START IN PORTAL. Do you agree? Disagree? Have a different reason why you prefer to play portal without the 4-player requirement? Let the devs know down below, even if its just "I agree"! and maybe by some mirical the devs will listen to the community and fix this. p.s If anyone knows how to overcome this, let me know!
