Too many gifts in the sticker shop (Garden Warfare 2)
Hello, I made a post earlier about not being able to play GW2 anymore because I kept getting an error message before the game would let me enter the backyard. I think i figured out the cause: my sticker shop has way too many gifts for the game to handle and it can't load anymore. Is there a way that someone at EA could clear my gifts??
I'm still experiencing the black screen even after clearing level 46!
To get out of the black screen you must die in the backyard After that you can check if your characters are level 46 or if the problem is solved Another reason for this issue is the presence of Crazy Dave in Garden Ops The level 46 corruption has been fixed for me but Crazy Dave is still there I hope EA fixes this issue for me and all players I have included some screenshots for you to see
Ban Exploit / Save Corruption
Subject: Save corruption by a hacker (Level exploit) - Need manual account fix. Message: Hello everyone and EA Community Managers. My EA ID is 3loyKycaka. I am playing Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare on PC via the EA App. Recently, while playing in a public multiplayer match, a hacker used a known exploit to artificially inflate my account's level to over 1,000,000. Because this value exceeds the game's limits, my cloud save is now completely corrupted. Every time I try to join an online match, the game disconnects me from the servers because it cannot process this impossible level. I am unable to play the multiplayer mode of the game I purchased. I have already contacted the standard EA Help live support, but unfortunately, they informed me that they do not have the tools to help me and could not resolve the issue. I am writing here because I know that community managers periodically gather lists of affected accounts and send them to the studio for manual resets or mass unbans. Could you please add my account 3loyKycaka to the list for a manual roll back of my progress or a full reset of my multiplayer stats so that I can play again? I have attached a screenshot of my profile showing the corrupted level. Thank you very much for your time and assistance!
Garden Warfare 2, SoftLocked Maxed out Characters
I was logging onto Garden Warfare 2, and noticed a black screen, I could hear my game but not see it. Luckily I managed to get off the black screen by interacting with the environment then clicking respawn. Then I noticed the character I was playing was maxed out when it shouldn't be. I noticed all the coins and stars have saved up wasn't there either. So I go to the characters section and all my characters are like that, even the ones i haven't unlocked yet. And now currently all my characters say MAX, and can't gain any new skills or coins from them i can still play luckily but can't gain anything from it. So I googled it to see what it was and it says I was hacked. Which made sense as the game I was playing before i got logged onto their was a hacker. So I assumed it came from that. I asked EA Help on what to do but no luck. Then I tried again today and was told to make this post. Happened on the 12/04/2026 (12the April 2026). I purchased PvZ: Battle for Neighborville Complete Edition on the Nintendo eShop, but the Deluxe Content (Skins for Peas of Chick'n and Judge Z) is missing from my account.I’ve already contacted Nintendo Support (Case #260222-005199 and they confirmed my license is active. Why is Solar Flare always the Pant Hero who gets to have both of her classes contribute to 10x tickets every round? Without swapping out every time the event card changes, I lose the motivation to even want to play as other plants heroes. EA really needs to fix this!Wormhole Bug + Cheats
The wormhole zombie states that any conjured card by both players will cost one less yet it only applies to the zombies. The card you receive from the wormhole zombie is yes one less, but won’t stack the affect. Works for zombies but not plants. For instance if you have 4 captain cucumbers and receive a card from wormhole, it will still only cost one less sun. If there are two wormhole zombies, each card you receive will still only cost one less, yet for zombies the effect stacks as it’s supposed to. NOT FAIR. Additionally players have been abusing some bug or cheat that gives unlimited teleportation tricks. I took a video. Two different players were able to miraculously get 20 teleportations in a row.
Rant about the state of GW2
I just need to vent my frustration at this point. It's not a surprise to anyone, but still disappointing that EA is ignoring us regarding the state of GW2. Countless of us have made forum posts and contacted EA Support, only to either be straight-up lied to, saying they'll, "report it to the team", or told there is nothing they can do about the issue. I understand that GW2 is far from profitable for EA at this point, but it will remain even more unprofitable if they do not take action to help us, when nobody is able to play anymore! It is incredibly unethical that GW2 remains available for purchase at full price with the state the game is in. I haven't been able to play multiplayer since getting Level 46'd, and I did hear that there was an update that potentially halted hackers in multiplayer matches, but for how long? This problem has been happening for years, and people are going to continue getting banned until the useless AntiCheat is updated! Not even mentioning how dozens of us are also affected by the infinite black loading screen upon loading in, you can't even SEE anything unless you blindly manage to get yourself killed - which you have to do every time you log in! The Community Managers are probably sick of reading our complaints at this point, but this is seriously a responsibility that EA should have taken the initiative to resolve when the hacks first started to emerge. Then it wouldn't have gotten to this point. Their negligence is unacceptable. Yes, I know about the private servers and have tried them out myself. I'm grateful to how dedicated our community is to set up free private servers for those who want to play multiplayer without fear of their accounts getting banned. But it is very sad and unnecessary that EA's lack of support has led us to result to this. I would just play on the private servers; but there is no backyard, and everything is already unlocked for you. It's not a great option when the most rewarding and satisfying part of GW2 is the progression of slowly filling up the sticker book. This is also why the Level 46 ban is so devastating, because every character gets maxed out and you're locked out of obtaining upgrades, completely destroying the ability to progress. This whole situation is honestly just super upsetting. GW2 is so beloved by the community and EA is making a huge mistake by not providing support for it. We don't even need content updates, just simple maintenance of the servers to stop hackers and a way to restore our accounts back to normal. I'm writing this message on behalf of many players who are being ignored by EA. PvZ 2 is currently unplayable due to your incompetence! The servers and their management have been taken over by hackers, and there's been no response from you. From the players' perspective, it's not the hackers' fault (we don't care if you can't/won't fix it). We pay you, not the hackers, and we have a contract with you guaranteeing a product free from such flaws, and in this case, the product is failing to fulfill its primary purpose. By your silence, you admit that you can be deceived, impersonated, and, more importantly, you demonstrate that they control the resources you offer to customers, preventing us from using the product. To call you incompetent is an understatement.
GW2 on PC is completely unplayable
The title explains the problem. Some internet sleuths found out that the 10th anniversary drew the attention of a hacker who created a [Edit - CM] mod to completely break the game and make it unplayable. Every single lobby has the same wonky settings (like invisible players and 1hp) and the lag gets out of control to the point that the game crashes. It's not just the North American servers either, every single region has this issue. It has been like this over 24 hours now. The fact that this person was able to do this, and the fact that it has been 24 hours of radio silence from EA just further invites hackers to come take shots at the game on PC. It's just embarrassing all around that EA is currently having their servers held hostage on one of their games (a game that they have available to play for free via EA plus and Xbox Game Pass, so it's not like this can be kept hush hush). And yes, I understand that when a developer makes another game with dedicated servers in a franchise the vast majority of resources goes to that game (looking at you, Neighborville) but still... no server support? None?The servers in GW2 being destroyed has to be addressed.
As many people in the Garden Warfare community are probably aware, there has been a major rise in hacking in PC lobbies recently. Over the last two weeks, I’ve been swapping from region to region testing Turf Takeover and the Rainbow Portal, and the majority of my games have ended with everyone becoming invisible, low gravity being enabled, players having one health, or the match otherwise being completely ruined. It has now escalated even further. In some matches, the second I spawn in, my character is launched into the skybox and the game becomes completely locked. I can’t click anything, open a menu, or leave normally. The only solution is to Alt-F4 the game. At that point, the multiplayer side of the game is basically unplayable. What makes this so frustrating is that EA and PopCap still sell the game, including during sales, while many new players may have no idea how bad the hacking problem currently is. I’ve seen other players post about these issues too, including concerns about hackers affecting player levels, but there still doesn’t seem to be any clear response or solution. That is a shame, because Garden Warfare 2 is genuinely an amazing game at its core. It has dozens of characters, fun story missions, Garden Ops, Turf Takeover, and a ton of replayability. The wacky Plants vs. Zombies style gives it a personality that very few shooters have. When the game works, it is still one of the most fun multiplayer shooters out there. But in its current state on PC, I can’t recommend it for multiplayer. The hacking situation has made the game unreliable and frustrating, and it makes me more cautious about EA and PopCap products going forward. It also makes me concerned about the future health of the Plants vs. Zombies franchise, especially with PVZ3 on the way, if the existing community is being left in this state.I have a bug that dosent let me play the infinity zone for the zombie side
So, i have this bug in ovz gw2, in the mission of the captain that says that i need open another portal, the problem is that i already have all the portals open, and when i go to the basemeant of zomboss to play the infity zone, theres nothing, only a floating exclamacion mark. Please help i haved this problem for like 6 years.Verification issue “Continue” persists
Nearly a day a half later still cannot verify and play my long awaited game from years ago, this issue is bothering me for one I paid PlayStation plus just to get access to the ea servers which is an annoyance on my bill, another is downloading the game and being met with the verifying phase. My email is lined up my code has a green checkmark. When pressing x on continue as well as using the d pad to go down nothing works. Fix this please 🙏
