Packs/Worlds showing as deactivated in-game/Not active after purchase
I downloaded the For Rent pack and in my game files it says the pack is there but in CAS and in build mode etc it says I don't own it, I have repaired sims and the EA app but the issue is still not fixed. Thanks Edit By crinrict: Adjusted Title
[PS] GUI corruption
this is what my game look like, im on console so no mods or cc but the game UI is completely unfunctionable and cant save right now, same with if I clicked on a sim and the profile it shows a line of wwwwwwwwww and I cant click off it. The family tree constantly appears in the background when I use the back button, my manage worlds all dont have name as well. im wondering if this is something new or if its a recent bug? [SE] Mountain Excursion: No Sims available to pick as Leader
Can't even plan the event and I also wish it gave you a heads up that you can't do it alone. It wants me to choose an Excursion Leader but when I select it, it gives me no sims to choose from. I just updated my game today, 3/31, and when I go to start playing, it sends me to manage worlds to select a world to play in. When I click the world and household I want, it glitches out and sends me back to the main manage worlds screen. Then I tried to create a new household to avoid this problem, but then when i was done creating a new sim, it took forever to load and did not load through. I had to force quit the game. [MWS] Wedding Arch missing interactions
I'm in the middle of a wedding and I need to have everyone watch the wedding, but when I clicked on the arch, there's no "Ceremony Activities" option upon clicking on it, which is where "Everyone take your seats" would be. I'm guessing there are other things that are normally under "Ceremony Activities" so this wedding is probably not going to get a gold level. ...might not even get a bronze. This is possibly a separate issue, but because it is involving the arch, I'm including it in this bug report. I have asked a child to be my flower pal and she accepted, but when I try to send her down the aisle, it's not an option because the game doesn't think anyone has been assigned that role and now there's no option to ask her to be my flower pal again. This wedding is cursed. But you know what they say, "bad wedding, good marriage." They do say that, don't they? (nervous laughter) I'll attach photos in a comment because they're on my phone and I'm on my computer. The "Report a bug" button wasn't working on my phone and barely worked on the computer. Save corruption again?
After the update of 12/02/2026 my game has crashed monumentally, you cant see anything outside houses, not even your own sims nor any item like the pool or the massive telescope of base game. I can send my sims outside with the go here interaction but as soon as they go outside they also dissapear, the only thing vissible about them is the plumbob. The ui of the household also shows no portrait for any sim, i need to read their names for being able to select them. The qeue list of actions doesnt appaer either, and i have to pass the mouse over them to read what are they going to do. This lot has a bunch of activities to do outside, like a pool, a grill and some child games from "For Rent" and "Adventure Awaits" but you cant even see the big playground i put there. Im leaving my save file here, in case that it is needed for investigation. It is the first time i see a bug like this.
