FPS capped at 120 even on 240fps option
im on AMD 9070XT and 5800X3D and I noticed that my fps is locked at 120 no matter what settings i change. VSYNC is off. I imagine this is just another AMD bug because this game cant go more than a week without having a gamebreaking amd bug. I've tried lowering all graphics settings, playing max graphics settings, playing 480p, playing 1440p... nothing works. still 120fps on all those settings. I have no external FPS limiters on. The game doesn't have an editable config file so i cant check anything there. This is beyond annoying. I just want to see my kickflips in smooth 240fps is that too much to ask for? The only thing I can think to do is to rollback my drivers to when 240fps worked on amd but I hate having to do that.
Please add back OTL and challenges from previous Seasons.
It's been more than 2 weeks straight that we dont have a OTL and TIX challenges at the Isle of Grom. I know this Season's focus is the San Van Stadium but having to do the same small handful of challenges and same OTL spots with very low output of currency earned for 3 months might definitely make other players's mind go crazily numb including myself. So please add back those challenges from Season 1 - 3 (where they fit into the Season's layout) so that we can claimed those rewards in the skate. pass faster before the Season 4 ends.MUSIC
Haven't had much time to play much of season 4. but the main things im LOVING at the moment is the buttery fingerflips and the new music is absolutely awesome, from the punk from Bad Brains or the new hip hop from Kendrick and also i cant believe you added VARIALS. please keep adding stuff from these genres, or maybe add a connection to our own spotify accounts or something that would also be GREAT.Default outfit
We should be able to use the default outfit setting as what the skater is wearing while skating. I like the simplicity of the default outfit and want to use that as the skaters outfit. When viewing apparel, you can't choose to use the default outfit. You can hide or show the current outfit that is being worn, and it shows the default outfit when you hide the current outfit, but you can't choose to simply use the default outfit. Please make it so you can use the default outfit, thank you.Why Auto-changing camera angle to "low" when opening the game?
Every time I open the game, the camera angle is switched to "low" and I have to swich to "high". Why is this not saved? I think this issue came after season 4 began. So with the newest update. I read that some people had similar issues last year. That the camera angle would automatically switch from "high" to "low" after doing some missions. Very annoying. Must be a rather simple fix.Regarding Spot Battles and Jams
I understand the modes are still experimental, but the control settings really need to be unified. Battles are fun when players compete purely on skill. When different control settings can drastically change scores, the competition loses its meaning. For battles, every player should be forced to use the same settings. I play on the hardest possible settings. Facing someone on Easy is not fair — and Easy even enables glitch techniques that shouldn’t exist in a competitive environment. Please lock the settings to the most difficult options for all battles (for example: Min Pop = 0, Hard Pump Assist = 0, etc.). This would make battles fair and skill-based, and it would also push everyone’s overall level higher. I’ve mainly played Spot Battles since the original *Skate*. Versions 1 and 2 were good in this regard. In *Skate 3* the split into Easy / Normal / Hard made competitive play much worse. Please don’t repeat that mistake — give us fair, skill-focused battles this time. Thank you.(Idea/Concept) Being able to choose different layout of the San Van Stadium.
Ever since the X-Games event started, I absolutely love the 3 different layouts of the current indoor stadium. However, I realised that this is gonna be time limited and we wont be ever to see or skate it ever again. :( So I propose an idea of being able to choose between the 2 of them before entering the stadium (Normal layout or X-Games' layout). It could set up like a seperate server on how Isle of Grom & San Van Stadium operates. Pros: Give the freedom for the players to choose. Pros: More choices. Cons: It could affect the X-Games branding license unless replace it with an in-game brand.(?) Cons: More backend work for the devs if server issues were to happen.(?) Heck, it could also apply to the Isle of Grom (Day and Night). *I dont know how does a live-service works in the programming or game design side so I do apologies in advance. ----- I've created a quick UI concept on how it would work.
