Trick Ideas
Going to try and keep this short and sweet. Primo slides, primo stance, primo tricks. It could be like dark-catches are and maybe hold a button like RB and down? These would be awesome addition and I can imagine the sound fx you guys would add to it. :O Powerslide STYLEE. It would be cool to be able to touch the ground mid-powerslide and during powerslide reverts. This plus an emote is gonna be steezy. Pogo. It truly speaks for itself. FREESTYLE. First I was imagining a button to hold and then maybe directional input for alternate idling tricks. (walk the dog, shuffling, dancing, turning, aura farming fr.) Handplants need sumn' else. Maybe a directional way to rotate while mid-air, so you can come down in a different stance? That'd be tight, go up, handplant, rotate 180, go down fakie. Handstands. Seems ridiculous, but I seen my stepdad do this once so I know it's possible xD No Comply-Wallies. I know in certain scenarios (mad slow up curbs w auto curb pop) a no-comply can rarely act as a wallie and it looks freaking sweet. I'm imagining being in like a smith or feeble grind then doing the no comply input, and pulling the boaard down off the rail, and riding it along the side of the ledge instead, maybe back into the grind, or as an exit? Preferrably directional like wallies are. Manual-Wallies. I don't recal if this is a thing so if it is I apologize, but I don't remember ever trying a manual-wallie. It would be cool if there was a way to keep your Skateboard in hand while doing various parkour maneuvers. So you could go up a ramp, exit the board, land on the coping, jump and flip, then while the board is still in your hand, you caveman back down. Devs, Since Season 4 has dropped there has been an unwanted change that has happened regarding Hippy Jumps. Before Season 4 I was able to Hippy Jump and tap the "Kick" button (B) quickly and this would stop my character above the board, and my board would go out in front of me without me on it. I used to use this to send my board onto low rails off staircases, send the board up ramps alone and do a flip and get back on. I do a lot of crazy hippy jump parkour, as I like to call it, and Season 4 has taken literally HALF of my creativity away. This was becoming my SKATE. identity. I'm most known for my wall runs and getting back on the board but the hippy jump board send off a ledge onto a rail and then jumping on the board and grinding the rail was SO SICKKKKKKK. Please consider bringing this back it feels so dead without it. Now, THE ONLY WAY to even remotely stay behind the board instead of above it is to KICK and hold it, and hold backwards at the same time but it just looks terrible, is soooooo slow, and compared to the prior method it's not going to work for tricks or clips. I have spent hours and hours perfecting this technique and now it's just GONE :(Tasks with friends
Can y'all stop giving out task/challenges that require friends and other skaters nearby? It's lame and uncalled for. I'd rather just do what I need to do alone when I play this. I don't have the time play with friends and i don't feel like making new ones. The northstar mission is good example. I shouldn't have to bug anyone just to get a mission objective done. Especially an objective with content roadblocked behind it.We need npc collisions
We need npc collisions im over doing a trick and an npc stop my trick we should be able to knock them over but not like in skate 3 we can hit them with the board but like in skate 2 and skate 1 you were able to knock them down by skating to fast or walking and jumping and bumping into them I feel like this would make the game 10x better Plus aggressive npcs would be dope too but if the skate team can't add that most likely can yall add npc collisionsLet's take a lesson from others before us ... Combos are possible
I would like a 3 to 5 second timeer to continue my line score as I step of the board and step back on to start another ride over the obstacles I have created. Or possibly a point system for the " parkour " that I perform in between a "line" as it is defined in the games instructions. We are having problems with the team. They are presenting enough to use on a play please schedule an update 14 in advance instead of just 7 days ... That way you can update social media and have time to fix bugs and glitches.. I do believe at this point.. the team needs more time to work on many variables that come with the community currently committed to the project. Thank you full time circle and other constituents...
