Era ending early
Please see the attachment - in-game, the UI says that the era is ending in 9 days. We of course know this isn't true, or, at least, it shouldn't be true; the episode ends in 9 days, but the era's got another couple of months. Hopefully this is a small bug in the UI (basically, a typo) rather than a big one (the era's coded to end in 9 days), but seems worth looking into.6Views0likes0CommentsConquest Battles Become Unwinnable
Game: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes Affected Platforms: EA App PC Client iOS Affected Player IDs: PC Account: t1TcemKdQ0yqLnVfvcL9w iOS Account: 2AtfnxJ0SeWt_NH94vjPxg Issue Summary: During Conquest battles, enemy teams appear to take damage and receive debuffs normally, however their health/protection bars either stop updating correctly or enemies fail to properly enter a defeated state. This results in battles becoming effectively unwinnable because enemy units cannot be fully defeated despite taking continuous damage. The issue first began in Conquest Sector 2 and now appears to affect all Conquest battles tested, including older/easier Sector 1 battles. Observed Behaviour: Damage numbers display correctly Debuffs apply correctly Turn meter and turn order continue functioning normally Battle timers continue normally Enemy health/protection bars stop decreasing correctly Enemy units remain active despite appearing heavily damaged or visually defeated Some enemy units become partially transparent/blue hologram-like during battle Battles eventually timeout because enemies cannot properly die Expected Behaviour: Enemy units should correctly lose health/protection when taking damage and should enter a defeated state once reaching 0 health. Example Nodes Affected: Tusken enemy node in Conquest Sector 2 Jedi/Republic node involving Kit Fisto (screenshots attached) Where Issue Started: The issue first became noticeable after progressing into Conquest Sector 2. After this point, the behaviour began occurring consistently across additional nodes and sectors. Troubleshooting Already Performed: Removed all equipped Data Disks Tested multiple squads and team compositions Tested multiple Conquest nodes Tested older/easier Sector 1 nodes Fully restarted game and devices Repaired game files through EA App on PC Tested on both PC and iOS Tested on multiple accounts Confirmed issue persists across different devices and platforms Tested at different battle speeds including 1x speed Important Technical Notes: This does not appear related to squad power, stamina, or Data Disk combinations The issue is reproducible across multiple platforms and accounts The issue appears similar to a combat state synchronization/desync problem where enemies become stuck between active and defeated states Some enemies visually appear partially removed from battle while remaining targetable and active Damage calculations continue to display while enemy health values do not correctly update Frequency: Issue is currently reproducible consistently in affected Conquest battles. Impact: This issue has significantly affected my ability to participate in and progress through Conquest. Conquest is one of the main recurring game modes and missing progression, rewards, feats, and event currency due to a technical issue is extremely frustrating. What is particularly disappointing is that this same issue also occurred during the previous Conquest event cycle, meaning this has now affected my ability to properly participate in Conquest for two separate runs of the event. I have spent considerable time troubleshooting the issue across multiple platforms and accounts, as well as using Conquest energy attempting battles that cannot be completed due to the bug. Given the impact on progression, rewards, and overall event participation, I would appreciate this being escalated to the development/technical team for investigation. I would also appreciate consideration for compensation/restoration for the inconvenience and lost Conquest progression caused by this ongoing issue. In 3 battles for today's Coliseum against the Tomb Guardians Lvl 4, the highest I could get was 95% with 3 characters still remaining. Then every single one of my hits against him was a -1. He finally wore me down. In the 3rd battle at the end I had Zeb at nearly full strength and the tomb guard level was at 93%. From then on all my hits against him were -1. I put it on auto basic and that last 1v1 battle went for 5 minutes. Its similar to the bug that happened a few weeks ago. Its as if it didn't want me to break Lvl 4. I was playing on my iPad. It appears that the "Defeat 10 Bounty Hunters" quest is bugged. I have tested it on a couple of nodes, including the "Go" node, and the counter does not increment when I kill bounty hunters. On a related note, it seems as though there's a broken feat with every new character release these days. I would respectfully suggest to CG that this is happening frequently enough that you should expend a little more effort testing these feats before release.92Views1like5Comments
