Loaned Characters Reset to Level 0
Hello, I would like to report a bug regarding the loaned characters. After the latest update, all of my loaned characters have been set to Level 0. Unfortunately, I have already claimed the Day 1 reward, which means I can no longer claim the first 5 level rewards that were previously available. As a result, all of my loaned characters remain at Level 0, making them practically unplayable and putting me at a significant disadvantage. From what I can see, many other players are experiencing the same issue. Could you please restore my loaned characters to Level 5, or provide appropriate compensation for all affected players? I clicked through the in-game ad to get the 5999 crystal booster pack for Mara Jade, getting 7+7+12+5+7=38 shards. Then, I ran the first tier marquee. The first tier gave no additional shards, and now Mara Jade is stuck at 2\* 18/25 and I cannot run tiers 2-3 like for previous events. ally code 553-542-167During GAC my fight crashed causing me to lose
I was playing GAC againat my opponent and during my fight which I was due to win the battle glitches causing the time time to run out then I had to close the game generating a loss and none of the other characters that I defeated were gone. I have attached a screenshot and video of what happened. This has resulted in me losing this match up in the championship which will effect my rewards and ranking which will impact my crystal input which I find very frustrating. In the middle of one of my battles, after Wampa took out their magnaguard, no other character took actions. There were no buttons available for me to select. I was forced to timeout and I submitted a failed attempt to secure killing the magnaguard. Even if the enemy continued to take actions, Wampa would've at least counter attacked them to death. I was given the “Join a player-run guild” renewal quest after I had already returned to the game and joined a guild. The quest isn’t being completed even though I am currently in a “player-run guild”. I do not want to leave this guild and rejoin for obvious reasons (especially considering the Quest isn’t popping as is). I have confirmed that it is a player-run guild. Screenshot attached. I see on the forums that I’m not the only one with this issue. Could this be resolved? My ally code is 998-624-937 if needed. Thanks in advance!Guild issues
Hi I'm new to the game and I don’t know if this is a bug or not but I am trying to join a guild. however as soon as I click join a message pops up and says ‘You have exceeded guild transitions for the day and can not create or join a guild at this time. This is odd as I’ve never created a guild and the first guild I was put in I didn’t even join, the game just put me in it. I thought ok maybe I’ve done something to warrant this message so I waited a day and the same message comes up. It seems that when I leave the game I automatically get kicked out of the guild.
