Blast From the Past - The Setback - Activate the Time Travel Component
I’ve been stuck on this forever hoping the game would just fix itself & the option would just appear but no matter what I do the option will not show. I’m so frustrated I don’t know what to do I’m just trying to do these stupid tasks before this ends. Any ideas? I’m on Ps5, my game is up to date, I’ve looked for this option on multiple computers but none have it.
Sims keep getting sad moodlets every few Sim Hours
I am seriously going crazy over this. I don't know if it's a mod, cc's, or what (if it is, I am going to scream, because I have just built an awesome movie theater with some cc). Anyway, one of my Sims keeps getting a sad moodlet and keeps grieving every few Sim Hours, and I can't get rid of it. The UI mod didn't work, and I HATE having to use the same cheat codes every time I log into the game. This has never happened before, and has only happened when I downloaded Small Business and Hobbies, and it is driving me out of my mind, because it is REALLY annoying me (and it doesn't take much to annoy me). The thing is I have had several Sims die off in rapid succession (some family, some acquaintences, and some she only knows through her husband's candy store). Can we get this to stop?What happens if you evict a Sim?
I want to move my family (3 adults, 1 teen and 1 child). All of the adults have maxed their careers. One is an elder, but she's got time left. The teen is in his first semester of university. Basically in Sims terms they're rollin' in dough right now. I looked into places and I found a home in Windenberg I like for them. The problem is "Father Winter" lives in it. If I evict him will he disappear from the game? I don't want him gone, I just want the house. (His Santa gig must pay...the house is nice. Pool, fountains, etc.)
Game is becoming unplayable
I swear each update makes my game more unplayable. I have no mods or anything. At first it was just my plants- they all are invisible except for when there's produce to harvest, then you have random peppers and tomatoes just hanging in the air. My sims spend FOREVER standing around doing nothing, no matter how many times you reset them. If one of the adult sims gives an infant a bath, they take forever, the bath never finishes on its own and the child appears dirty still half the time even though their hygiene meter bar is full- and they always keep a little bubble hat after being removed from the bath. You can't actually wash laundry anymore either. It will be clean until it goes through the dryer- but when the dryer is done the clothing is no longer clean and shows as used (and that's when they will actually start the dang thing). The kid in my current save is going to age up with the unhappy childhood trait because her mom just stands there staring at her while she cries, no matter how many commands I give her or how many times I reset either of them. For the amount I have spent on this game I'm incredibly frustrated that it's becoming basically unplayable at this point.
Saves Not Loading in game after latest update and broken game.
I don’t know if this can even be fixed anymore. I’ve tried every troubleshooting possible and my save file is still not loading. So this issue started as soon as I update my game to the March 20th (latest update). First, I didn’t have the “Load game” option so I couldn’t load into my saves. Then I completely removed my mods but that didn’t fix the game, so I went to a sims discord and they tried to help me as best as they could but unfortunately nothing worked. Now when I create a new save it lets me see my old save and when I try to go in it’s like my New save completely ate my old one. I let the game generate a whole new folder then I moved all my stuff in there and now my game loads but any button I click it completely freezes and the “Load game” button is still gone. I spent so long perfecting this save im so scared to lose it. If anyone can help me or had this issue as well please let me know.Bought Sims 4 expansion pack twice, yet does not appear in library?
I just bought the businesses & hobbies expansion of Sims 4, yet the game is not appearing in my library or in game? I tried to buy it once with one of my cards, and then again with another card, and neither have worked despite having full balances. And I did receive the pop up of the successful purchase on both times. What should I do in this case?? Is this something that's been happening recently frequently or? How can I get a refund for one of those purchases??Problems with external drawing tablet and tattooing
Hi, this might be a bit of a niche issue, but I am curious if people have a solution nonetheless. I am an artist, and I use a huion drawing tablet that plugs into my computer through a USB port. When Businesses and Hobbies came out with the custom tattoo option, I was (and am) super excited about using that tablet to design some really cool tattoos. However... every time I put my stylus to the tablet to start drawing, the CAS camera starts spinning at top speed! What's even more frustrating is that it let me draw with my tablet, once. And now it won't work. I don't know if this is the Sims or my tablet, though everything seems to be in working order on that end. Please share your thoughts and ideas!
