Issue with Battle Pass Purchase Incorrect Version Received
Hello I am writing to report an issue with my recent purchase on the EA App. Today, I purchased the Apex Legends Ultimate Battle Pass, but my invoice incorrectly indicates that I purchased the Ultimate Plus Battle Pass. Furthermore, in-game, I only received the skins associated with the Ultimate Plus Battle Pass instead of what I intended to purchase. So I've had this for 2 days now so from the 4th too the 6th before June 5th update my game has been bugging out with the visuals I've tried restarting the game which fixes it temporarily but then goes into it again but even re downloading the game doesn't work and no other games in my library like god of war or elden ring does thisGame Type Mismatch Message
I cannot join anyone's lobby nor can they join mine. "Join Failed. Game Version Does Not Match Host" message comes up for me and those who try to invite me. I am on PS5. My game is updated, my system software is updated, and I can solo queue into matches. I can't join or be joined. I have tried restarting my console, game application, and internet. Reinstalling the game is the only step I haven't taken. But if I have to do that, I may just leave it uninstalled. Is this a common issue? Are there any fixes? So since they didnt want to fix the bugs for the Nintendo switch I decided to buy the switch 2. About a few weeks go by, liking how it was going. Enjoyed the fps boost. And now I cant even load into the game. Ive contacted nintendo support. We have deleted the game and redownloaded it. We have tried to Reset my switch 2, we have tried to check for corrupt data. Even Hard delete the games data from my console. Nothing worked. Now here I am Reporting this bug hoping someone will respond because nintendo told me that they cant do anything about it. During a Ranked match, I was killed and finished by an enemy. While I was dead, my teammates earned 7 kills. I was then respawned by a teammate using the Deathbox Respawn mechanic. After checking the RP breakdown at the end of the match, only 3 participation points were awarded to me instead of the expected 7. The 4 missing participation points appear to correspond to the kills my teammates earned during the period I was dead, prior to being respawned. Expected Behavior: All 7 kills earned by teammates should be credited as participation points after being respawned via Deathbox Respawn. Actual Behavior: Only 3 out of 7 participation points were awarded. The remaining 4 were not granted. I believe this may be a bug where participation points earned while a player is dead are not retroactively awarded upon Deathbox Respawn.
