Hi EA Community Managers, I am writing this to report a critical account-level bug that is preventing me from accessing the Store. The Issue: I have an Expired Evolution card stuck in my Unassigned list. Whenever I try to enter the Store, the game either crashes back to the menu or gives a "Communication Error" with the EA Servers. This is happening on both the PS5 console and the Web App/Companion App. Steps Taken (Guided by EA Help - Case ID: 237454961): I spent hours with an EA representative (Aditya) and performed the following troubleshooting steps: Full Power Cycle: Unplugged the console for more than 30 seconds. Safe Mode Maintenance: I entered Safe Mode on my PS5 and performed a "Rebuild Database" (Option 5). Cache Clearing: Cleared all temporary system data. The Result: Despite performing a full console maintenance, the issue persists. This confirms 100% that the problem is not local. It is a server-side database conflict linked to my EA Account's Unassigned list. The representative acknowledged that he is not a "decision maker" and could only report it to the Studio Team. Request: We need the Studio Team to manually clear or "discard" the stuck items from my Unassigned list. Hi, EA SPORTS FC 26 won't launch. EAAntiCheat never installs its kernel driver and pnputil shows no EA drivers at all. The game just redirects back to EA App with no error message. Hello, I bought FC26 about a week ago. In any game mode – Ultimate Team, normal Career mode, Kick-Off – my FPS drops to 5-10 after the second half. When I researched a solution, I found that others experienced this same problem 5 months ago and it still hasn't been fixed. I have an Nvidia RTX 3050Ti graphics card and an Intel i5 11400H processor. Currently, the game is unplayable. I purchased the TOTY version, and when I tried to return it after playing for 70 minutes, you refused my return. I just want to play the game and didn't want to return it. Please fix this problem. I will share an example video; the GPU suddenly reaches 100%. Sometimes, exiting and re-entering Ultimate Team improves the situation, or some users have reported that alt-tabbing the game fixes it. Hi! I have purchased eafc 26 toty edition 3 days ago.. The problem is, when i open the game i cant see the add ons... Such as fifa points, toty packs, etc... Nothing. It seems like that i purchased the basic edition. I have double checked it, i have activated the add on. I've reached out the support live chat, but didnt get any useful answers.. Any Suggestions? Bug and lag issues When playing matches in Ultimate Team mode, there are no problems in the first half, but in the second half, immediately after the cutscene, the game crashes and lags to the point of being unplayable.
