No Rivals Rewards
Since yesterday I haven't received my rivals rewards. Also another problem, since last patch I keep getting random disconnecting from Ultimate Team and after returning to main menu, my game suddenly crashes. It happens very often, for example yesterday during looking at objectives i got disconnected and game got crashed, when launched fc26 second time and started new match in ultimate team, i got disconnected in the beginning of match and it happened again. Although I have logged about 8-9 hours in the game, I have not been able to complete a single match without issues. The game is currently in an unplayable state due to a persistent 5 FPS lock and massive input delay. Here are the specific details of the issue: Inconsistent Performance: Sometimes, I can play the first match smoothly at 90 FPS. However, as soon as I exit and start a second match (or change modes), the frame rate instantly drops to 5 FPS and gets stuck there. Resource Usage Anomaly: When this FPS drop occurs, my GPU usage hits 100%, yet the performance is non-existent. This strongly suggests a severe VRAM leak or an optimization failure within the game engine. Randomness: The issue seems completely random but inevitable. It happens regardless of the game mode. Troubleshooting Steps I Have Already Taken: I have tried every possible solution on my end, but nothing has fixed the issue: Performed a completely clean installation of Windows 11. Set my laptop and GPU to "High Performance" / "Ultimate Performance" modes. Monitored hardware temperatures; thermals are completely normal and within safe limits. Updated all drivers and BIOS to the latest versions. Conclusion: I was able to play FC 24 and FC 25 at over 100 FPS flawlessly on this exact same system. This confirms that my hardware is fully capable and the problem lies entirely within FC 26's game files and optimization. Currently, I feel like my money has been wasted as the product is defective. I have attached the necessary log files and screenshots below. I urgently request a solution or an imminent patch update to fix this memory/performance bug. I cannot play the game I paid for. I can't access the game
I had an issue in gauntlet which wouldn't count any of my matches towards objectives at the end of each game it would come up with the error message "the EA servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later". After 2 days of this happening every time I played a game it has now decided to not let me access ultimate team at all. I now get the error message "connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. Yoh will now be returned to the main menu". Dear EA Support, I have not received my Division Rivals rewards for the second week in a row, even though I earned them. I played Division 3 and earned 30 points. Rewards are normally given on Thursday. I checked on Thursday, December 25, and again today, but still received nothing. I invest a lot of time and FIFA Points into the game and meet all requirements. Not receiving rewards two weeks in a row is very frustrating and unacceptable. Hello, I bought the early access on PC and since September, I still haven't been able to play online on Rivals . As soon as I start a match in Rivals, the game lags, and when I press, for example, "X" with my PS4 controller, there's a 10-20 second delay every time. It's so unplayable that I've even stopped trying to play the game since. I've also checked my internet connection, my entire PC, as well as the game settings, and everything is fine, but as I just said, as soon as I play a match on Rivals, the game becomes slow and I can no longer control my players. I also tried to redownload the game and this isn't working as well. I can't believe that since September you didn't fixed that problem because I'm not the only one who has this kind of problems and we are now January and I habe the game since September that's not normal. I was hacked November 21 and coins got transfered. Banned within an hour of it happening. Appealed the ban on November 22nd. We are now 17 days further. Countless conversations with EA help. Noone can help and they just copy and paste the same bs. I have not received a single mail about the ban or the appeal. This takes the **bleep**. The hack was done via pc while we only play on ps5. Seems like a no brainer to get our coins back and lift the ban. Will give it a few more days but then I will takes this further. I'm done waiting on a game I paid for. I will speak to a solicitor about the lack of communication, refusal of giving me information to put in an official complaint, time I wasted chasing this, breaking the 10 days appeal,... Im playing the Gauntlet mode. After every game I get thrown out to the main menu getting the message "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu" or "The EA Servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later." I can log straight back into Ultimate Team and the match doesnt count in the Gauntlet, Evolutions, or Objectives, but i get a match played on each player.
