MUT - I get a server error message when I try to access my lineup
I having trouble with Madden 26 on PS5. When playing MUT (Madden Ultimate Team), I get a server error message when I try to access my lineup. This has been going on for over a week. I spend a lot of money with EA and the whole purpose is to improve your lineup. The last time I reported this I got a very confusing message from tech support. small issue but it's infuriating considering we paid money for the game and some of us only play Franchise and use Teambuilder as a way to have a custom franchise. The helmet banners and chinstraps are appearing chrome/black in game instead of white (or any other color you choose) that it shows in Teambuilder. It even shows correctly in the preview in Download Center in game, but when you download the team and start a franchise, then play a game or view players in Adjust Lineup, the chinstraps and banners are chrome/black. It takes away from what our team is supposed to be. In Madden 25, the chinstraps and banners would automatically default to the color of your helmet. Initially in M26, it was working fine and no issues, but just in the past week this glitch has surfaced, PLEASE FIX OR I WILL NEVER PURCHASE MADDEN AGAIN UNTIL EA Loses the rights. It's ridiculous, .I'm so tired of being patient with this nonsense. Get TEAMbuilder right or remove it altogether. It's not fair to your customers and we're tired of the constant glitches. You also need to add more features like shoulder stripes (think NE Patriots, LSU tigers, etc.), sock stripes (Think Browns, etc.), and fix the sock issue (I make the undersocks blue and base white, ONLY one color shows up). What's the point of having the sock option in customization with no sock, low, med, high when it ALWAYS defaults to one style for the WHOLE TEAM. It's ridiculous. GET IT RIGHT EA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GET A REFUND BUT ITS TOO LATE. The helmet banners and chinstraps are appearing chrome/black in game instead of white (or any other color you choose) that it shows in Teambuilder. It even shows correctly in the preview in Download Center in game, but when you download the team and start a franchise, then play a game or view players in Adjust Lineup, the chinstraps and banners are chrome/black. Only 4 of the helmet types aren't having this glitch and appear normal (Axium, Vicis 2, Gladiator, and Light) - the rest of the helmets (f7, Speedflex, etc.) all have the glitch. It takes away from what our team is supposed to be. Last Madden, there was a similar glitch in that the banners and chinstraps would automatically match the color of the helmet chosen. This time it's a chrome black color regardless of the color. See below for example. It should be white banner where the Orcas is as well as the back banner, and the chin straps and cups should be white. Instead, you can see on the F7 they're showing up black/chrome. The Axium displays correctly in-game. There are several other things I'd love to see added to TB, but ultimately, this glitch is the biggest concern as of now. Can this please be addressed as it must not be that hard to fix. It seems to have started occurring in the past week or so since the last major Madden update. Even teams that I made a month ago prior to the glitch are having the same bug.Stretched model
The model of the players on the field would stretch and distort covering the screen. It could get so big you wouldn’t be able to see anything at all. It could just be one player or the whole linemen. I know it’s coming out of them too because when I sub them out then it disappears on the field but the flashing and body still comes from the sidelines. I tried redownloading the game and clearing my cache. I play on PS5. Tried looking around on how to fix it but it seems no one else has this problem. When I go on H2H it seems the opponent can still see and score while I’m stuck staring at flashes.Lineup issues
Hi, every time I click my “lineup” button both from the main screen and the “my team” tab I get kicked out saying servers cannot process the request. I deleted and reinstalled the game, checked to make sure I am updated version wise and even cleared the cache in my ps5. Nothing is working
