Madden 26 Teambuilder issue

****Update - this appears to be an in-game equipment issue linked to created TB teams. Axium, Light Gladiator, Light LS2, Vicis Zero 2 all look correct, but every other helmet model in-game has the shiny chrome/black glitch on the helmets. PLEASE PASS ALONG TO THE TEAM THAT FIXES. 

I been having same issue my teambuilder teams were working  fine until recently the game updated. My front bumper & white bumper of my created teams were white util the game just updated. There's a bug in game causing this & Ea will not address it! Keep trying too contact Ea member too fix it because isn't fair too costumers who spent hard earn money on game. 

If someone can contact any Ea staff member about this issue, please do so because this makes any sense how there ripping us off for all we spend 

After all the flaws last year. Stuck with scrunchy socks ect. I was more then satisfied this year. I spent. hrs in photo shop designing all my stripes perfecting every detail. EA or Nike would wanna hire me if they saw my uniforms. Just finished 2 teams and im about to start my franchise and now im stuck with chrome bumpers. I dont even know anymore with these dudes. Its bad enough they didnt update generic faces. They do the hard part meaning most everything thing about teambuilder looks amazing but allow a stupid glitch to ruin it.

Agreed if anyone find a solution about this issue, please let us know because isn't fair too customers spent hours creating teams & money they spent for the game

We just need to keep this thread and start new ones until they finally acknowledge and fix it. Comment as many times as you want on my post lol. This happened last year and me/a bunch of others kept spamming the forum until they finally fixed it. I'd love to see them address these issues, and also add back the physical customization like arm size, etc. and also make it so I can equip gear to both sides. You cant equip cleats to both feet anymore you have to go and manually select the same cleat on each foot, MAKES ZERO SENSE lol so many issues. Hopefully they fix it for us brothers.

indakis​ Are you going to play your franchise even though the bumpers are messed up and just ignore it, or are you gonna wait and hope they fix? I'm on the fence at this point lol

Not sure yet. Its frustrating. I will probably have no choice but to. If its gonna be like this the rest of the year do i try and adjust the colors of the bumpers but what if they patch it and then im stuck with that. I made two teams one for me and one for my bro. We try and go threw as many years as we can and dont want to start over. **bleep** bro

indakis​ I feel that - I've tried a bunch of combos (with the reflectiveness, etc.) and all the combos with white look the same. I may try matching the banners and straps to the helmet color and then just roll with it for now. Worst case, we can think of it as a backstory to our teams like "they had an issue with the helmet orders when the team relocated and they ended up sticking with it" or something like that lol. So infuriating though!!!!! EA_AgentX​ AgentX, sorry to randomly tag you but wanted visibility on this issue. If this isn't your wheelhouse, can you pass this along to the appropriate channel so this issue can be fixed? Can you pass along the entire thread as there are a lot of issues or missing things from Madden Teambuilder and Franchise that could probably be addressed at some point, but the biggest current issue is the helmet banners and chinstraps/cups not matching what's put into TB / what shows in TB when you submit a team. Thank you for your help in advance.
