Servers/connection
Hi everyone let's all get together and sue EA for their connection/server issues. We pay our money for a service that they fail to provide. That's a "breach of contract". They at the minimum should give all of us the TOP rewards for TOTY and COMBINE since we can't log in to get dropped causing us to lose games. EA you're pathetic. Y'all don't even have the knowledge to get your servers top tier. John Madden is rolling over in his grave 🤷🏽🤦🏽. If the servers and game isn't up and running smoothly in a timely manner I will be filing my lawsuit and never giving you or PlayStation another penny.
Superstar Showdown Runs In Slow-Motion
Per Supports request I am making a post about the Superstar Showdown mode running in slow motion. It is the only part of the game that runs like this the rest of the online matches work fine just not Showdown is there anything that I can do to fix it ? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling , clearing EA cache , updated BIOS Windows and Nvidia , I've run the repair option on both the EA app and on Steam. Any help or ideas are welcome thanks for reading !

Vs Cpu TOTY event is unplayable. Constant lag and slow motion gameplay with 2gb/s fiber internet connection. The kick return objective counts rush touchdowns instead of returned yards. The 10 token TOTY pack "awards" a random player instead of a player of choice. This is the first and the last time i bought this game. At this point it is worse than Fifa... Is there any game left what EA touched and they didnt f**k it up ???MAdden NFL 26 MUT Connectivity Issues
Hi I have read this issue soooo many times now here. Since weeks (Jan i guess) i cant proper log in in Madden NFL 26 MUT. "lost connection to server try again later" always the same bs...(sorry). I have to tr for about 30minutes until i maybe can enter MUT. We players loose time and chances and not getting even any compensations or informations... The support team through Mail at least, sorry to say dont mean any harm, but they are helpless and uselss. The troubleshooting didnt work at all not even close. therefore should be already be checked and greated a bigger issue in the department already... but it doesnt as it seems huh? So what did i try Restart PS5 and router Setting in PS5 (DNS) changed Startet in save mode unplugged ps5 for Minutes Etc. Is there any solution so far or does the technical Support / department knows about that and is working on it?? Thanks a lot and good gamingH2H Seasons
I just played for a few hours on H2H Seasons. Went 6-1 won the first playoff game was loading into the divisional round and I lost connection with EA. It has done this before once loading into the conference championship. Had nothing to do with my internet. As it does this to everyone that plays this game. Was hoping there was a way to resolve this. If not I get, just very frustrating. Thank you
Unable to connect to Online Services
Having an issue with Madden 26 on PS5 when loading into game it would display "MISCSERVICEGATEWAY_ERR_SYSTEM" then after about 5-10 seconds in menu would see "CONNECTION LOST". After signing back in and loading MUT, would see "Our servers cannot process your request at this time" before going back to "CONNECTION LOST". Issue has been happening since around December/January which could usually get around by loading into Madden using a hotspot but now this also has the same issue. Issue also occurring on different PlayStation/EA accounts Have tried the following to resolve: - Restart PS5 - Restart Modem/Router - Change DNS settings on PS5 - Clear system cache - Rebuild Database - Unlink PlayStation Network Account from EA account, and re-linked - Uninstall & Reinstall game - Restored License Have noticed a few others have also posted in this forum with the same issue. This game is so bad. Waste of $75. I’ll be contacting PS5 support for a refund. The servers are so bad and they don’t care to fix them Ive been trying to play Madden online, but every time I attempt to connect, it says that EA servers are unavailable. I’ve already tried: Clearing my cache Resetting my WiFi/router Restarting my PlayStation Testing my internet connection Everything on my end seems to be working fine, but I still can’t connect to the servers. I have zero issue with ncaa. For about the the last week, every time I load up madden I’m signed in and connection is fine. Then when I click on online H2H, it disconnects me and usually would work by the 2nd or 3rd try. Today it is not working at all and it’s been extremely annoying lately. Idk what to do. Seems like I’m the only one with the issue. Yet I’m hard wired and never have connection issuesTattoo Glitch
In superstar mode, you cannot switch characters or change, skin tone, or removed, tattoos. I have seen this talked about on Reddit several times. What I haven’t seen on Reddit much is the troubleshooting not working. So for the past over three months, I have not been able to play superstar mode on Madden other than the character that is currently loaded.
Disconnects
Why am I continually being disconnected when I have excellent internet connection? I just got booted from my Super Bowl in mut squads. I was up two scores with about a minute and a half left. Also got a pop up that said it wouldn’t count and guess what? It counted. I contacted ea support on instagram and have received no response. I also had to contact via instagram becuase you make putting in a ticket so difficult and you just get run around instead of simply being able to do it. I have video proof. The lack of customer support and the lack of your ability and accountability to fix your servers is so grotesque and so deliberately terrible. I would say roughly 4-10 games I’m disconnect. Is this people cheating? If so where’s my rewards and their punishment? Other games have the ability to do some and take care of their community. I expect compensation or I’ll literally never purchase or play an EA game in my life again. I’ve spent thousands on ea games and in game purchases. This is not acceptable.(ps5) issue with purchased points not showing up in Madden NFL 26
I made $200 in purchases at the PlayStation store on Friday 27th of February and the points have yet to show up in my Madden NFL 26 account. I've deleted the game, reinstalled and restarted the game many times. Is there someone I can speak to for resolution. Yes I have the receipts and money withdrawn from my bank account to prove my claim.Bad stutters in head to head
Having short stutters but it keeps happening basically every 2 seconds without fail and only happens on head to head, so for eg the h2h event on now for the combine I played lika half an hour of games and every game it would constantly stutter for a split second every 2 seconds, it was playable to a point but when you to do fg attempts I would have to predict when to kick for the meter because of the stutters. Played on pc, with Ethernet and borderless and locked the fps to 120 so I’m quite sure it’s nothing with my hardware and my internet doesn’t ever have any bad issues ever
