Madden 27 connection issue
Anytime I try to play my ultimate team on Madden 27. It says there was a problem connecting to our servers couldn’t process your request. I’ve reset my Internet reset the game. I even uninstalled the game and restarted my Xbox. There’s no live support on his website and the AI can’t do anything looking for help at this point I just wanna refund.

When trying to open Madden 26, after installing it for the first time, it gave me the following error message: "An unexpected game shutdown was detected. Please relaunch the game or contact EA Help if this continues. (0xC0000409) Session ID: jCwzA3e2vbXx2tju583KG1/B7888Yb8AMl7EXGxTwRPYHdv8 Previous Session ID: hXk1ACPhubbx2d/t583KTKMO+/B6zv7/+e0TXCofyWXNAdyR Previous Service Session ID: hXk1ACPhubbx2d/t583KTKMO+/B6zv7/+e0TXCofyWXNAdyR" I searched the error code and attempted all solutions (reinstalling anti-cheat, clearing ea app cache, reaparing game files, updating c++, scanning for corrupt files using sfc /scannow, removing some background processes, and more. I dont know what to do at this point. The below screenshot is from another person with the same issue.
EA Sports Madden NFL 26 error 0xC0000409
When trying to open Ea Sports Madden Nfl 26 after installing it for the first time it wouldn't open. When i go to launch the game it shows the launching screen then closes after saying launching game, then it opens the ea app, and shows the launching screen again but with the error provided in the image. Contacted support and they couldnt help so thought to try here.
Server cannot process request
EA Sports, I’m extremely frustrated with the Madden 26 servers. Every time I try to play an online Head 2 Head game, I get an error saying that the servers cannot process my request. I’m trying to play a game mode that I should be able to access without constantly running into server issues. Please address whatever is causing these connection and server problems. I’ve paid for the game and should be able to reliably access online Head 2 Head without being blocked by server errors. This has made the online experience incredibly frustrating and needs to be fixed.
Cards stuck in the auction house EA response in ridiculous rhetoric
Once again, I’ve got several cards stuck in the auction house and every time you try to talk to EA health they either give you the runaround or they don’t seem to know what they’re talking about. This is going on for years but now it’s getting really aggravating and it’s starting to cost me gain money cause I can’t get the coins or the cards back and y’all seem to never have a solution so I’ve sent you all the pictures so I don’t understand why you can’t just replace them or do something. I don’t get it. Are you all that helpless? I hate to be rude, but you know I’m getting kind of tired of it. Response would be appreciated. Thank you. I know the PC version is a port, but this is just absurd, I've already disabled all my overlays, updated GPU drivers, disabled on field visual feedback, checked for RAM issues, and tried to launch game as administrator, and I know when on max settings I get 200+ at 3440x1440 but no matter what I do during every single h2h game I get this stutter that makes the game unplayable, no issues during solo challenges or vs the CPUCan anyone play online H2H on PS5??
I know it’s not just me, because I see the other messages here, but I’m wondering if there’s people who actually are playing online or if EA has just given up on fixing this **bleep** personally, I haven’t been able to play h2h in weeks. Soon as I try I get kicked off the server.
Game is Causing PS5 to Completely Power Off
I’m playing in franchise and every game so far early on in the 3rd quarter my PS5 completely loses power. I have to unplug the power cord and plug it back in and do a complete reset. This has also happened in the 4th quarter twice (after already having reset during the first crash in the 3rd). I’ve never had this issue with any Maddens in the past or any other games, so I am hesitant to think it’s an issue with my PS5 itself. Is anyone else experiencing this?PAYING SO MUCH FOR POOR PLAY & TECHNICAL ISSUES .
I’ve recently (officiallydzy) has lost a handful of games in the last week competing online in Madden26 due to connection errors & glitching that wasn’t happening . It seems as it happens on the most pivotal plays at that , it’s like playing your competitor & going against the cpu . Then I’ve been kicked out of games which resulted in losses & messed up my progress & urge to even play the game . My corner unplugged once , I sign in & the game never let the controller sink back in to pick a play… I lose & as soon as the games over guess what controller operates perfectly fine . **bleep** weird & I’m over this game , literally competing for nothing at this point . Really could use a refund for not receiving the goods I expected cause these things are quite frustrating . I went ahead & just deleted the game .O jogo parou

Surprise, I'm shafted by EA Servers again
Madden 27 is out. And you are still not leaving 26 alone. You *still* are making NO MENTION of "scheduled maintenance" in-game NOR on the MaddenNFLDirect twitter account *you* told me to follow for "every maintenance occasion". You can't even leave "scheduled" maintenance to Wednesday morning. No, you really have to shaft your players and have a random, completely unannounced maintenance on a Thursday morning. Great. The amount of Madden gold coins and season tickets that I have been shafted as a result of this absurdity is so freaking high lol. Plus, you never gave me nor helped me get the Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and Bruce Matthews cards that I wasn't given for completing their respective CPU events. My last post was liked was other players, but no advisor helped (or even replied for that matter). Just like agents inside chat support. I'm not sure if I plan to waste more of my time with posts like this in the future when there will be a "scheduled" maintenance, but treating your players like this is terrible. The quality of the game has degraded monumentally and combined with the complete lack of willingness to help players when they need it is why I'm done buying EA for the future. 26 will undoubtably be my swan song. Do better.
