Sugar Rush Event is Cheating Me Out of Wins
Twice now I’ve had games go to the tug of war OT, and I have outgained my opponent but have been given the loss. For an event where you need to win 10 out of 11 games, it has cost me 2 separate runs now while Malik Nabers’ price continues to fall. I will attach the clips here. I contacted support and they could do nothing for me. I’m getting screwed out of rewards here for absolutely no reason and nobody at EA seemingly cares. Not sure why my game won’t update. I’ve been trying to get into MUT for 3 years now and every year the game performs worse. On defense I can’t straife for whatever reason and on offense I always get a glitchy pause when I hand the ball off on run plays. I’ve dealt with this issue on all platforms except Nintendo. This is definitely an EA server side synching problem. I’ve had the same MUT homepage all year because new promos rarely ever load. I’ve had to lower my router’s MTU settings for any sense of stability. I’m desperate for any kind of help I can get. Just want to play the game I enjoy.Completely Broken!
I simply can’t see myself paying another dollar into this game. 1 all of my event stats are not recording 2 Season Pass xp not recording for total yards, stopped at 2400 3. The event is a pay to win exclusive event that free to play players simply can’t compete in with all of the baked on ring of honor abilities tied to LTDs 4. Store prices are so high, free to play has to grind for two weeks to get any kind of half decent card, usually out dated by the time we do. 5. The game has gotten so bad, this is my last year! I will find no EA games to play going forward! Total sellouts
Superstar League Character Corrupted
I think I accidentally corrupted my save game for Madden 26. I had signed to the Lions after completing my 4 seasons with the Bengals. In the offseason I was in the character customization window trying to look over the jerseys for the Lions and I clicked onto something to check it out on my character. It then just showed the default uniforms for the online version of Superstar. Then I couldn't gain access to any of the customization features or change anything. Now it's locked out, only showing an error when I go to character customization. Then if I try to go and delete/change the character it immediately starts glitching and spamming "cannot retrieve information" and effectively soft locks the game. So I can't even delete my save to start all over if I wanted to. I tried to play a game and advance further into the season in hopes to resolve the issue. I tried redownloading the game and deleting my save game. But nothing works. I only started having these issues since the Madden Thanksgiving update, but I can't say I ever looked at the gear menu in the off season after signing with a different team. If anyone has any solutions to these issues please let me know. This is where I can't even delete my character because it keeps spamming that popup over and over again. It soft locks the game because I can't leave the page or anything.Game fails
Could you please update the game? It consistently crashes when attempting to play. Additionally, while in superstar mode, I am unable to use my token to reset my player, change attributes, or skills. Furthermore, when I try to equip accessories, they do not remain on my character once I start a game. I would appreciate it if you could update the game to resolve these issues.Madden deserves better
me and my friend finally get to the conference championship, we’re up 14-10 in the 4th and out of no where, I get a message saying i lost connection, and it kicks me to mut menu. A few seconds later my friend gets the same message and sends him completely out the game. There’s nothing that kills a persons motivation to play this game, let alone pay you, like some bs like that. Up all night just for our run to end like that. I pray for the day madden is took away from ea.
Unable to connect to Online Services
Having an issue with Madden 26 on PS5 when loading into game it would display "MISCSERVICEGATEWAY_ERR_SYSTEM" then after about 5-10 seconds in menu would see "CONNECTION LOST". After signing back in and loading MUT, would see "Our servers cannot process your request at this time" before going back to "CONNECTION LOST". Issue has been happening since around December/January which could usually get around by loading into Madden using a hotspot but now this also has the same issue. Issue also occurring on different PlayStation/EA accounts Have tried the following to resolve: - Restart PS5 - Restart Modem/Router - Change DNS settings on PS5 - Clear system cache - Rebuild Database - Unlink PlayStation Network Account from EA account, and re-linked - Uninstall & Reinstall game - Restored License Have noticed a few others have also posted in this forum with the same issue. After this newest update my game freezes 3 minutes into clicking the icon on my desktop, game mode doesn’t matter and it worked fine before the update. Not sure what is happening but there is no over heat or high usage happening I’ve checked that. It freezes my pc until it restarts, I’ve re installed EA app the game repaired files turned off every setting lowered all graphics to bare minimum, updated all drivers closed all over lays and still the same result. Any help would be greatly appreciatedNot Receiving Madden Points
Today March 18th, 2026 I made a purchase of 1600 Madden points for the new season pass and I didn't receive anything, I tried refreshing game to see if it would appear, but still nothing. I tried refunding from xbox because I didn't get my content and they denied my request for a refund. I have receipts and money withdrawn from my account as proof.Need help with a refund asap or ill contact my bank.
My 12 year old went on a spending spree last night and spent 1200 dollars on madden mobile. im going to contact my bank if I can’t get help with support rather do this then do a claim but if I have to I will. I’ve authorized small micro transactions in the past not exceeding $25 dollars here and there but this is nuts. i don’t care if you ban his account or whatever I didn’t authorize those transactions. madden mobile 26 unable to call support or chat and I tried logging in ea sports app refund tab and no help.
Not getting my rewards in MUT26
In Madden ultimate team 26, I was doing a weekly progress playing CPU games. After the game, it said something about servers were interrupted, so are we started the game and turned it back on and realized my progress for that game for the challenges was not recorded but somehow I still moved up. How can this be fixed?
