Superstar mode sign out issue
I can launch Madden 26 fine and be already signed into ea servers and I can do ultimate team and franchise but everytime I pick superstar mode it freezes and shows 2 errors. One saying there was an error retrieving your data and then the second one is for losing connection to ea servers and I’m signed out of my ea account on the main screen of madden. I’ve tried everything. Deleting saved data on my ps, unlinking and re linking my accounts, uninstalling the game, and even my wifi router.Desync
I’ve been getting a consistent ‘A desync has occurred’ error in Ultimate Team friend matches for 3 days. I’ve restarted console, rebuilt lineup, checked NAT (Type 2), and reinstalled network settings. Solo modes work, but friend matches always desync. I know it’s not my WiFi cause everything else works online on madden but ultimate team just won’t.
Settings won't save
Every time I start the game it acts like it's my first time playing the game and no settings save such as sliders and graphics settings. My ultimate team favorite plays are gone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I've repaired the game. Nothing is working. This happened after downloading the update on 5-27-26.Days Of Play Tournament
I literally am livid the dude I beat to get to the finals for the tournament somehow advanced when I made him quit and won I put to much money into this game for something like this I won fair and square you guys really need to do something about this .. This is really redic! How do you make someone quit and the literally advance to win the tournament? How Do You Guys Allow This To Happen ? Ultimate Team Has Been Down For 3 Hours
What is going on? No notice or anything. Ultimate Team is just greyed out. When I try to click a MUT message, it just says "ERROR You don't have access to this section." I'm trying to finish my dailies and objectives and objectives and only have a little over an hour left to do so. Why so much downtime and when will it be over?EA sports fd up
Stop with the ultimate team **bleep** and fix the bears vs bears super bowl glitch on offline quick play. Nobody gives a crap about ultimate team I just wanna play a quick game and not see a stupid bears vs bears super bowl. Plus the playoffs shouldn't be there neither. EA ruined my experience. EA_Kent EA_Aljo EA_Blueberry Hoping this can be escalated because I’ve now been dealing with this MUT 26 Ranked RP glitch for nearly 2 months. At the end of March, my RP became stuck despite continued wins, preventing me from receiving the Top Tier rewards, including the 99 OVR Legend Player Fantasy Pack. Support confirmed this was a known global issue and told me to wait for a fix. The exact same issue then happened again the following ranked season, causing me to miss another 99 OVR Legend Player Fantasy Pack. I followed up with support yesterday and was told the global issue was already fixed, but my account was never corrected despite having active support cases open the entire time. For the last several weeks, I havent been able to log into my EA account regularly. It has let me but rarely, every time I get on it says that I cant connect to the servers so I cant get on to Online. Sometimes itll let me sign in if I try 20 times and other times I cant at all. Its getting really annoying especially since my game is up to date!Missing paid content
Hello I purchased two packs today, earlier today I purchased the Collector series LTD opportunity pack and pulled the Cam Ward LTD card but I didn’t receive the card. I tried restarting my game and console and following your company steps but nothing worked so I left it alone to see it will update later. I just hopped on madden 26 ultimate team about 30 minutes ago and didn’t even have the card still and I bought the Season 8 specials platinum pack not so long ago and didn’t even get the pack or rewards. I have proof purchases for both packs and a video showing that I have pack to open but no pack there when I open the pack tab. I was told by EA support staff to post my issue here.
