PC stuttering and performance still unacceptable
I wanted to create a new discussion since the originally reported issue is marked as "solved" and it is clearly not. We need an ETA for a fix asap since the game has been unplayable for a week now - only 2 months after game release! Since the update a week ago (21-Oct-2025) PC performance is unplayable with lag spikes and stuttering when playing any online game. No graphics settings seem to help and the provided workaround only helps with offline modes... this is NOT A VIABLE SOLUTION for online modes (which is 99% of how we play the game). There has been no ETA for a fix and I just tried a H2H game now and the issue is still present. MaddenNFLDirect X post for reference - I encourage those impacted to post there as well.
Our servers cannot process M26
hi guys, I keep getting the error message “our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later”. This occurs anytime I try to load into madden online H2H, but works perfectly fine with madden MUT. This has been a consistent issue for weeks now, please help me!ROG Ally X- Slow Down and Lag Since Patch
My ROG Ally X has been a reliable system. I've run Madden 24 and 25 on it with no issues. I played 25 on it the most and I was impressed with how well the device could handle Madden. Madden 26 ran fine up until this patch. I have lowered the graphical options to low settings on 720p, and I turned off visual feedback, like others in the community suggested. On the field this game runs in slow motion. It's completely unplayable. I can run NBA 2k26 and other titles with no issue, but Madden 26 can not run. Many others are also experiencing issues; this is all very unfortunate. EA once again has reminded me why it's a bad idea to buy their games early (or at all). Please provide us with an update at the very least. We are asking for the bare minimum in making the game work again.Unable to select plays when playing h2h
When I play h2h, often on the playcall screen I cannot select a play. The controller works fine, in fact I can still favorite the play by hitting the button twice, but I cannot scroll, use the bumpers, or select plays. Curiously, after I take the delay of game I am able to select plays like fine, and then it resets to not being able to, and I need to take another delay to select a play. The problem with this is even when in a private game against my friend, who this also happens too, I get kicked for too many delays. I am on PC, and also have all that stuttering and lags too, even after disabling on field feedback or whatever. This is all since S3 update.Game is still just broken on PC
After the big update that happened most recently the game on PC is just dead and it's been like this far longer than it should at this point. It's ridiculous. Flat out lower FPS and constant stuttering (turning off visual feedback only sometimes helps, it still makes practice sessions unplayable) My character is someone entirely different in cutscenes Can't change gear at all Gear for league showcases the default black and white gear, can't see current team gear Sometimes can't see who my weekly activities are affecting
