Madden 26 Teambuilder issue
small issue but it's infuriating considering we paid money for the game and some of us only play Franchise and use Teambuilder as a way to have a custom franchise. The helmet banners and chinstraps are appearing chrome/black in game instead of white (or any other color you choose) that it shows in Teambuilder. It even shows correctly in the preview in Download Center in game, but when you download the team and start a franchise, then play a game or view players in Adjust Lineup, the chinstraps and banners are chrome/black. It takes away from what our team is supposed to be. In Madden 25, the chinstraps and banners would automatically default to the color of your helmet. Initially in M26, it was working fine and no issues, but just in the past week this glitch has surfaced, PLEASE FIX OR I WILL NEVER PURCHASE MADDEN AGAIN UNTIL EA Loses the rights. It's ridiculous, .I'm so tired of being patient with this nonsense. Get TEAMbuilder right or remove it altogether. It's not fair to your customers and we're tired of the constant glitches. You also need to add more features like shoulder stripes (think NE Patriots, LSU tigers, etc.), sock stripes (Think Browns, etc.), and fix the sock issue (I make the undersocks blue and base white, ONLY one color shows up). What's the point of having the sock option in customization with no sock, low, med, high when it ALWAYS defaults to one style for the WHOLE TEAM. It's ridiculous. GET IT RIGHT EA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GET A REFUND BUT ITS TOO LATE. PLEASE FIX AND MAKE THESE IMPROVEMENTS.Not Receiving Madden Points
Today March 18th, 2026 I made a purchase of 1600 Madden points for the new season pass and I didn't receive anything, I tried refreshing game to see if it would appear, but still nothing. I tried refunding from xbox because I didn't get my content and they denied my request for a refund. I have receipts and money withdrawn from my account as proof.EA account lost connection
I paid for Madden 26. At first it worked fine and now it’s saying EA account lost connection. nothing wrong with the account- no bans and it’s linked to the xbox. I tried EVERY SINGLE trouble shooting step- clear DNS cache, changed the DNS TO 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4, cleared the MAC address, configured my router, unplugged everything for 5-10 minutes and still NOTHING. So either EA owes me money for the game i paid for and can’t even play or they need to fix it THIS IS RIDICULOUSServers are down at the moment error
For the past 4-5 months I have been having trouble trying to play H2H ON MADDEN 26 and it always tells me are servers are down at the moment!! At this point I’m fed up. My father in law has the game and his works perfectly fine and streamers online are able to play perfectly fine. I’ve cleared the catch and deleted the game and re-installed the game many times!! Why is my game not letting me play regular online head to head matches… I can play mut games online but not regularly online. Everytime it tells me the servers are down. In Franchise Mode, the League History screen does not correctly update the Super Bowl championship count for the Philadelphia Eagles. In my franchise on Xbox Series X: The Eagles win Super Bowl LIX (2024 season) Then win again in the next season (2025) The League History correctly records both Super Bowl wins. However, the championship count displayed under the team name still shows “2x Super Bowl Champion” in both seasons. After two additional Super Bowl wins, the Eagles should display 4x Super Bowl Champions (2 real + 2 franchise), but the game continues to display only 2x. Steps to reproduce: Start a new Franchise Mode Select the Philadelphia Eagles Win the Super Bowl in Year 1 Win again in Year 2 Go to League → History → Super Bowl Check championship count Expected result: Championship count increases each time a Super Bowl is won Actual result: Championship count does not update and stays at 2x Frequency: Happens every time (100%) Additional notes: League History log is correct Only the championship count display is incorrect Screenshots attached showing back-to-back wins with no changeAudio Lose?
I’ve been trying to search for a solution to the audio disappearing when the gameplay window isn’t in focus. I stream and commentate over madden gameplay, but i want to incorporate the crowd, on field noises, etc. I’ve tried every possible solution and it’s come to me that it might be a hardcode thing inside of the frostbite engine. Another thing is, is that i can’t just be sitting in the madden window either. I multitask as i commentate, so im constantly in a different window which is what is cutting the audio off. This is my final attempt at trying to see if there is a possibility to fix this.
Losing Connection to EA servers shortly after loading up game.
A few minutes after loading up M26, I lose connection to the EA servers and I am unable to reconnect. This has been happening all weekend. I am unable to play in my Online Franchise League. I bought the game in Steam...I've tried just starting on the EA app, but its still the same result. Please help.Madden 26 Server issues
I'm trying to play Madden Ultimate Team (MUT) but it keeps shutting down saying "ERROR" our servers cannot process your request at this time try again later. I don't know if its the servers or my connection or just my game in general but all my other games are working perfectly even EA related games. in my honest opinion this is a terrible look for someone who is in touch with alot of whales $ in the game. fix please :)
Stuttering Issue
starting yesterday I've started to have horrenouse stutters/freezes almost as soon as I catch a pass and midway through my run plays, i have a 5060ti and i5 14600kf and have ran the game at 120 at 1440 for the longest time no issues. Now i cant even play the game, and nothing changes even after i put everything on low and moved it down to 1080p
