Madden 26 Teambuilder issue
small issue but it's infuriating considering we paid money for the game and some of us only play Franchise and use Teambuilder as a way to have a custom franchise. The helmet banners and chinstraps are appearing chrome/black in game instead of white (or any other color you choose) that it shows in Teambuilder. It even shows correctly in the preview in Download Center in game, but when you download the team and start a franchise, then play a game or view players in Adjust Lineup, the chinstraps and banners are chrome/black. It takes away from what our team is supposed to be. In Madden 25, the chinstraps and banners would automatically default to the color of your helmet. Initially in M26, it was working fine and no issues, but just in the past week this glitch has surfaced, PLEASE FIX OR I WILL NEVER PURCHASE MADDEN AGAIN UNTIL EA Loses the rights. It's ridiculous, .I'm so tired of being patient with this nonsense. Get TEAMbuilder right or remove it altogether. It's not fair to your customers and we're tired of the constant glitches. You also need to add more features like shoulder stripes (think NE Patriots, LSU tigers, etc.), sock stripes (Think Browns, etc.), and fix the sock issue (I make the undersocks blue and base white, ONLY one color shows up). What's the point of having the sock option in customization with no sock, low, med, high when it ALWAYS defaults to one style for the WHOLE TEAM. It's ridiculous. GET IT RIGHT EA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GET A REFUND BUT ITS TOO LATE. PLEASE FIX AND MAKE THESE IMPROVEMENTS.9/17 Title update crashes my game endlessly.
The previous evening before the update, I had played a few hours of Madden. Went to boot it up today, there's an update. Since installing this update, Madden will crash my entire computer between 5-15 minutes of being open, whether in the menus or actively playing a game. The audio disappears and shortly afterwards my PC is rebooting. I reformatted in hopes of this fixing the issue, but it has not. I'm on a AMD 5900x, 3070 Ti, 32GB ram. Things I've tried via suggestions I've seen on forums: Running Madden as admin, Repairing EA Anticheat, changing my display from fullscreen/borderless/windowed, Changing my FPS from 120 to 60, lowering all graphic settings, disabling Steam overlay, Updating GPU drivers, installing an older iteration of GPU driver. My GPU and CPU temps are normal, there's no overheating. I've been able to play and leave other games open for hours without issue.Cannot use switch pro controller on madden 26
I don’t have any other controller to play madden with on pc so I decided to buy it on steam and play it with steams controller input which registers it. Normally this works without issue but now I can’t play madden without my switch pro controller going crazy. The issue even happens if I disable steam input. I’ve tried every single thing to repair it or deal with the issue to no avail. Biggest waste of 89.99 in my life since I can’t even play the game due to poor coding.It’s been a month and I STILL CAN’T Play H2H games
It’s actually gotten worse! Since whatever update that was made like 3 weeks ago I haven’t been able to play RANKED online H2H games. This has been very disappointing and stressful. But I have been able to cope with this problem because I’m in a full 32 user franchise (currently in the divisional playoff game) and I was still able to play friends via H2H by sending invites. But NOW, not only can I still not play ranked H2H games…. But I can NO LONGER send or accept game invites from friends!! This is beyond unacceptable! And I spent the $$ to purchase the game a week early too might I add. I’ve tried everything. Deleting cache, uninstalling then reinstalling the game. Idk what to do anymore. And I find it to be a slap in the face that when I tried to play a MUT game I had zero problems getting into a lobby and a game loaded right up. Please help! I just wanna play my favorite game in my favorite game mode. I been playing Madden since 92’
Assets and animation glitches
I have uninstalled the game multiple times and this still keeps happening. Ever since I beat the cpu by 50+ consistently, it started glitching. How do I fix this? See attachments!! Since Week 15 of my offline franchise season in Madden 26 (and into the playoffs) there has been a glitch where my CBs are coming into the game as WRs, RBs are frequently shuffled and, most recently, QBs have been put in the game as kickers. I have auto subs turned off, progressive fatigue both on off, and wear and tear both on and off and it hasn’t helped. Really frustrating! I have tried working through the issues with quick subs, but it resets itself.
Madden Causing PS5 to Shutdown due to Overheating
I know this isn't a hardware issue as my PS5 is regularly cleaned, both internally and externally, and no other game causes this issue. I can play other, more graphically intensive games for hours but Madden without fail causes a shutdown. It's happening when I go into a cutscene in superstar mode. I hear the fans whir up loudly and a few seconds later my PS5 shuts down. I can't play the game because I don't want to keep risking my PS5 with these shut downs. I've had 3 since I got the game yesterday.
