Password resets aren’t being emailed
Nobody responds to EA support. Been trying for about 6 hours to reset my password in order to play Madden 26. No help received from EA. Soon as you let your phone close due to sleep mode the dumb bot comes in and terminates the session. This is bs of the highest level. They’ll let you pay for EA access every month but won’t help when you need itEA FIX YOUR GAMES
First of all I want my money back and so do millions of other players. Every mode is bugged, superstar mode which is the only mode I can actually enjoy hasn’t worked in over a month with literally no explanation from EA. There’s no support line, no reason as to why it’s down, and no resolution at all in the near future. I shouldn’t have to spend 70 dollars just to have a game to play one mode enjoyably and not even have it load. Then attempt to play the other modes just for bugs to steal all of my hard work from me and delete my files for no reason at all. This company just steals money from people and gets away with it and to be honest at this point we should all sue this greedy company and all the other ones too for knowingly releasing broken games and doing nothing to fix them. The fact that all they’ve done for years is make the game look better and play worse and still have no repercussions after YEARS of blatant stealing of my money and time spent in the game from hopeful fans who love the franchise is incredible. Every big company is doing it now and it needs to stop they don’t fix anything until the new game comes out, make a bunch of broken promises that lead to nothing but frustration and wasted money. IM OVER IT and so is everyone else. Video game companies need to be held accountable! EA fix your broken piece of **bleep** This is all after they put out a brand new update WITH NOTHING CHANGED AT ALL just this morning. They made roster changes and overall changes. While their entire game is breaking down. Good job EA. This game was better a decade ago than it is now A DECADE AGO. Every game was better back then now it’s just money hungry companies pushing out another disaster to get a paycheck with no effort put into it at all 🤷♂️ Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk LOL
Superstar mode not accessible
When I try to play Superstar, I get a menu to choose which position I'd like to be, but no matter which one I choose, I get an error saying "There was an error retrieving the data. Please, try again later." I was trying to give it some time, but it's been this way since launch and it seems like other people are able to play. Xbox Series S, if that helps.
Superstar & Prove Yourself Modes Not Working!
“An error has occurred. Please try again.” Have tried and successfully can load into other modes like Franchise, Ultimate Team, etc. I am even connected to EAs servers through Madden 26 and still nothing. It worked for sure before the update, I played it yesterday just fine. Since the update we got this morning, I haven’t been able to play Superstar Mode at all.SUPERSTAR DISATASTER
So what are we actually doing here. It’s been a month and I still cannot access the main reason I bought your game. I have so much time dumped into these guys and we just got an update and it’s still unavailable. At this point give us our money back and take back your stupid game.Unable to connect to activate Madden 26
This has been happening for me for long time, I launch madden and eventually it says it can connect to internet to activate it. I have already played this version of the game back when it was first added to EA Play, I haven't been able to play my 10 hours yet, says less than 9. I have deleted the files in the license folder and deleted files in temp folder and still get same message. I haven't purchased the full version yet because I need to make sure I will be able to play.Just posted yesterday about a bug.
I posted yesterday about snikers quest not working. Even when you complete the brands quest the game doesn't recognize that you have. Well today everything was working great every brand such as Jordan, Nike and Adidas challenge was working. Now still one problem left with Adidas. The opening fireworks quest is not working the challenge is to pass for 4 touchdowns in first half I done this first game and still did recognize that I had completed this challenge. I have Adidas gear on plus its tracking every other challenge but this one. Again just one more issue 🙄. BIGBLUE40701Madden 26 Teambuilder Helmet Color issue (2nd post for visibility)
The helmet banners and chinstraps are appearing chrome/black in game instead of white (or any other color you choose) that it shows in Teambuilder. It even shows correctly in the preview in Download Center in game, but when you download the team and start a franchise, then play a game or view players in Adjust Lineup, the chinstraps and banners are chrome/black. Only 4 of the helmet types aren't having this glitch and appear normal (Axium, Vicis 2, Gladiator, and Light) - the rest of the helmets (f7, Speedflex, etc.) all have the glitch. It takes away from what our team is supposed to be. Last Madden, there was a similar glitch in that the banners and chinstraps would automatically match the color of the helmet chosen. This time it's a chrome black color regardless of the color. See below for example. It should be white banner where the Orcas is as well as the back banner, and the chin straps and cups should be white. Instead, you can see on the F7 they're showing up black/chrome. The Axium displays correctly in-game. There are several other things I'd love to see added to TB, but ultimately, this glitch is the biggest concern as of now. Can this please be addressed as it must not be that hard to fix. It seems to have started occurring in the past week or so since the last major Madden update. Even teams that I made a month ago prior to the glitch are having the same bug.superstar
I don't understand why this game costs $ 70 when, in reality, it should really be $ 10. How is it that a billion-dollar company can't fix a problem that's been happening for over a month? People have been reporting to EA that Superstar is down, but they continue to ignore us and won't respond. I believe we should get refunds for this **bleep** game that's the same every year.
Madden 26 wont launch
I purchased the deluxe edition of madden through gamestop. it had me use the code on origin which is now the ea app. everytime I go to load madden it just loads the opening screen for the game and then just doesnt actually open the game. the ea app wont launch the game. is anyone else having this issue or figured out a fix?
