My main account(xbox ID: peterzhang80)– recent FC Points purchase, unused. 2. My RTG account(xbox ID: ty zhang8520) – started heavy play last week; zero trades. 3. Friends – normal SBCs, manual small buys only. Common points: • All Xbox. • All hit ~18:10 Beijing Time. • Zero coin farming, zero bots, zero transfers. Attachments: • 1st Red-mail( ban me have no reason) watch the mail's TIME • 2nd Red-mail ( I swear I didn't buy or sell any coins) • Case pages. ( after the 2nd mail, the status turns to decline) • Purchase receipts. (recharged the fc pionts, still leaving in my accounts) •My RTG account also got banned yesterday, I just use it one week( at the same time 18:14pm Beijing time) •My friends account(one of my friends, actually we have more than 10 members got banned in this week ) the funny things, He got the yellow ban after the red ban. Yesterday I remove all evolution from my FUTTIES William Saliba to sell him and buy some packs but guess WHAT HE JUST DISSAPPARED FROM MY TEAM. I BOUGHT THAT SALIBA WITH MY OWN HARD EARN MONEY. GREAT COMPANY EA SPORT 👍 YOUR GAME STILL HAVE THAT KIND OF SILLY BUGS. I HAVE CONTACT EA LIVE AGENT, THEY ALL SAY THE SAME STUFF. IM NOT EVEN SUPRISED IF THOSE “AGENT” IS AI LMFAO. FANTASTIC 👍
FC 26 Live Events – Severe Lag, Stuttering & FPS Drops
I’m currently not experiencing any lag, input delay, FPS drops, or stuttering while playing Rivals or Champions. However, when I play Live Events, the experience is completely different. Live Events have frequent frame drops, sudden stutters, severe delay, and moments where the game almost freezes and then suddenly catches up. This makes the matches extremely difficult to play, especially because Live Events are currently required to earn certain rewards. I’ve already lost multiple games and wasted a significant amount of time because of these issues. What’s frustrating is that my system and connection clearly work fine in Rivals and Champions, which makes the problem seem specific to Live Events rather than my setup. Please investigate and fix the performance/network issues affecting Live Events. If Rivals and Champions can run smoothly, Live Events should be able to do the same. We want to enjoy the game and grind for our rewards without having matches decided by random stuttering and FPS drops. Please fix Live Events, EA. While playing FC 26 I scored a goal and while performing a celebration an idea came to my mind. What if users could create their own celebration in the game and using it whenever they score a goal (bellow I explain how that could be possible). • HOW TO CREATE A CELEBRATION STEP 1 : Users would be able to do that by downloading a specific one or using the EA app and logging in their account STEP 2 : Then they would select the option CREATE YOUR OWN CELEBRATION they would start creating their own STEP 3 : After that user would film their selves performing the celebrations they created and an AI program would analyse it, create the animation and put it into the game so the user can use it NOTES : Some people creating Inappropriate celebrations would of course be a very big problem but with a good AI program and a security system you can prevent thatLost Squad & 120k Coins by Advisor Error - Cases #252859660 & #252876618
Hello EA Community Managers, I am writing to request an urgent escalation regarding an issue caused directly by an error made by a support advisor. Summary of the issue: During a live chat session (Case #252859660 & #252876618), I followed the exact troubleshooting steps provided by the advisor to fix a sync issue. Unfortunately, following those instructions resulted in a total sync conflict that completely wiped my Ultimate Team squad and 120,604 coins. Current status: Frontline live support advisors are refusing to escalate this case internally, stating they cannot take action, despite the loss being a direct result of advisor error. Request: Since all details and chat transcripts are documented under Cases #252859660 & #252876618, I kindly ask a Community Manager to review these case logs and escalate this matter directly to the Specialist Team / Terms of Service Team for investigation and restoration of my account items. This is ridiculous, I have spent 2 full days trying to log in to Ultimate team. All my other ps games connect online without issue but this game has given me 2 issues 10 times over the last 2 days (1) it won't connect to EA servers and will blatantly say servers aren't available while they are online (2) when I connect to EA servers, the the game is stuck on the Futties screen with players! I have reset cache, connected to other networks to login, and am tired of seeing jude Bellingham on the train while my game loads! Does anyone know how to solve this issue? None of my other games (GTA 5 and COD) have this issue

I play from Egypt and keep facing opponents from Europe like my last game playing away against some from England every action I do is in slow motion ping is 50 but feels like 200+ its one of the reasons I quit fut champs this is very bad and I can’t quit because of the DNF penalty EA you have to do something
