[Crash]The game causes my PC to crash and freeze.
In my environment, the game freezes within minutes of starting and becomes unresponsive to PC controls. The only way to restore normal operation is to force a restart using the physical power button. No other games experience crashes or freezes. This issue occurs 100% of the time upon entering the field. I have confirmed that the issue invariably occurs in the shooting range. Note that when the game crashes, the screen does not refresh, and no blue screen or similar error is displayed. I have attempted several workarounds, but the issue recurs in all cases. I believe the system requirements are met, but if there are any other verification methods or a checklist, please advise. [Environment] OS: Windows 11 Pro 25H2 (Build 26200.7171) CPU: Intel Core i7-10700F Mem: 32GB (8GB x 4) GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060 Super Apex Legends (Build ID in Steam): 20869454 [Already attempted] -> None of these resolved the issue - Rolling back the graphics driver - Changing the graphics card - Changing the game's installation storage location - Disabling VT-x in the BIOS - Replacing the power supply unit - Testing each memory module individually - Reinstalling the OS I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
I lost all my RP from a previous game.
At approximately 14:15 (GMT+7), me and my trio all got booted from a game we queed into because of an apparent anti cheat reason. Due to this, when I re-entered my lobby i realised i had gone from 400RP in diamond to 238RP, I had lost all my points from the game before getting kicked. I believe this is unfair. PC player.
Conduit Ult bug
Yesterday on the game I experienced my teammate (Conduit) placing their ultimate down, it was red and it hurt me including them. Didn't think much of it. Though today I witnessed my partner who too was playing conduit place his ult down and it was red. It hurt him and his teammates and could destroy it. Both of us are confused. Not sure but weird it happened everytime I played with a conduit.Missing Valkyrie
After one game legend Valkyrie just disappeared. I didn't play her much before bug. About 9 days ago I reported missing content in help ea. I created report and even chat with counselor. He said that you will do something about this. Yesterday great firm ea just closed my report without any problem solution and ofc no info. Please great creators of this excellent game can you behave properly and give back my Valk or add legend credits? Is this that hard to care about your players? I bought Valk for legends credits but what if someone spent their real money for her and just lost her? I want to add that I'm not a free2play player...Missing ranked points
Good evening, i hope this message finds you well but i just encountered a very frustrating “bug” regarding rank points. I recently had a game where i tried my absolute butt off from plat 4 and won that game, however as i was about to celebrate my rank up match, my game crashed and i had to restart out of instinct. When i came back, instead of being ranked up to plat 3, i was still stuck at plat 4. I have screenshot of the game summary showing that i did rank up but after reseting the game and playing unranked to see if it is a visual bug, i ultimately did NOT rank up. Please advise. Thank you! Server Lag???
I seem to be getting lag spikes where my ping goes from 45 to 175. Sometimes when shooting or running the gun shops shooting, or hesitates changing guns, or character freezes for a few seconds. Other times I think that I have ducked behind cover to reload or heal and on the kill cam I am standing still out in the open. I have had other spectating me in the game tell me that "It looks like I am standing still in the open", and that I am getting "in game lag". This is effecting my gameplay quite a lot. Any help would be appreciated. My system is optimized for gaming. My ISP is Charter using their fastest available. Any time you equip a 3x or 2x-4x scope to the Sentinel sniper rifle it gets buggy, legends arm covers the whole screen when re-cycling a round into the gun while ADS, been like that since it was removed from the floor loot pool, than returned after and hasn't been fixed since then, keeps happening every game. Can we get a fix for this please?
