Still not able to connect to Ultimate Team - 5 days since early access release
Hi EA Support, I have not been able to access Ultimate Team at all since the Early Access release ( On Nintendo Switch). I can connect to the EA servers on the welcome menu, but everytime I try to connect to Ultimate Team, I get the error the it is Unable to connect, and to go to ea.com/unable-to-connect. i have tried all the troubleshooting steps, and still can’t get on. You make it almost impossible to speak to someone in your support team. It’s getting to the stage where I just want it sorted or I’ll be asking for a full refund. The only part of the game I can access is Kick Off. it is nothing to do with my connection, because I am still able to access Ultimate Team on FC26 on the same device. As the title says I was kicked out and rewarded a loss, during online draft ultimate team. The game was 2-2. I do not know if I was playing a hacker. His name is ds_22kk I believe. This is unfair, I need compensation please. I spent 15,000 coins on this online draft. thank you!
Cannot match into game, party not ready error + settings reset every login
I have been unable to match into games for the past few days. Symptoms: The avatar in the top-left corner fails to load. Clicking on the avatar area does not open the friends menu. When pressing F2, my player info in the top-left shows zero out of zero. I cannot queue for any game mode, and the prompt "Party not ready" appears at the bottom left. I cannot join friends' lobbies even when invited. I switched platforms from EA App to Steam, but the problem persists. Preview images in the store will not load. Every time I launch the game, all my settings get reset. When playing with a controller, the handling feels noticeably worse compared to last season. Two of my squadmates have the exact same issue. My friends and I want to play Apex after work, but this bug stops us from playing the whole night. I sincerely hope EA can fix this bug soon. I believe many other players are facing the same problem. Bonjour, Je vous contacte concernant un problème important que je rencontre actuellement sur EA SPORTS FC 27, dans le mode Ultimate Team, Division Rivals. Depuis plusieurs matchs, lorsque je termine un match que j’ai remporté, le jeu me déconnecte des serveurs EA au moment où le match se termine. Après quelques instants, la connexion au serveur est rétablie automatiquement, mais lorsque je retourne dans Ultimate Team, le match est enregistré comme une défaite alors que j’avais gagné la rencontre. Ce problème me fait donc perdre des victoires de Division Rivals et affecte directement ma progression dans le mode. J’ai également constaté que je n’ai pas reçu les récompenses de mon défi / de ma progression Division Rivals alors que j’ai bien effectué les matchs nécessaires pour les obtenir. Je précise que le problème ne se limite pas à une simple déconnexion au milieu d’un match : le problème intervient à la fin de matchs que j’ai gagnés. Le jeu semble correctement fonctionner pendant le match, puis la connexion est perdue au moment de la validation du résultat. Lorsque je me reconnecte, le résultat est enregistré comme une défaite. Je vous demande donc, s’il vous plaît, de vérifier l’historique de mon compte EA et les données de mes matchs afin de constater les déconnexions et les résultats enregistrés incorrectement. Je souhaiterais également que vous vérifiiez les récompenses de défi Division Rivals qui ne m’ont pas été attribuées et, si cela est possible après vérification de mon compte, que vous me créditiez les récompenses auxquelles j’avais droit. I hate to be negative towards a game Ive enjoyed since 2011 but this is truly unacceptable and shocking coming from such a huge and reputable company like EA. Im on PC and 2 days in have run into so many hackers in draft and 2 in rivals. I either get kicked at halftime, my whole team being controlled and renamed, or kicked right from kickoff. I spent over 80k in coins from draft and I dont know how many fc points. My main issue is the response or lack there of from EA. I dont get any help from live support chat, I dont get any reassurance this issue will be fixed, and I probably wont be recompensated for my points and coins spent. What incentive do I have to keep playing or buy future names? I may be one voice in a sea of millions but I spent hard earned money and deserve to be heard and helped. I need something from this. My coins and points back or this issue to be resolved ASAP. I cant even report the players doing this, all it lets me do is report for an offensive name. Why are these people allowed to 1. Do this, and 2. Get away with it unpunished whereas players who dont hack get punished by losing coins, points, because of these people.
fc 27 heavy gameplay input delay and stuttering in online and offline modes
Platform pc my pc specs are great issue is fc 27 feels heavy and unresponsive with noticeable input delay and stuttering this occurs not only in rivals but squad battles to witch is a offline mode, my connection quality report is great as well ping 9ms packet loss 0% jitter near 0ms connection quality 99/100, because the issue occurs in squad battles and offline modes it does not appear to be a solely a network issue, troubleshooting i attempted all of them other games run normally on my pc even fc 26 gameplay was perfect for me i never had an issue with stutter on input delay on fc 26, is anyone else experiencing heavy gameplay input delay in both online and offline modes in fc 27?
