Hello EA support Team, Past week I noticed that my ms went from 40-55 to 62+, firstly I noticed that my opponents are French/Belgians/Dutch, mainly I played Milan/Frankfurt servers and opponents were from Italy/Germany or nearby countries. I know I'm far from servers but from 45ms to 77ms is tragic to play. Checked with my network provider and routing wise there were no issues, also checked with other players in my country and their ms seemed the same as it was before (40-55ms Milan/Frankfurt servers) I'm out here to find the issue why EA is putting me to the furthest server? Which badly damaged my latency/gameplay. Really hope to solve this issue as its unplayable at this point. Thank you.Ultimate Team Champions Is a Joke
Hi, I have just won a game on ultimate team champions. the game had ended and then has said “unable to retrieve your data” it then backed me out of ultimate team and as I loaded back in it then counts as a lose when I won the game i should have 5 wins and 0 loses this is not acceptable and I can imagine the other persons game didn’t count and he has an extra game when it should be his loss and my win
Every week same, PINA with diamond formation.
Played 7 games in weekend league, lost 4. one guy was honest he didnt play pina or with credit card. i take that defeat no problem. we play game sometimes we win sometimes we loose. rest 3 games were **bleep**ttty palyers with pina on top and diamond formation. they dont have to control defenders, everytime i go near box its full 10 players in the box. diamond formation with counter attack tactics everyweek gives easy wins. they play with same gold team no need to change. i didnt even see promo cards, may be one ahole applied joga bonito skin on pina. same common palyers > reinders, hasigawa, frenky, vitiniha........... You can dribble, you can long pass, you will get 1 or 2 shots which the keeper will save miraculously. so broken game, please developers you are taking fun out of game. i quit games in division rivals as soon as i see broken tactics, but in champs i cant .delete the diamond formation. (I quick sell pina as soon as i get, but f'nn bii keep coming to me in packs or in games) WHY would we open packs or play with new palyers when you can spam meta tactics and WIN ?Unstable connection/player downgrade
I lost a bunch of games in FUT Champs earlier today and still managed to have fun. Why? Because I played against great players in competitive games. Fast forward a few hours and I log in, hoping to pick up where I left off. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I still managed to lose more games, but it felt like the same old situation. My players feel like they have been downgraded until my opponent takes a lead. In one match, I took an early 2-0 lead. Then all of the sudden my players couldn't complete simple passes until after he scored 4 goals. Zola, who scored a finesse shot from range, couldn't hit the target anymore. One shot went wide, and the other looked like it was straight at the GK. I didn't see my opponent make any subs or pause for tactical changes. It simply feels like someone turned a faucet on and off with regards to my players' skill. It was even worse because at one point it felt like I didn't have control of my players. I switched from my RM to my CB to cover the ST making a run. He continued running straight toward my goal even though I had my stick pointed in the opposite direction. Players are not making tackles when press the button. They always wait until the after the player passes and tackle from behind, resulting in a red card. A few days ago I had a situation where I was controlling my RB and switched to my CB. Then my RB runs straight into the ST and causes a penalty. I've read online that unstable connection can cause some gameplay/player performance issues. Is that what this is or is it something else? Again, I don't mind losing to better players, but this feels like I'm losing to the game.Stuck on kit selection screen, can't get into game
I cant play any weekend league games at all and for division rivals sometimes, it stuck in kit selection screen. I can go back to main menu, by pressing back but I can't proceed to the game after choosing kit and pressing enter. Sometimes it takes hours just to match 1 game, after getting in and out. My assumption is that I cant into game when the traffic is high although opponent was found. Its frustrating cause i can get opponent match within split second! but I could not proceed to game from the kit selection. I have tried below: Create new squad Reinstall game Delete data from profiles Rebuild database Change stadium Change kit Change internet connection but nothing works, im willing to give my account just for you to fix this. I'm reporting a bug that only occurs in Wildcard mode. During matches, network lag occurs randomly and frequently, specifically a sudden increase in latency from 30ms to around 200ms, accompanied by about a one-second screen freeze and pop-up icons for UCMD delay, Lag Compensation, congestion, etc. I found other players online with the same problem, and their solution was to disable computer Ram Expo. I tried that, but the bug persists. It only happens in Wildcard mode and severely impacts gameplay. Below are my computer specs and a video link showing the problem. Hello EA Support Team, I am writing to report a serious cheating issue I encountered in FUT Champions. During a match, I faced a player who was clearly using hacks. He was able to control my team, completely preventing me from moving or performing any actions, which directly caused me to lose the game. This behavior makes fair competition impossible and severely affects the gameplay experience. I have encountered similar hackers before and have blocked them, but this clearly has not resolved the issue. The problem appears to be ongoing and requires further investigation.
