Why will NO ONE help me?? Pending Transaction Error
Okay, so this is probably the 24th time I've had to explain myself and what the issue is.. You guys are my last resort, literally. PLEASE HELP!! I've been getting a Pending Transaction error inside the game/app whenever I try to purchase something via mobile in the store that costs real money. The error says (screenshot attached): "Transaction Pending. Currently processing some transaction. Please try again later. You have not been charged." This error has been happening on and off for months now and I've opened dozens of tickets on it. Matter of fact, I just got bounced YET AGAIN back and forth between Google support and EA support. EA support told me to go to Google, then Google told me only EA can fix it. Literally no one will help me and I'm about to explode. I have followed ALL articles and suggestions given to me. I have: dumped cache/data, uninstalled/reinstalled, updated game/app versions (both GooglePlay and StarWars: Galaxy of Heroes), updated Android OS, logged out/back in, checked my payment settings, date/time settings, and much more. Recently, I've been speaking with support multiple times in-game and they informed me to either WAIT for it to disappear or speak with GooglePlay support. I just spoke to Google support for the second time and they have also told me that it's the developer/game that I need to work with to get this resolved. I have now missed multiple deals, discounts, and offers during this fiasco. If I have to go back to in-game support and go through this process yet again, I'm going to lose my mind. Literally NO ONE will help me. I am so frustrated at this point. Has ANYONE ran into this inside the game before? How do I resolve this? How can I fix it? I have a Samsung Galaxy s25 Ultra with AT&T. Daily Quest Reset Time
Daily Quests are resetting earlier than the 24-hour mark, causing who knows how many players to miss out on rewards they were working to claim at the last minute. This is the first (and if this isn't remedied, the ONLY) month I actually shelled out for the Episode Pass. What's most discouraging is that I cannot seem to find anything from the developer team addressing it at all. Devs have marked all previous bug reports on this issue as "resolved". I'm here to say it is not resolved y'all! Help me (and the player base at large) out!
Unable to view relic level
I was upgrading Kix’s relic level when I received a popup saying “an unexpected error occurred”. The game restarted. Now I cannot go into the relic section on Kix, even to view the requirements for upgrade. Although he is only 6 stars, I’m able to view relic levels on other characters that are not 7 stars. I did not recieve yesterday's (AT-ST) daily coliseum rank rewards. I've been ranked top 30 every day. Usually when i check the Rewards or Leaderboard structure I receive my payout for the previous day. Judging by the fact that 4 days have passed I should've have over 2k currency. No reward for Coliseum!!! Missing Reward!!
Hi, so I accidentally lost all my reward when I got to battle before claiming reward. And it's completely missing!! The reward should be able to receive, not completely disappeared! and it better be sent in inbox! Could you please send my missing rewards back in my account please. This is outrageous! Please help! I was in the 30 to 60 bracket and didn't get the daily reward at all. I get there are bugs but this is getting ridiculous. Money and crystals spent on the game but I don't even get the rewards? I won't get anymore in future cause I won't spend hundreds? So this is now a game only for whales? I just want the lightspeed tokens in there cause I know I'll never get anywhere further but this is getting to the point where I'll delete to game before playing it. I came back over a year ago cause I love'd the game but this is taking all the fun from the game.
