Didn't receive Loaned Unit Levels
I activated the loaned unit calendar and purchased the Episode Pass+ and both Mara Jade bundles. I received the loaned unit upgrades from the calendar and the episode pass bonus but not the Mara Jade bundles. I received email in the inbox showing level increases for both bundles but they were not applied to my account. I have 5 from the calendar and 5 from pass+ for a total of 10. and it should be much higher than that.

I was given the “Join a player-run guild” renewal quest after I had already returned to the game and joined a guild. The quest isn’t being completed even though I am currently in a “player-run guild”. I do not want to leave this guild and rejoin for obvious reasons (especially considering the Quest isn’t popping as is). I have confirmed that it is a player-run guild. Screenshot attached. I see on the forums that I’m not the only one with this issue. Could this be resolved? My ally code is 998-624-937 if needed. Thanks in advance!Loaned Unit Level Calendar Did Not Work Today (7/31)
I accepted the loaned unit level calendar upgrade for today (7/31) and when I went to the coliseum to play, my units were still at lvl 11, and not lvl 14 as they should be if the upgrade was properly applied. Incorrect era loaned unit levels. I saw another post with same issues and put my info in the comments. I noticed that you guys tagged the main post as FIXED. mine is NOT FIXED. i purchased era pass plus $40 and the $30 shard pack. My loaned units are as of right now sitting at 13 but they should be around level 20 like my fellow guild mates who made the same purchases. please fix this as this is causing my coliseum competitiveness to be at the level of a free to play player and I am not getting rewards that I should be getting. ally code: 692-297-489Pass plus loaned characters level boost.
I paid $19,99( plus state tax ) for the episode pass and hours later still on day one I bought the $19.99 ( plus tax ) pass plus, expecting character boosts levels. I am still stuck at level 12 loaned characters while I see YouTubers Vexitron’s and Scybe’s at level 19 and level 17 respectively. Why the variance? Am I being punished for saving $0.01 by buying them separately? If I bought both simultaneously it would have been $39.99 not the separately $39.98. Please fix this discrepancy. Every day I lose rank and therefore rewards. Both YouTubers have reached level 3. I have not. I am stuck at level 2 at 19%.
