Did not receive light speed bundle
I purchased the resistance rising lightspeed bundle on 10/17 but did not receive anything from it. I contacted support 3 different times through the app, and all 3 times they told me that I got everything and closed the ticket. EA live chat referred me to a specialist, who told me to contact support. It's been a week now and this issue isn't resolved.
Missing crystals after a purchase
Hello, I made a purchase which unfortunately did not go through on the Webstore, but it did subtract funds from my credit card. Important to note is that I did this purchase from the browser on my PC, while the previous and the next one I did from a browser on my phone. I can provide payment details from my bank application, and email confirmation I had received from EA. Day before yesterday I did the first battle to unlock 4-Lom. I successfully completed the battle. As I was waiting for the battle to register, the game said it had to be restarted and that I had a 303 error. I restarted the game, expected to see the unlock screen for 4-Lom but it didn’t appear. I went back in to the event and it registered that I had won the tier but no shards were given to unlock him. Yesterday it allowed me to do the first tier again, I successfully completed it, and again, no shards, but registered a successful attempt. How can I get this fixed? The EA help chat bot was less that helpful. They sent a message saying they fixed the issue with some assault battle but that was not what I was trying to get fixed. Need some help here. Is there a way to contact someone at CG directly to get this resolved? Thanks!
Kyber Tank LST Purchase Missing
I purchased the Kyber Tank LST from the webstore on Oct 19 (CDT) (email receipt shows Oct 20 purchase date.) I have not received this LST in-game. Ally code: 777-127-767 The order number should be 1005450486810. I also purchased the Empire LST a few minutes later, and I did receive that one. (That order number was 1005451486810.)
