Equipped Mods Vanish on Restart
I’ve been having a major bug the last few days where all of my mods disappeared after connecting my SWGOH IOS account to EA and just discovered that every time I restart the game any mods I have equipped disappear. They aren’t unequipped or sold, they just vanish. I’ve talked to two others on the forums so far experiencing this but have yet to hear from CG. An EA help rep simply said there was no record of mods being sold and they could do nothing about it. This is years worth of mods I’ve lost and on top of that I am as of right now unable to use mods at all.
Captain Ithano Event
Went to play the Ithano Event passed tier 1 with 3 star and then the game said it needed s client restart and it would not let me click ok. Restarted game and had 0 out of 25 shards but the tier had 3 stars and would not let me attempt again. So I never received my 25 shards to unlock ithano.40$ Jawa pack got only 4 cards instead of 5
I bought the new 40$ jawa pack in the webstore, that sad you get 5 cards for the price of 4. as I logged into the game, I got the inbox message, but there were only 4 Items in there. i would like to get my 5. I have been playing SWGOH for a long time now. I should probably be reaching out to EA directly for this but I'm going here. I wonder if anyone else is having these problems as well. When I accept my daily gift from the online EA store, I then go back to the game and collect the reward. I figured this out last year in July. Then in about October of 2024, I the reward for 100k credits stopped being received for the in game rewards. I have been keeping up with claiming the daily gifts and hope that they will start back up with the credits but they have not yet. I should have millions more in credits from these daily gifts but I am missing out on almost a year's worth of credits from them. Is there a way I can have these credits put into my account?
