Webstore login error
I am completely locked out of the SWGOH Webstore. Every time I enter my email address and the one-time verification code, the website fails to progress and immediately forces me into an infinite "Retry" loop. No verification code ever arrives in my email inbox or spam folder. Clearing my browser cache, using an incognito/private window, and trying entirely different web browsers or devices does not fix the issue, as I have tried many times with different browsers and devices. Unlinking didn't help either. 2nd time posting this, I've been told my account was underage and that was why I couldn't access, had my birth details changed to march my real ones (not underage), yet I still can't access the store, still stuck in the same retry loop. Kyber Lightspeed Token (Bug)
Hi! I don't usually post bugs, but I found one a little bit ago... so I am going to go over that. I apologize ahead of time, I cannot use pictures... so you'll have to trust my word. A little bit ago, a $14.99 Kyber Lightspeed Token was in the store... and I noticed something was off about it. There was a discrepancy between the picture and the description. The Kyber Lightspeed Token description has 3 main features: 7 stars, Relic 5, and ability 7. When you click on the Lightspeed Token, it will show all the characters you can apply the Token to. As I clicked on it, the Lightspeed Token changed in its appearance... from a Relic 5 to a Relic 6. I didn't buy it (I am a F2P player), so I am not looking for compensation. I am just hoping that this gets addressed before others think they were cheated out on an additional Relic Tier. (Again, I apologize about the lack of pictures!) Thanks again! Missing Jedi Training Leia shards from the current Conquest cycle
Hi, I believe I am missing 5 Jedi Training Leia shards from the current Conquest cycle. I completed all three Conquests with the Red Crate while Jedi Training Leia was the primary Conquest reward. I also purchased the available Jedi Training Leia shards from the Wandering Scavengers during the Conquests. After receiving the rewards from the third Conquest, I currently have only 325/330 Jedi Training Leia shards, meaning I am exactly 5 shards short of unlocking her. Based on the expected rewards, completing all three Conquests with Red Crate and purchasing the available shards should have resulted in 330/330 shards. Could you please check my account and Conquest reward/purchase history to determine whether one set of 5 Jedi Training Leia shards was not credited correctly? After Red Crate completion of current conquest I am sitting at 235/330 Leia Jedi Training shards as opposed to the 240/330 where I should be. I Red Crated every previous Conquest and I have purchased the 20 required shards (per conquest) from the scavenger. Client is current on both android and PC. I have rebooted and the missing 5 shards have not appeared. Would you please have a look and restore the shards purchased from scavenger - Ally Code 729-759-872 Thanks
