Unable to purchase 'The Mandlalorian's Gunship Pack'
I saw this pack in the store and I was looking forward to being able to finally get the chance to 7* my Razor Crest and finish Executor, howev,er, whenever I try to purchase it with my crystals, I am unable to due to the purchase limit not existing.
Mod deleted After I made a Loadout
Hello Yesterday I rolled a Triangle Speed Mod with Health Primary to 27 Speed. I equipped the mod on Pirate King Hondo and made a load out for PK Hondo. After logging in some hours later the mod was gone from PK Hondo and also from the Loadout! What is Happening here? I hope you have perhaps a back up to send it me back. I definetely did not delete the mod After I made the loadout i checked it twice that the loadout is there. No its gone. I still have loadout in my inventory with the mod missing. Can you help me? Some Accounts Are Permanently One Day Ahead in Era Progression
At the start of the Loaned level calendar system, some players were able to claim both Day 1 and Day 2 rewards on the same day. As a result, those accounts became a full day ahead of the intended progression schedule. This means affected players continue to unlock daily Loaned unit levels one day earlier than everyone else. The gap has persisted since the transition of Loaned Level units being sent out via inbox to calendar and has never corrected itself. This has a direct impact on Era currency payouts and coliseum ranking, where being even a single day ahead can provide a score boost on average of about 5-10%. Personally It has caused me to miss out on roughly 9000 era currency already (see attached screenshots). Can the team please investigate whether: Some accounts incorrectly received Day 1 and Day 2 Loaned level rewards on the first day of calendar distribution. Those accounts remain ahead of the intended schedule. A correction can be made so all players are on the same progression timeline. Please note that this is not the previously reported visual calendar display bug that was addressed earlier in the Era. That issue only affected how progression was shown to players. This report concerns accounts that appear to have actually received an extra day of Loaned Level progression when the calendar was introduced, leaving them permanently one day ahead of other accounts. The resulting difference affects real Loaned Level acquisition, Era currency earnings, and Coliseum rankings, not merely the visual display of progression. Thank you.Missing Episode Track rewards
Despite clicking on the icon to claim the 160 Bronzium Wiring for completing tier 17 of the Episode Track, I never received the rewards. It shows as claimed, but I only have 1 Bronzium Wiring which I got from the Scavenger. I have been in contact with EA support for 4 days now and they have not been helpful, as they keep sending me the same link for troubleshooting and refuse to just send the missing rewards to my inbox like any other game support would do.Lost all mods
I came back to the game at the beginning of May after stepping away for 4 years. Everything looked fine when I started back up, but while trying to do the journey quests, I realized that all the mods that were equipped on all my characters had disappeared, including ones that were in load outs. I do remember hitting an error while trying to slice a mod for the journey quest and being forced to restart the game, which sounds like a known issue. I noticed they were gone on May 4, and I received an in game mail with hundreds of mods the next week. I had hoped that they were my original mods, but they actually appeared to be random junk. Is it possible to recover my missing ones? My ally code is 143755689.“Join a Player-Run Guild” Renewal Quest Reward Not Claimable
I was given the “Join a player-run guild” renewal quest after I had already returned to the game and joined a guild. The quest isn’t being completed even though I am currently in a “player-run guild”. I do not want to leave this guild and rejoin for obvious reasons (especially considering the Quest isn’t popping as is). I have confirmed that it is a player-run guild. Screenshot attached. I see on the forums that I’m not the only one with this issue. Could this be resolved? My ally code is 998-624-937 if needed. Most of the guild has just finished up the Jabba team as we made everyone work on mod improvement with PKHO being unreasonable for newer players. It hasn’t run just for over 7 weeks just as we’ve done this please reinstate. Thank you.
