Scheduled Smugglers Run 2 event did not run when will it be reinstated.
Most of the guild has just finished up the Jabba team as we made everyone work on mod improvement with PKHO being unreasonable for newer players. It hasn’t run just for over 7 weeks just as we’ve done this please reinstate. Thank you.Didn't get rewards after coliseum battle
In my last battle in coliseum I barerly reached 80% of Tier 7 and wanted to upgrade a character but I it seems that I didn't get 800 of MK3 Esk Ability Module after that battle. Usually I wouldn't notice it but I improved of 3% in coliseum and reaching 80% should allow me to improve a character to the next level which I can't because I have only 125 of MK3 Esk Ability Module after the battle instead of 925 pieces.Empire anniversary quest 2 Bugged
I have progressed until the “kill 100 enemies using sith” quest, I have completed it redeemed it and used the lightspeed token, but the following quest “win 20 battles with a full squad of empire characters” has not shown up, I have waited now for over 24 hours and closed and opened the app multiple times and it still hasn’t showed up, have I missed something?Bait and switch Lightspeed packs
I purchased the Bo-Katan lightspeed pack last night from webstore for $39.99 plus tax. All characters were given at 7 stars and relic 7. This morning the same pack is being offered in game for $39.99 plus tax with all characters at 7 stars and relic level 8. I would like the extra relic level or a refund of some type. That is extremely frustrating to see when I have actually spent money.Fed up
The developers of this game and in fact CG as a whole or EA do not care about this game. They release events that some players can do and others can’t even. Look at that stupid event they released some could do others couldn’t. They also say an event will happen and then not start the event and say nothing about it evidence smugglers run didn’t happen and they said nothing about it. So why should we spend money and why should players who have quit actually come back when the company behind the game shows they do not care about the community who actually keep them in their jobs especially when players who spent hundreds in the era event just for the items to be given for free were scammed. Even the majority of the player base doesn’t realise how much they scammed people during that Era. A lot of players spent hundreds on only the material for levels but because they didn’t have a specific character at 7* even if it was only because they didn’t have time to do it for the first few days it was out. Didn’t matter how much you spent they basically told us to go F ourselves even thought they are the ones that messed up and showed they are more than happy to STEAL our money. No better than real life scammers as I see it now and since this is the treatment we apparently deserve hope the complaint I put in against CG and the people behind it is actually taking seriously.
