No event timer or things you need to do
I've removed all mods and cc's, I've started a new game and even loaded a fresh sims 4 folder with nothing added but the EA files. I've repaired from the EA App multiple time and still no timers on any of the events that are on the calendar. I've traveled to several in a single Sim day and still no event timer or things they want you to do show up in the top left corner of the screen. but the new game does have the getting started (learning your phone, and up a skill, opening your sim panel) just not for the events. this just stared after the latest update to 1.112.519.1020 DX9 is this a bug or do i need to uninstall and reinstall? the png file is a pic of my sim at what should be "meet a celebrity event" but as the picture shows there is not event timer in the left corner, just the "you and your phone" any one else having this problem?
sims not doing interactions
heyyy i have a glitch where my sims will not do interactions or will only do a few b4 stopping and js (for example will not sit on a couch) standing there i have tried it w no mods or cc and its still happens do u know how i can fix it i play on pc btw i updated the game a few days ago too
Players disappearing off my team
I logged in a few days ago to find 3 of my starting recievers, quarterback (Andrew Luck), and my Dylan Sampson card completely gone. I then restart my game multiple times but nothing changed. Then I check the catalog and go to my missing players and it says that I still own them. Still missing my pre-order rewards. Can't load world of chel.(Please share)
Hey everyone! This is about a 4-5 month check in since the release of this game. I never received my pre-order rewards and have still not been able to load into world of chel successfully since early October. I have contacted EA help probably 20 times now, and nobody has any fix or anything useful to give me to resolve the issue. When I asked if they could credit the hut rewards to my account, they told me I had to go through xbox support since that is how I purchased the game. News flash, Microsoft can not give me IN GAME rewards since IT IS NOT THEIR GAME. The content that I should have received on NHL 25 has to be credited through EA, crazy right? The game has been out for almost half a year now and I still can not play world of chel on my account. In addition, still never received my HUT rewards. Oh yeah, I'm also still down $80 from pre-ordering this game that I still can't even play. I have reached out to try and get this problem fixed so many times it's exhausting and I get the same "we are aware there is an issue and we hope it will be fixed soon" every time I talk to them. It has been almost HALF A YEAR. This is beyond ridiculous. I have been more than patient but I am afraid it is running out. The new NHL comes out in around 7 months and I still can't play this one. LOL. Please upvote this and share this information because I spent $80 on a game that I still can't play almost half a year later. I will never spend another dime on an EA product, and I hope that you guys will follow suit because this is ridiculous. They don't care about you, they don't care about if you can play their game that you paid for, all they care about is getting your money in their pocket. That's it. Please share this to others to bring light to this issue. They don't listen to the community, nor do they help their community. This is embarrassing EA. I wouldn't be surprised if I got an Error code when trying to post to this forum, haha.
Did not receive Points that came with ultimate edition purchase
I purchased the ultimate edition of the game a few days ago now, and have since not gotten the 4600 fc points that come bundled with it. I have not been able to get help or in contact with anyone useful at EA and they refer me to forums, yes I know I bought the correct version of the game, I've rebuilt my database and done every option even referred to sony themselves. What more can I do
Threes Eliminator Uniforms
EA_AljoThe season 3 update just dropped and there is still no fix for threes eliminator uniforms when playing as a club. At this point, it looks like it’s never going to get fixed, and if that’s the case, I won’t be buying the next game. The team apparently knows about the issue yet it still hasn’t been fixed. It’s been four months and three seasons and we’re still playing in default casual gear. There is no point to buying skins because you can’t even use them if you play in a club.
