Dreamchasers Duels bug - no 100 token rewards for winning matches
Played my first match as Bayern and Real Madrid played really slowly. Scored at will. At the end of the game, I noticed that I received no reward. Went to look and all the other game reward boxes are empty. I’m now short the 100 tokens for the first game and have no way of earning tokens. Appears to be a system wide bug because others are similarly reporting the same online. Please fix and send me the tokens for the game I played. Important to fix quickly because time is running out on daily rewards and player purchases.
San Van Bucks Glitch, still here…
Had the problem a couple months ago and it got resolved after a month of posting and messaging devs. After the resolution I decided to buy upgrade from basic to deluxe founders pack, as thanks and in order to buy the adidas pack that came out and others (additional presets/loadout, clothing cosmetics, etc.) Which left me with 550 SVB, with the rumoured SB NIKE update I planned to use this and buy some SVB. But when it came I looked at my SVB and it was 350 short and looking at my locker the vans bucket hat was bought. Must of happened similar to last time, when redeeming items from legacy pass. Honestly, you should just add a refund option. Either a 24hr duration after bought or 3 to 5 max refunds per season/lifetime. I still plan to purchase the SVB for the SB Nike event, but this needs solving ASAP. TLDR: last time it happened issue was resolved but it had happened and again, there’s needs to be a better alternative for these issues such as a refund option.Missing in game purchased content with Battle Coins
Yesterday, on Playstation 5, I purchased two items from the store with Battlecoins, specifically, "Toxic Patrol" and "Poised Strike" and it's been over 24 hours and the items and skins are still not in my inventory. I did all the steps such as restarting the game, restoring licenses, etc. Spoke with a rep on the chat and they said the techs would fix it ASAP citing it as a bug but that's not reassuring. There was no case number provided and I was told just be on the lookout and i couldn't be directly contacted about this matter. The content is expensive. Can I get help, insight, or has anyone else experienced this? This has never happened and past purchases have been very consistent.Missing Ultimate Ability Material for GL Rey
Subject: Missing Ultimate Ability Materials after completing Galactic Legend Event (Rey) Ally-Code: 119-665-114 Device: iPhone 13 Pro Description of the issue: I have completed the required tiers for the Galactic Legend Event"Heir to the Light Side" to earn Ultimate Ability Materials for Rey. Although I successfully finished the battles and the event tickets were consumed, I did not receive the Ultimate Ability Materials. My inventory does not reflect the progress made. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open the "Journey Guide" and select the Galactic Legend Rey event (Heir to the Light Side). 2. Spend the required Dark Side/Light Side Currency to start the Tier for Ultimate Materials. 3. Win the battle. 4. The victory screen appears, but the Ultimate Materials are not added to the character or inventory. Expected Result: After winning the battle and spending the event currency, I should receive 1x Ultimate Ability Material. Actual Result: The currency is gone, but no Ultimate Ability Material was awarded
Mouse/Keyboard lighting effects setting not saving.
Mouse/Keyboard lighting effects setting not saving. EA Launcher or Steam launcher. Razer Synapse 3 or 4 not detecting Apex Legends for lighting effects. Tried both launchers for this too. Also reporting game not being detected for lighting to Razer.40mm underbarrel is broke
The 40mm under-barrel attachment says "for use with explosive, incendiary and smoke" yet when attached to a gun on the any class except assult it disappears. When the weapon is viewed in the creation menu the attachment slot will be full but it just dosnt show up, its been this way since game launch.
New attachment notification icons are inaccurate
The orange/red dots that indicates a new attachment has been unlocked are entirely unpredictable. Some weapons you can clear the new attachment icon and it will still show the orange dot on the weapon thumbnail (no, this is not occurring from new weapon blueprints). Some weapons you can clear all new attachments and still have orange dots present on the attachment section. It is virtually impossible to distinguish which guns actually have new attachments and which have faulty icons on them. For reference, I am on PC but my friends on Xbox have also reported this issue. Unsure about PS. In the above screenshots you can see that it's telling me I have a new item on foregrips. Once I click into the section, there is nothing new available. This isn't the only instance of the problem but context for what I'm referring to. This seems to randomly reset itself as it isn't persistent, presumably on game restart or some other event. This means the problem isn't staying but it is certainly not updating at the times that it should. If I clear the notification of a new attachment it should go away. This is a call of duty problem, c'mon.
