Season 8 pass did not warn me before purchasing pass & disappeared
Hello there, I purchased the EA SPORTS FC 26 Premium Pass using FC Points that I bought with my credit card on my PS5 only two days before the new season started. I did not realize the Premium Pass would expire at the end of the current season, and I feel the game did not clearly warn me that only a very short time remained. As a result, I paid for the pass and lost access almost immediately when Season 9 began. I understand the pass is season-specific, but I would like to respectfully request a one-time courtesy transfer of my Premium Pass to Season 9 or a refund of the 1,000 FC Points. I've been unable to reach a live agent because the support system keeps redirecting me to self-service articles, so I would really appreciate your help. My era units are currently as follows: Zeb: 7*, level 135 Grogu & Anzellans: 7*, level 135 R5-D4: 7*, level 125 Colonel Ward: 7*, level 125 Carson Teva: 7*, level 125 Snowtrooper Commander: 7*, level 125 Rotta the Hutt: 7*, level 125 After completing all tiers of the Snowtrooper Commander marquee, I am currently throttled by Mk VII Senth Ability Modules: Snowtrooper Commander's event is scheduled to run for 6 more days and only awards 75 of these per day, which is DRASTICALLY short of what is required. I've also bought out all of the era level calendars and bundles for this item in the store. As you can see below, it is only available in this event. This means that even if you've obtained every possible material available, you will still be short 23,375 Mk VII Senth Ability Modules of being able to take every era toon up to level 135 after this marquee has run its course. This is the second time a miscalculation like this has been made (the first was Maul which left players short on Zerek modules, but was eventually corrected after it was pointed out). Please correct this or offer a make-good for players who have invested in these characters.
Missing DLC in Sims launcher...
I need help to fix Late Night and High End Loft DLC not showing in Sims 3 Launcher. I tried reinstalling and deleting every EA App and Sims 3 files but i can't fix it. I've had these DLC for years and it still says i own them in EA app but recently they stopped showing up in Sims 3 Launcher. I feel like it might be EA Play membership i had and ended that messed up these DLC because from what i understand, EA Play feature Sims 3 Starter Pack which is exaclty the same DLC as the one which stop showing up in Sims 3 launcher. I tried chatting with an advisor but the chat in the help section is fake. It said 4 min wait time average and i waited 40 min with no one awnsering. It did opened a case by itself which still has no sign of life.Fix Nintendo Switch 1 Walkout
I've been playing FC on Switch 1 since 2024, and something I really liked was the opening animations, which were suspenseful, but I was sad to see that they had been removed in FC26 for Switch 1. Something I don't understand is that it appears in several packs, like the Supply Pack and the 100 Player Pack, without any problems. So I'm asking that at least the Walkout Packs have animations added. Because I find it sad that the packs no longer have any suspense and the player appears just like that, without anything else, without suspense or excitement.
