EA screwed me over!!!
I played 20 games of the Sugar Rush Air Raid CPU event to get 95 overall Dominique Rodgers Cromartie but instead got 1460 karrots and no card. I reached out multiple times to get resolution and get the card I rightfully earned only to be told "we'll investigate it" which means they won't do s**t and the promo ended and I got nothing. Seems that some people learned how to exploit the event and get the card only after playing 1 game and EA caught on to it and then shut the whole thing down screwing the rest of the players that grinded for the card the legit way. This type of s**t is exactly why people hate this greedy **bleep** soulless company. They don't care about anything but their profit margin. I'm done with this shady joke of a company!
Unobtainable "On the Way Up" Trophy in EA FC 24 (PS5)
Hello, I am contacting you regarding a technical issue in EA Sports FC 24 on PS5. I am trying to earn the "On the Way Up" trophy, which requires reaching Level 7 in a VOLTA or Clubs Season. However, because there is currently no "Live Season" active in the game, the progression bar is stuck at Level 0. Even when I play matches and earn SP, it does not count toward any level. This makes the Platinum Trophy impossible to obtain for any player who didn't finish it last year. As a dedicated player and trophy hunter, I am requesting that the team: Add a permanent/infinite "Legacy Season" to the FC 24 servers. Or, trigger a refresh of the seasonal timer so progression can resume. Many players in the community are currently facing this issue. Please escalate this to the game team so we can complete our trophy collections. Thank you.
Can’t Get into Clubs
Hi, I can’t access Pro Clubs in EAFC 26. Other online modes work perfectly, my internet is stable, and my friends can access Clubs. Every time i try to go into Clubs i always Get the message «Unable to Connect to the EA servers. This issue has lasted several days. Could you please reset / refresh my Pro Clubs data on your end? This seems like a corrupted Clubs profile. Thanks.
Nintendo Switch -Apex Legends Champions Edition
I recently bought a code from GameStop and Walmart for the Apex Legends Champions Edition and was able to claim them both, but I’m having a problem where whenever I log into the game, I am missing the contents that came with it. I’ve talked to 2 EA support team members and they’ve both told me to submit an EA forum. Is there a reason why i’m not getting anything from the codes?
