Battlefield Coins purchased through Steam not appearing in game
It's been multiple days since I attempted to purchase 500 BF coins through Steam. They have yet to appear in my account, and every time I try to open a case with EA Help to get this figured out, the case gets marked as resolved without a single word ever being said to me, and the issue most definitely not being resolved. I've been sure to provided the proper documentation showing my purchase. I tried to reach out to Steam, who told me I needed to reach out to EA to get it resolved. But as it stands, there doesn't appear to be any way to do that. I can't find any way to speak to someone about this issue, whether it's over the phone or through chat.S6 Weekly Rewards - W1 issue, not a bug, clearly.
As you and EA are aware season 6 weekly rewards have a base code issue. The devs are apparently aware but we are consistently being put off by customer services. At this point we have grown beyond impatience and are requesting action or at minimum an update. It appears you've added an extra week to the completionist tab, yet that has been a clear weekly disadvantage to all players, as whilst everyone else has their "DREAMCHASER" reward, we are a week behind getting a birthday reward. It's unfair and treats a disadvantage you should address. I don't understand how yourselves (devs cust service, EA execs and Mr Electronic Arts himself) finds this in any way shape or form acceptable. I require an English literate and fluent advisor to help me with my personal case, especially the slander and defamation claim you've received and also help these poor people calling out for at least an answer! Worst failing in years, mainly by refusal of interacting with those affected and the hypocritical way all store issues are resolved and compensated in 24 hours. In my case consider this your final right to refuse. People spend money to play this game for enjoyment and relaxation and all that is being asked is that the programming is correct and if there is a problem customer service and contacts will act fast to fix it....... WELL THAT'S NOT THE CASE.... I have yet to receive my MUT Season 6 reward for being Top 100 Calvin Johnson and we have now TODAY ended Season 7 and I got the WRONG reward even though right on my screen it said I was TOP 100... I got a Kyle Van Noy instead of the Minkah Fitzpatrick I was suppose to get. My last post on this forum was completely ignored by the admin and I'm sure this one will be also. I was banned in 2022 by mistake which it was overturned in 2025 now I played mostly on my PS4 version where I spent a decent amount of money and now none of that is transferring over to my PS five account. I am trying to see what I can do because I had Spent so much money on this game along with buying the octane edition if I need to pull transaction histories, I can do that. Hello I logged in about 10 minutes ago. i noticed a message in my inbox that said a datacron set had been rotated and I was given 20m datacron credits. I didn’t read it but I had assumed it was talking about the wayward brown set. I’ve gone to look at my datacrons in my collection and both wayward and enduring power are there but I’ve noticed that I’ve lost all of my deboss materials for upgrading and rerolling datacrons. I had some materials saved up after the last conquest so that I could level up some more datacrons in case the next set didn’t fit the teams I needed them for. is this right that I’ve lost all of the materials?7Views0likes0CommentsNot Receiving Mid Field Packs from Premium Team Pass
So, I know without a doubt I have the Premium Team Pass as I get all the other rewards for each level and can use them. But, today the pass finally started tracking XP and I've leveled up four or five times, was supposed to get two Mid Field packs for two of the levels but nothing shows up. I Googled it and did a few things to try and get them to show up but absolutely nothing. Anyone else have this problem today? And if so or if not do you have any advice? I pay for the pass for the "premium" rewards but not getting them is garbage.Beast of Prey/Penumbra Pack "Collected" doesn't update or track opened packs.
In-game packs with a specific collection (Beast of Prey/Penumbra) do not track the collected items accordingly. When opening a pack, it does not update or track the collected amount of items, showing 0/10 always despite owning multiple(, gained through said, purchased packs,) items from it. This has resulted in me rolling random cosmetics that I was not promised to receive from the packs, shown in Screenshot_1586 and 2025-03-12 21-52-34 - Trim.mp4. (I forgot to change the recording to match the higher resolution monitor, hence why it's oddly cropped, but all related information is still viewable.) From the Beast of Prey pack I got the Gold Talons - Prowler Skin and from the Penumbra Pack's I got; Revenant - Painted Death, Holo - Night Terror, Spitfire - Sunsetter, which all got replaced by the random item of equal value option instead of being removed from the pack's pool which should not have happened. This resulted in my fourth and fifth Penumbra pack resulting in getting random items that I was not expecting or did not want. (Mad Maggie - Tropical Punch and P2020 - Echo's Revenge.) I am fully aware that items get replaced if any of the items from the packs are obtained outside of the corresponding packs, however I've exclusively bought and obtained the cosmetics through the corresponding packs and not outside of it, so that should not have been applicable. Furthermore, despite the proper collected amount not properly being tracked, the pricing per pack does still track, as I bought last two packs for 500 in which I both received random unrelated cosmetics and now it sits at 700 with it thinking I own 5 to 7 items, all the while it is still sitting on 0/10 collected.121Views3likes7Comments
