APXGP Pack missing
Hi everyone, I purchased the F1 25 Iconic Edition via Steam on July 11, 2025, which was within the eligibility period to receive the APXGP Pack, including access to the F1 movie characters (Sonny Hayes, Joshua Pearce) and the APXGP team. However, the APXGP Pack is not showing up in my Steam DLC list, and neither the movie drivers nor the APXGP team are available in-game. I've checked across all game modes (Career, My Team, Grand Prix, etc.), but they are nowhere to be found. I've also made sure the game is fully updated and that all the DLC available are installed properly—but no luck. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Are there any known fixes or steps I might be missing? Thanks very much for your help!
Game doesn't accept input, leaving me stuck at the splash screen unable to play.
As title says. The game doesn't take inputs and hasn't since January. I have tried with both an Xbox elite series and PS4 dual shock. Using Bluetooth and usb connections, I have tried multiple usb ports. I have disabled Steam input in the steam settings. I have launched the game as administrator. I have created a new admin account on the PC and tried it. I have updated firmware and drivers. I have manually installed EA Anti cheat. I ha e calibrated the controller through Windows settings. I have done a clean boot. I am at my wits end about this.
MyTeam Level 4 Upgrades Not Available
Myteam 10 race season: 94 difficulty Player reduced resource point Player reduced Money in season 4 Issue Once i completed Lvl 3 Upgrades it showed in the research panel i completed every possible upgrade My car was "rated" 5 in performance even though it was "Maxed out" Season 4 I unlock Phase 4 Engineering Complex I then unlock The Chassis/Power/Aero Breakthrough Upgrade This did not unlock any additional upgrades as was promised in the description EVERY Team has had ZERO development from Mid Season 3 through Season 4 After I unlocked Phase 4 some Teams did upgrade the next race I am unable to upgrade and stuck with a car rated 7th best. Conclusion I am unable to play anymore as I am stuck midpack with no more progression. I have over 15k resource points I am unable to useMissing graphics
I tried everything to fix the issue but nothing helped. Wasted hours with support but I do not thing they know what was the issue. I tried Reinstalling anticheat, repairing the game, downloading latest windows, reinstalling NVIDIA and many more things but nothing helped. The game worked fine the day I got it but I had nothing else then issues since. Can anyone help me please?Sonny Hayes Helmet not received
The game said whoever completed the event would get the Sonny Hayes helmet. I received what it seems to be the Joshua Person Helmet, not the Sonny Hays....And I saw a driver using the Sonny Hayes Helmet. First two pictures are the Sonny Hayes helmet, the one the game said I would receice. Last pic is the one I got. Cheers"Take control" doesn't work
I got disconnected from a race in two player carreer. After joining back to the session and navigating to "take control" while spectating my own car nothing happens when I press x (on ps). It should give me back the control of my car but nothing happens and after few laps of only being able to spectate the car automatically pits and retires. I have disconnected from a race two times and both times this has happened when I tried to rejoin.
