MySims Kingdom crashes at create a sim menu
Hi, I have the cozy bundle and the regular mysims game plays but when I start up my kingdom it goes into the king explaining the land and how he's going to pick a new wandelior then when it goes into create a sim the game crashes. Not sure what I'm suppose to do to fix this.
Post Credit Building Bug on Capital Island (MySims Kingdom)
I’ve finished the main game and am onto the post credit gameplay, I’ve noticed a bug specifically on Capital Island where the first bridge the player builds isn’t able to be deleted. I talked to King Roland, who asked me to build a new bridge or whatever, as I go into build mode and select one of the two pieces I placed way back at the beginning of my game, I’m not able to delete them. I press B and they just don’t go away. I restarted my save, then the game, then my whole switch and still the same bug. Not sure if this bug applies to other early game builds but will update if does.
I can't save MySims Kingdom progress
I ordered the Cozy Bundle, however the MySims Kingdom game doesn't save. When I click on the save button a window pops up that says NAND. I tried to repair and relaunch it multiple times already to try to fix the problem, but no success. Interestingly, the MySims doesn't have this problem, it works as it should. What should I do to get it to work? I'm lost.

To fix Mysims cozy bundle from crashing in CAS(create a sim) press window button on keyboard, go to settings, tap on privacy&security, go to windows security & click on app&browser control then click on Exploit protection settings tell it all to use default on accept for Data Execution Prevention(DEP) then restart your pc and try the games again it should load successfully after that is fixed because it worked for me.
MySims Not Opening
I was so excited to get MySims, and it is not launching. I've followed everything in the FAQ section, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything. I made sure my computer was fully updated. I restarted my computer. I did absolutely everything, and it's not launching. I'm about to give up and request a refund. Anyone know a fix for this before I do?
Music loop/not playing bug
It appears that the music bug in create a building/object is still occurring, I waited in create an object for a while the same audio track played 3 times. I’m unsure if this audio bug still remains in the Switch version. Another bug I’ve noticed is that the loading screen music is still not fixed yet. I don't know if I'm the only one with this issue, while playing MySims Kingdom, I tried saving my progress and this window pop up in my game. And when I went back to the main menu, there was no save files when I tried loading my game. I tried with MySims too except that I can't even click on the save button.MySims Kingdom Unplayable on Steam Deck
Hi there, just reporting this here so people are aware, Kingdom currently does NOT work on Steam Deck, as the game will crash when attempting to enter CAS, making the game unplayable. If there are any workarounds to this fix this issue, I’ll be sure to update this thread. :)
