Issue rotating camera when in build mode
As you can tell from the title. I have an issue with the camera rotating. When playing MySims Kingdom, I can rotate and zoom in and out without issue. When I go into build mode I can still rotate and zoom the camera. The second I am placing/holding and item, my camera is stuck however I have it. This is a recent issue, as I had been able to move the camera around previously while building houses or decorating. I tried looking into the game files and resetting my switch. I litteraly don't know what to do and it's making the game play significantly less fun to get rid of whatever I'm holding just to move the camera a little bit to the reselect what I'm holding and do that over and over and over again considering 90% of this game is building and decorating. Sims’ Interior Not Resetting & Stolen Furniture Disappearing
Hello, I’d like to report two bugs I’ve encountered in “MySims” Cozy Bundle on Nintendo Switch. First, when a Sim moves out of the town, their interior doesn’t always reset as expected. Any changes I made to their house, such as adding or removing furniture or decorations, remain unchanged. This can result in a messy interior, as everything I altered stays in place and doesn’t disappear when they leave. Secondly, when I “steal” furniture from other Sims' houses and place it in my own, the furniture sometimes disappears after I save and reload the game. For example, I took Penelope's bed, placed it in my house, had her move out, and after playing for a while, I saved and exited the game. Upon returning, the bed was gone. This has happened multiple times, and each time, Penelope’s interior wasn’t fully reset, leaving her house in disarray with the changes I initially made still in place. I’m currently playing with the latest game update. Thank you for your time and attention to these issues.
Sims disappearing
I'm having a problem with Sims in the My Sims Cozy Bundle game just straight up disappearing. Some sims can reappear only temporarily when kicking them out and moving them back in, but now it's got to the point where Buddy has disappeared completely. No matter how many times I open and close this game he's just wiped from my file, I even try to customize him in costume chest/salon chair/changing booth and the loading screen never appears, my sim just gets off the phone and the game resumes except I can't do anything because it's supposed to be in customize mode. Sometimes even the hotel is completely vacant for no reason, and sims aren't coming back home nor do they get visiters anymore. EA please fix this, I've worked really hard on this town and it's suddenly broken.
MySims Bugs Jan/25
Hello! I've come to join the discussion regarding bugs that I've found with the game. Pathfinding seems to be a bit off in this game. I noticed Patrick wandering off to what looked like the middle of nowhere, so I followed, and he took the longest path possible to get to a patch of flowers. Sims like to get stuck on top of tea pots. Poppy was having a tea party and Patrick got stuck on top of it. Same with Mayor Rosalyn. Despite being at only 1 star, I suddenly had complete access to seeing what was in the Essence Book, spoiling new content. Roof textures are a little buggy. Fishing bobber tends to ignore bubbles when fishing, and it doesn't go down most of the time. Loading screen is dead quiet. Music in general is quiet. I remember the PC version having music when walking around town, and it's eerily quiet without it. Sims take a long time to appear in their homes. Noticed that blocks will clip into each other rarely in build mode. Mostly limited to corners. Night and day changing textures are slightly slower than they used to be. There's at least a few seconds overlap from when it changes from night to day, and the main character and any nearby trees are a bit darker than the background for that duration of time. Visual glitch when trees have Essences on them. Having a full tree will make the Essences on them disappear until you shake the tree. Known glitch from the PC version as well. Cassandra needs her own relationship book page. Who is she? What does she like? Still no clue almost 20 years later. Thanks for letting me dump these here. The Essence Book glitch is still bumming me out a bit lol.
Error occurred while loading Decorate mode

Found Bugs/Suggest Additions
Hi there, I wanted to start a discussion on features the community would like to see in the Cozy Bundle or bugs the community has found and we can all make posts towards this on here if that’s ok! :) I wanted to start off by saying that the controls, while working great, feel a little off for me as I’m left handed, and I think it would be a nice addition if we could get an option to swap the controls for the Left and Right Stick for those who would prefer that, and vice versa. :)
Known bug... no known solution
I've reach near the "end" of the game when you build up your town to a level 5 star rating. But, upon achieving the 5 star rating, the game goes into an endless loading screen. In addition to this issue, there are Sims completely absent from my game, specifically the mayor. And you can't recall them by inviting them to a makeover or redoing their homes. I've been reading across different forums and found a lot of people facing this glitch, EA doesn't seem to be doing anything about it... any comments?
My sims Cozy Bundle
Hey has anyone else experienced this, I’ve been playing Mysims for a couple days now and suddenly anytime I give someone a task item or try to move a townie sim in after I push done to go back to the game the game glitch’s on the loading screen? It doesn’t happen when I move commercial sims in only townies and it only does it when I give them a task item that they asked for not when I just gift them something randomDisappearing Hairstyle in MySims Kingdom
So there’s this hairstyle in MySims Kingdom that’s selectable from the start of the game but once you gain the ability to swap clothing/hair is just gone. It’s this low ponytail. This is an issue/bug that’s been present since way back during the Wii days and I saw ya’ll fixed the issue with the missing dresses and was wondering if we could get that same fix for this hairstyle?
"Too Much Stuff Built" Error Message
I've been playing MySims from the MySims Cozy Bundle on the Switch ever since November and I have over 130 hours on this game alone (I haven't touched Kingdom yet). My goal since getting five stars has been to get every blueprint and costume in the game by befriending every Sim. Easy enough until I ran into the error message that says "Too Much Stuff Built". That makes sense, I have a full town. I throw away the items in my backpack I don't need and that fixes the problem...for a little while. I get the message again and it's discouraging. I evict one of my commercial lots and I spend a few hours without running into the problem again. I save my game and exit out of it on the Switch home screen (in case that makes a difference) before turning my Switch off for the day. Now I've come back to my game, ready to keep playing after I've apparently fixed my problem, only to get the message again. I have three items in my backpack that I can't even edit because of this error. I go and evict one of my commercial lots and the error...is still there. This must be a bug or glitch, in which case it could be potentially game breaking, but I want to hear others' thoughts. There's a post on Reddit that details this same issue and people have claimed to encounter it before being able to finish their towns. I'm really happy that the Sims team has decided to make the decision to remaster older side games like this and hope for more in the future! My mom has been a big fan of the games since before I was born and it rubbed off on me. I would like for this to reach the attention of the proper people in charge so it can be looked at and hopefully fixed.
Bug loading 5 stars
I've reached the level of reaching 5 start in my toen but anytime i complete any tanks to reach this level my loading screen gets stuck. How can I resolve this issue? I would really like to be alle to continue with the same town as I completed mana tasks and made most of the best freind levels.The Geeky Prospecting Cave
I have been trying to get action figures to complete Vic's challenge in MySims but the prospecting cave is not working. It remains blue at all times. I have restarting the game, restarted my switch and gone to the cave on different days/different times etc. Nothing seems to be fixing it and it continues to be blue no matter where I go within the geeky cave. I can't carry on with the game because I can't complete the challenge. The area by the train station is working fine, just not the cave. Someone help please
Essence Painting
Almost 21 hours in on mysims, I was painting in Patrick’s House and my tasty essences all of a sudden became inaccessible. I’m unable to paint with tasty essence now in all houses. I can paint with all my essences in the workshop, but not in homes. I saw online that you can use the arrows instead of clicking X to switch essences, that’s better than nothing, but very tedious and I want the game to work properly.Limited Essence Accessibility
Downloaded the latest MySims update and in Jimmy Watanabe’s house was about to paint the walls, but it seems to not allow me to access my food essence, yet when i select a random essence, the bacon essence appears, but no other food essence. Seems to have limited the access of my food essence when painting inside a house. Please fix.Can't paint houses with Tasty essences
I'm not sure if there is a limit to the number of essences that can be accessed when painting the interiors of houses. I've got at least one of every essence and when decorating a Tasty house, when I scroll to the end of the essences list only one Tasty essence shows and then I cannot scroll any more. Anyone else got this?Not all essences available to paint with when decorating my own house
I'm playing MySims (not Kingdom) on the Switch and am having trouble painting the interior of my home. I want to use the gingerbread essence which I have over 50 of in my backpack but it does not show up as an option to paint with when in paint mode. In fact, most of my Tasty essences aren't available to paint with. Just the first 2 or 3 show up when I go to paint my house even though I have at least one of every essence, including the garden essences. I either haven't noticed or encountered this problem when painting other Sims' homes. Just mine.
