Playstation Banned and My EA Account
Hello, My PlayStation account has been permanently banned due to messages I posted that I didn't send. I can't find anyone to appeal to, and I have an Ultimate Team on my EA account that I've put a lot of effort into, but I can't play matches with it because PlayStation banned me for messages I didn't send. I kindly request your help in linking my EA account to another PlayStation account. Many people are suffering from this problem, and a lot of our hard work has gone to waste. Please do something about this; PlayStation banned us, took away our right to appeal, we can't find anyone to help, and we can't log in with our EA account. Missing Icon Swap Tokens I’m missing 2 Icon Swap tokens. I was very careful and definitely didn’t give any away or submit them by mistake. Because of this, I now have to win another 10 Champs matches to get R9, which is really frustrating. Has anyone else had this issue, or does anyone know how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated.FC26 squad battle difficulty out of control
I’m a casual player with a reasonable squad lineup and was consistent elite 1 with usually 1 loss out of 16+2 matches each week. This week I’ve lost to ALL matches against 87~88 rating teams on world class, WORLD CLASS difficulty!!!! It’s not that I’ve conceded even one match against even higher rating teams with R9, birthday Pina and etc, I just consistently loss out to rare gold card players. Gameplay feels like playing on legendary difficulty with super hard pressing when in possession, people rush like rocket to intercept my pass and BLOCK my players from running forward (this is just too gross). Their attacks are solely one-touched so I’m never able to defend manually against them, and my defending ai is never up to their job anyway. Please explain to me how it’s possible that from losing 1 match to losing like 5 matches in a week with a better team than previous weeks, and how these matches against rare gold card players are so unplayable?
Player with top stats not moving in game
Either let us conveniently control more players at the same time or make it the same for AI. AI are doing too much things that human players are not allowed to do. Can we control more than 3 players simultaneously and let them all rushing towards and surround the ball possessor? Can our tackle actually invade opponents vertical cylinder? AI tackles with leg invading inside our players body, while human tackle only when the ball is open. So we can only shoulder our opponent while AI play like in real life interception. I can't stand players with 94 defensive awareness being completely idle and have none proactiveness for defense. Neither standing in-between the ball and potential passing target nor in-between ball and gate. I m sick of players with 95 positioning not knowing proactively seeking chances until I hit L1, and sadly chooses the lane that has a defender in the middle of this passing lane. If you would like to make it a pure skill gap thing (L1 +R1 in offense and right stick switching players in defense) then remove these stats. If they exists, they should perform in game. Otherwise ain't that fraudulent selling? Selling a card that you claim to be "smart in offense" but no different than idle. Again football is a 11 players' game, it stinks that only the 1-2 players we control or call are moving, others are just watching the game like an audience. From competitive perspective, it also stinks because the player switching logic is absolutely rubbish. An example would be if I do a long pass, even with right stick, it still takes a long time to switch to the defender next to it because the camera is not there. This is ridiculous, in real life, that dude just fall asleep not seeing opponent made a long pass until the guy next to him are about to get the ball? No marking at all before that? There is only 1 ball for 22 players in real game, but everyone is participating when off-ball."blow out the candles"
Why is this game not explaining what is required in Objectives. Tried with 5 european players (germany, france, italy) and not recording my win Tried with 5 european players from european leagues and still not recording on the objective. After spending 5 evenings completely rebuilding PC, re-installing everything after failing to complete World Silver stars objectives in Season 5 due to 2-3 seconds lag all I get is this. WHAT IS THE POINT YOU MONEY GRABBING COMPANY!?!?!?!?New Way to Support
Seriously, Ea, shouldn't you spend some of your hard-earned money on purchasing a translator that translates all languages into English so that we users don't have to use only certain languages? It sends a very bad signal to the world that a company like yours cannot translate all the world's languages. It would be much easier if each user could use their own language and you had an automatic translator that could make it easy for you and then it would make the whole process of getting help faster and simpler.
Ongoing Issues Woth Missing Icon Swap Tokens on EAFC 26
I am writing to raise continued concern regarding the disappearance of my Icon Swap tokens in EA Sports FC 26 and the lack of resolution despite multiple attempts to seek support from EA. This issue has been reported on several occasions through the appropriate EA support channels, yet it remains unresolved. Over the course of the current Icon Swaps event, I have actively participated in the required objectives and challenges to earn the tokens legitimately. However, at some point during the event period, a number of the tokens that I had previously earned unexpectedly disappeared from my club. These tokens are essential for completing the Icon Swaps program, which allows players to exchange them for rewards that are only available for a limited time during the event window. Since discovering the issue, I have made several efforts to bring it to EA’s attention. I have contacted EA Help, reported the issue through the in-game support channels, and raised the concern through official communication platforms. Unfortunately, despite these repeated attempts, the problem still has not been resolved, nor has there been any clear explanation provided as to why the tokens disappeared in the first place. What makes the situation particularly frustrating is that the Icon Swaps event is now approaching its end, which means the opportunity to redeem these tokens for rewards is quickly running out. Without the missing tokens being restored, the time and effort invested into completing the objectives for this event effectively becomes wasted. Players rely on EA to maintain the integrity of limited time events, and when issues like this occur, timely support and transparent communication are essential. At this stage, the lack of response or meaningful action from EA is deeply disappointing. Not only have the missing tokens not been restored, but there has also been no acknowledgement of the root cause of the issue or any reassurance that affected players will be compensated before the event concludes. I respectfully request that EA urgently investigate this matter, restore the missing Icon Swap tokens to my account, and provide clarification on why they disappeared. Given that the event is about to end, it is critical that this issue is addressed promptly so that players who have earned their tokens can still redeem the rewards they worked for.
EA FC 26 fps drop issues
I have almost 300 hours in EA FC 26, but I experience this FPS drop issue every time. Electronic Arts supposedly promised to address player demands this year, but there's almost no new content for PC players. Please either fix this optimization problem or don't release the game on PC until you do. If you do release it, please do it properly. You don't seem to read the comments; you've just made two ridiculous in-game improvements and essentially abandoned the game. We expect a reaction from the authorities to resolve this as soon as possible. It's not impossible; the company has millions of programmers. Haven't they ever played the game on a PC? Look it up, and if it doesn't work, create a better version and release it on PC. It's not that difficult. We expect a solution as soon as possible. (Note: I'm speaking from someone with an RTX 3050 system; I believe other graphics cards don't have this problem.)
