Pack missing
I opened a preview pack on Sept 17 on the web app and got a valuable player/pack (+60k coins), but I didn't have FIFA points at the time. Yesterday, I logged into my account on PC (the team was reset), and I had the 150 FIFA points needed. However, the preview pack I opened was not there (24 hours had not passed). I switched from the PS5 to PC for the first time this year, and my account is considered new because the transfer market is locked. I bought it through EA Play Pro. Anything I can do?Transfer market closed
I pre ordered the ultimate edition of eafc26 to get the early access, just to be surprised when i started playing that I can’t use the transfer market???? that is totally unacceptable, thinking that i am some sort of a bot or something just because i was a university student during the last few years and didn’t have the time to play the last few games??? If you checked my account you would have known that i have spent a lot of money on the game during many years on the account, and in the end i get surprised of being banned from the transfer market until i do many silly objectives??? and i literally bought the ultimate edition that comes with fifa points and many other features, how am i a bot? I just started playing on PC after playing Fifa/EAFC for nearly ten years on my playstation. I loaded up a bunch of fifa points on my new account so I could build my starter team, but after opening the packs I noticed my Transfermarket is locked and I need to do a ridiculous amount of objectives to even be considered to use the transfer market. I tried reaching out to live support and he told me he had the same problem himself last year, and even after completing the objectives, it took 1.5 months until he got access to the transfermarket. I get this feature is implemented to stop coint traders and stuff, but how can a loyal player like me get disadvantaged like this? I bought Ultimate edition for early access to the game, and now a fundamental part of the game is taken away from me. How is that right? EA please fix this stupid system that screws over normal players!!Unable to to do any SBCs on web or phone app. All my options are Greyed out!
I was using the app on Tuesday with no issues. When I tried using it Yesterday and today, everything is greyed out. Unable to do any sbcs, view objectives etc. I attached a photo, the error it shows is that the feature is disabled. HELP PLEASE!!!Where can I buy the premium season pass?
When I first started EA FC 26 and went in to objectives, it gave me the option to buy the premium season pass. I didn't have the coins or points to buy it at that time so I thought I'll do that later. But now I can't find where to buy the premium season pass. The option to buy it, is just not there.. What do i do?
