Hi EA, I’ve completed all 5 Weekly Rush Objectives in Season 6, and in the “Weekly Rush Objectives” tab it clearly shows 5/5 completed. However, the “Season 6 Weekly Play Completionist” objective is stuck at 4/5 and I didn’t receive the 90x5 pack reward. I even played another game and re-entered FUT multiple times, but nothing changed. Please help fix this issue or manually grant the reward. I can provide screenshots as proof. I have completed season 6 weekly completion 5 times got reward for 4 times only. I let EA support know it but still they didn’t solve it. How absurd and unprofessional. Now everyone got the reward but I didn’t. I don know when will they fix it and give me my reward. Every time I try to contact them they say the same thing. I want to sell the tradable Zannetti in my squad and use the Zannetti I sent to the SBC area. In short, I want to add my Zannetti card from the SBC area to my active squad. So, I had a bit of a **bleep** happen last Sunday (April 6th) and was wondering if anyone else has had something similar happen. I was trying to snag Dybala and Pedro for my Ultimate Team on PS5, went through the whole buy process, and BAM! Coins gone. But guess what? No Dybala, no Pedro. Nada. Zilch. 😩 Seriously gutted because that's a chunk of coins just poof gone into thin air, and I'm still rocking the same old squad. Feels like I got robbed by the game itself! 😠 I've literally checked everywhere - my transfer list, my unassigned items, even gone through my entire club multiple times just in case they glitched in somehow. I even scoured the transaction history in the store, but there's no record of the purchase actually delivering the players. This whole **bleep** is making me crazy! Has anyone else had this happen where you buy players and they just... disappear? Any ideas what I should do? I've already sent a proper message to the support team, but figured I'd see if the community has any wisdom to share. This bull**bleep** needs to get sorted. Hi all, I bought the above pack and recieved 1 x hero 90 rated.....OK .....but then 4x87 rated players and 1 x 86player. Clearly this is incorrect as I should have got 5x87+ players, one of which should be 90+ I spent over 2hours......2 hours chatting on the web chat with the Indian based tech support. They argued that I recived everything constantly, even when I showed them pictures and the pack clearly states what you get. They were horrible....useless.....couldn't even read English! They finally accepted that I am correct and there must have been a fault. The result? A free pack? My 2500 points back? A free player????? NO....... "Oh I'm sorry sir, it's a technical glitch, we can't do anything sir, please sir, go to the EA forum and post your problem sir".
