Arbitration - Court - User Agreement
Under the User Agreement and its provisions, I would like to exercise my right to arbitration or a court hearing. Could you please advise me on the steps required to initiate arbitration, where I should submit my request, and what the expected timeframe is for receiving a response? I have been requesting arbitration in relation to my case appeal, as outlined under the User Agreement. Despite multiple email attempts, the company has consistently avoided addressing my request directly, instead responding with unrelated or irrelevant information. The level of inconsistency in their statements has been remarkable and concerning. I encourage anyone else who has experienced similar violations of their User Agreement by EA to come forward so that we may consider taking collective legal action or exploring a class-action lawsuit.Fix Your Server

Hello everyone, about 3-4 weeks ago, I accidentally used my pre-order icon in SBC. And I just found out that these cards will be upgraded. I highly doubt it, but if I submit a ticket to EA, do you think they would give me my pre-order icon back? Does anyone have any information about this?the problem with transfer marketing
