Worst experience ever in FC26, got a false ban for almost 1 week and no response
Now, due to EA's false ban, my game has been suspended for almost a week. There has been no compensation for the in-game rewards and Game Pass EXP lost during this period. I have appealed this ban, but EA's response and handling have been extremely slow. Most critically, contacting their customer support has been completely ineffective. What's more, after buying FIFA for so many years—from FIFA to FC—and always being a rule-abiding player all this time, I am now wrongly labeled a cheater, and the process is so slow. I simply cannot accept such unfair and unjust treatment. I don't mind if the system sometimes falsely bans players—it's for the health of the game environment. The real issue is that problems need to be resolved quickly. EA offers no compensation, drags its feet on handling issues, and contacting support only makes you angrier. Support always tells you to wait, and if you ask too much, they say it's "not their team to deal with this ." What's the point of such support then? The appeal process is completely one-sided—it's like begging EA like a clown to unban you. El último futchamp no me dieron las monedas de recompensas pero si los sobres. Y otra cosa en una animación cuando abrí un sobre salió Nico William de invierno y cuando acabó la animación ,no estaba y estaba otro winter de la promoción. Supongo que será que el pc se rayo. Hi everyone, I purchased the Ultimate Edition, however my account and in-game menus continue to show the Standard Edition. Since the purchase, I have contacted EA Support multiple times regarding this issue. During each contact, I completed all troubleshooting steps requested by EA, including reinstalling the game and following entitlement verification steps. After the first advisor was unable to resolve the issue, I explicitly requested escalation to a senior advisor during every subsequent contact. Despite this, my case was never escalated, and I continued to be handled by frontline advisors who were unable to apply a fix. As instructed by EA advisors, I contacted PlayStation Support (PSN) and provided my order details. PlayStation Support confirmed in writing that: The Ultimate Edition purchase is valid and visible on my PlayStation account The correct edition was purchased The issue is not on PSN’s side and must be resolved by EA, as it relates to game entitlements I returned to EA Support with this information and provided full proof of purchase, including: Purchase receipt Transaction ID PSN’s written response confirming the purchase and advising the issue is EA-side Despite following all instructions, providing documentation, and repeatedly requesting escalation, the case was closed as “No fix available” without any entitlement review, and my account still shows the Standard edition. Hi, I can access my EA account and Ultimate Team on the Web App, but I cannot enter Ultimate Team on my PS5. This started after a match where I won, but the match wasn’t counted.
