Mass False Bans for “Balance Transfer” on PC
Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post. Não jogo mais essa **bleep**. É impressionante o amadorismo dessa empresa, deram o yamal a alguns jogadores e deixaram os outros sem, absurdo demais ! Vtnc Recompensas tudo luxo, pack tudo nerfado, manipulação dentro do game para mudar o resultado de partidas. Todo jogo tá rolando uns 20 gols pq essa **bleep** fica abrindo a defesa e os cara fica espanando glitch toda hora. Nerfaram a defesa , passe e finalização, mas esse k7 de drible bugafo essa empresa lixo não nerfa, vc sabe o que os cara vai fazer mas não o teu jogador não reage, defesa passando direito da bola, atacante corre , dribla e desmonta os defensores que estão ao redor. Dear EA SPORTS FC Support Team, My EA Account email is [edit: email address removed] (gamertag: mute_scale4), I play on PC, and my club name is Blackout FC. During the Team of the Year (TOTY) promo (which started on January 16, 2026), I opened a 1-10 80+ pack and received a gold/base version of Claudia Pina (the regular 86-rated card). This pull happened after the TOTY items, including Claudia Pina’s TOTY card (rated 95), were released into packs. Per the promo rules and community reports, standard gold versions of featured TOTY players should not appear in packs once their upgraded TOTY item is live—particularly in high-rated guarantee packs like the 1-10 80+. This appears to be an error, as the timing and pack type should have resulted in the TOTY version. For reference, I have attached screenshots showing: The new gold Pina card pulled from the 1-10 80+ pack (highlighted as new). My previous Pina card (owned before TOTY, for comparison). I kindly request compensation in the form of the TOTY Claudia Pina card (or equivalent value, such as a tradeable version or comparable pack) to address this issue fairly. Pina is one of my favorite players this year, and I truly appreciate the work that goes into events like TOTY! Yesterday i did 86 rating SBC of Sophie Wilson and it was showing me that i will recieve a 91 POTM Lamine Yamal. If i did know that i was not going to recieve him, there was no way to me to complete this SBC. So i got scammed. Give me my SBC players back or Lamine Yamal real quick!!! I even spent so much coins to complete that one. This is a crime what you did to me. I need a real quick reply!!! Give me also my coins that i spent to buy TOTW more expensive then right now!!! I've opened roughly around a thousand packs. I've. spent 25k fp. Can't get a single toty. While I see all streamers and noobs getting mbappe pina etc. today Couldn't get also any midfield. From most of the packs can't get even walkouts. I had 1.2 mn coins before toty now I have 200k just to complete marcelo one 91 costs 90k coin now. What is it you want from me? This year you're not giving me anything. At thunderstruck I've spent 400euros. Only got raphinha and neto. What do you want from me?
