PS5 fully crashes after 10 Minutes playing Split Fiction
Good Morning ! I've been trying to enjoy the new game with my friend for the last few days, but there is no way to play it more than 10 minutes in a row without the PS5 fully crashing forcing me to do a manual reboot and rebuild the database before i can relaunch the game for 10 more minutes of playtime. We have both bought the full version of the game, and both of us are playing on PS5. I have already tried deleting the game and DL'ed it again. and went through all the possible repairs in the PS5 safe mode (cache delete, rebuild, etc) It's the only game where this happens, whether online or single player (I've tried various others for long periods of time to discard hardware issue or overheating from the console), and the first time I get a crash where the console just turns off without any error message. Please help, we can't wait to get back in the adventure ! Thanks a lot !Solved3.5KViews5likes65CommentsUnravel two!!!
Hello EA Support, I installed Unravel Two on PlayStation, but the game stops at the “Press any button” screen and doesn’t respond at all. I tried restarting the console, reinstalling the game, using different controllers, and even waited a long time—but nothing works. Please help me fix this or advise what I can do. Thanks in advance.(PlayStation 4)34Views0likes1CommentWild Hearts crahses on PS5
A couple months ago I completed the game on Xbox Cloud gaming. And I wanted to play on the PS5 with a new account. So I bought the game and started a new file, but I've got stuck on the mision to hunt the Kingtusk before going to Minato. In the middle of the hunt the game just freeze for a couple seconds and then crashes out, after many attempts I finally hunt it down, went to Minato and after the cinematic I dicided to go hunt more Kemonos, but now I'm having the same problem with the Fumebeak and all the others on the Natsukodachi Island. I don't know what to do I tried everything restoring the licenses, clearing the PS5 cache, restoring the PS5 storage, uninstalling and installing the game, log out and in of the PS, I even tried everything together and still crashes. I could really use some help. I also made a post on the Wild Hearts Reddit.39Views1like0CommentsI own Split fiction but game say purchase the game

Ok, so I'm trying to play split fiction with my son. Within the world of PS5, I allowed the game and set it up so he has local access without issue. However, he splits his time between myself and his mum. When he's with his mum though, he simply cannot play it at on his account. It simply won't allow him to connect to EA servers to even log in. Here's what I've worked out so far: Local Play. No issues at all, we can play together on the same PS5. Online Play: I set up an EA child account for him so he could play. When he starts the game, he gets a box on the screen to log in to an EA Account. He also has the button that says 'Play Online'. In both cases, if you click it, I get the following errors: Gameplay recording paused because you entered a block scene (this disappears after 3 seconds) Unable to Login. This account cannot get online. There might be a few reasons why this might be. See https://ea.com/unable-to-connect for possible reasons and some troubleshooting you can try. The only option at this point is to close). When you click close you get the next error Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information. Result Code: 401-18eea To confirm, there are no issues with network and internet access at either side. For example, on my parent account, I have no issues at all and I can even invite my son through the PlayStation network. However, when he receives the invite, the same thing as above happens. My conclusion is that EA Play is checking the PS5 account age, confirms its a child account, and then blocks the account from accessing the login servers, hence the 401 error (which is usually associated with forbidden) before it even reaches the login servers and likely due to the age of the game being PEGI16, even though the game has been marked as allowed in PS5 family management. So, I need to ask, is there a way to switch off the child account check on EA Play that happens prior to login?, or at least allow me to allow the game for him (like on PS5) so it bypasses the check for specific games like Split Fiction? Any help to understand or resolve this issue is greatly appreciated.387Views3likes2CommentsStuck on the train

Hi!! My boyfriend (31M) and I (32 F) have been playing It Takes Two for a little bit now, we're currently paused at the Snow Globe. We were watching the cut scene and he says, "Missed opportunity there! They could have given Dr. Hakim little butt cheeks!" To which I replied, "Heck yesss!!!!! I'll try to figure out how to contact them!" And here we are, lol. So, in conclusion, we think it would be really funny if you gave the book little butt cheeks. That is all. :DSolved111Views3likes1Comment
