Need help.
Okay, so if you saw my previous post, I asked how to unlink my EA and PSN account from a disabled email. The response is that I need to contact an EA Help Advisor for assistance. Which I know, but I don't know how to do this process as I try but it doesn't seem to work. Can anyone who has experienced this or someone from EA, talk me through the process in detail, so I can contact with an EA Help Advisor to resolve this issue? Here's a screenshot of what the context is, for those who are confused:Solved94Views1like8CommentsDisabled EA email account
Hey y'all! I didn't know where to post this, but here. So, I finally got Split Fiction for the PS5, as I've been wanting to play it for a while. However, when I tried to link my PSN account to my EA account, it wouldn't. It wasn't until I discovered that my account is linked to another email, but it's a disabled email. I tried to contact EA for a case, but I don't know how. Can anyone help me, please, with this situation?Solved83Views1like2CommentsSplit fiction error 104 can't play the game
i'm on PC and my friend is on PS5 and he's the one who has the game, we login on EA servers, and yes crossplay is enabled, we have tried several things that appear to have been the problem before, but we can't just find anyone with this 104 error, it says that the ''MUTPLAYER SESSION IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE'' i tried to just enter his lobby manually without the invite but the same error pop out, but for him when he tries this, it's just doesn't appear the option to come to my lobby746Views3likes5CommentsPlay Split Fiction Local Play with 2 Different PSN in different games on PS5
My wife got Split Fiction for our 9-year-old son for his PS5 and the two of them started playing together. They stopped after about an hour and their game was saved. The next day he wanted to play with me (his father) and we started a new game, but we couldn't figure out how to change the controller to be set up to my PSN account instead of my wife''s. Her PSN account was logged out of the PS5 and in the PS5 accessory settings it showed the 2 controllers assigned to my son's and my PSN accounts, but when we went into the new game Player 1 was assigned to my son's PSN user name, and Player 2 was assigned to my wife's PSN user name. We can sign my wife out of one of the players, but there is no potion to sign me in. We can't figure out how to change it so that my son has one Split Fiction game going with my wife and another one going with me. WE of course would play at different times. Is there any way to do this? Appreciate any help.110Views1like1CommentSplit Fiction: EA Play Pre-Login Check blocks PS5 Child Accounts by default.
Ok, so I'm trying to play split fiction with my son. Within the world of PS5, I allowed the game and set it up so he has local access without issue. However, he splits his time between myself and his mum. When he's with his mum though, he simply cannot play it at on his account. It simply won't allow him to connect to EA servers to even log in. Here's what I've worked out so far: Local Play. No issues at all, we can play together on the same PS5. Online Play: I set up an EA child account for him so he could play. When he starts the game, he gets a box on the screen to log in to an EA Account. He also has the button that says 'Play Online'. In both cases, if you click it, I get the following errors: Gameplay recording paused because you entered a block scene (this disappears after 3 seconds) Unable to Login. This account cannot get online. There might be a few reasons why this might be. See https://ea.com/unable-to-connect for possible reasons and some troubleshooting you can try. The only option at this point is to close). When you click close you get the next error Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information. Result Code: 401-18eea To confirm, there are no issues with network and internet access at either side. For example, on my parent account, I have no issues at all and I can even invite my son through the PlayStation network. However, when he receives the invite, the same thing as above happens. My conclusion is that EA Play is checking the PS5 account age, confirms its a child account, and then blocks the account from accessing the login servers, hence the 401 error (which is usually associated with forbidden) before it even reaches the login servers and likely due to the age of the game being PEGI16, even though the game has been marked as allowed in PS5 family management. So, I need to ask, is there a way to switch off the child account check on EA Play that happens prior to login?, or at least allow me to allow the game for him (like on PS5) so it bypasses the check for specific games like Split Fiction? Any help to understand or resolve this issue is greatly appreciated.235Views1like1CommentDisconnected from EA servers Error Code 102-0

Good Morning ! I've been trying to enjoy the new game with my friend for the last few days, but there is no way to play it more than 10 minutes in a row without the PS5 fully crashing forcing me to do a manual reboot and rebuild the database before i can relaunch the game for 10 more minutes of playtime. We have both bought the full version of the game, and both of us are playing on PS5. I have already tried deleting the game and DL'ed it again. and went through all the possible repairs in the PS5 safe mode (cache delete, rebuild, etc) It's the only game where this happens, whether online or single player (I've tried various others for long periods of time to discard hardware issue or overheating from the console), and the first time I get a crash where the console just turns off without any error message. Please help, we can't wait to get back in the adventure ! Thanks a lot !Solved2.7KViews5likes63Comments
