MADDEN 26 PS5 H2H error
Hi, I have had the game for 6-8months and have been able to play the head to head feature maybe 3-4 times. It is so bad right now that when you click on the game mode it comes up with an ERROR then connection lost to EA servers etc. I have done the following to trouble shoot Del the game re installed Tried different DNS settings Tried Cable vs wifi Unlinked EA to PS account and re linked Updated passwords hard reset on both MODEM and PS5 I am over it right now as I paid over $100 aud for this product and it does not work!!!Legally can you see a product that does not work ?
I did recently just post a few moments ago however looking at all the other posts it seems nothing is getting done. I paid over $100aud for this game and the online head 2 head has worked twice in 6-8months and now says ERROR connection lost " you have lost your connection to the EA servers etc...." I have done everything to troubleshoot such as Delete and reinstall the game Adjust DNS settings Reset Modem Unlink EA to PS and reconnected.. You should be giving every EA account a credit / full refund that has downloaded this game. I am going to look into this further as it isnt fair for the customers and seems nothing has been followed up to support or help the community.Unable to connect to Online Services
Having an issue with Madden 26 on PS5 when loading into game it would display "MISCSERVICEGATEWAY_ERR_SYSTEM" then after about 5-10 seconds in menu would see "CONNECTION LOST". After signing back in and loading MUT, would see "Our servers cannot process your request at this time" before going back to "CONNECTION LOST". Issue has been happening since around December/January which could usually get around by loading into Madden using a hotspot but now this also has the same issue. Issue also occurring on different PlayStation/EA accounts Have tried the following to resolve: - Restart PS5 - Restart Modem/Router - Change DNS settings on PS5 - Clear system cache - Rebuild Database - Unlink PlayStation Network Account from EA account, and re-linked - Uninstall & Reinstall game - Restored License Have noticed a few others have also posted in this forum with the same issue. I don't remember having problems like this in previous titles, but this year, my PS5 has been giving me " Too hot - Turn off to cool down" warnings like never before. I have cleaned out my console, and it still persists. Maybe it's degrading, but I really hope that there's a "Performance Mode" added soon. I'm only experiencing this during gameplay. Could it have anything to do with the stadium or fans?About the Empire State Building
I play in Japan, but Empire State is designed so that if you destroy more buildings faster than your opponents—regardless of individual skill—you gain an advantage. If technically feasible, I’d like you to designate floors three and above as off-limits outside of bases, so players can’t access them. If setting areas outside the base isn’t possible, I’d like it to be possible to destroy any building with a single RPG shot. Why should some players have to sacrifice themselves for the sake of players who don’t revive others, don’t spot enemies, don’t enter the base, only resupply themselves while ignoring other players, and do nothing but kill?How do I get a refund for this game ?
I have had this game now for a few months and I can use all the offline features however I bought it because I enjoy the online H2H however I have only been able to play it maybe 3 times as everytime I connect it says ERROR then Connection Lost ( you have lost your connectiong to the EA Servers etc ) I have done the following Reset Modem Reset DNS Turn off PS5 Deleted the game re install I have unlinked EA to PS and reconnected I demand a full refund as this game does not work.! Unless someone has the fix for it... Based in Australia
