Account reset
I wanted to play skate with my friends after a while and when i logged in, all of my progress was gone, and it was asking me to create a new character. I have multiple achievements hours and cosmetics in this game and would rather not lose that progress. I have linked my playstation accounts, contacted an EA assistant, which was unfortunately unable to help me. I am playing on the PS5 version

The old thread has more than 9005 comments, and sometimes it is difficult for the team to organise and spot new issues within all the reports. That's why we have decided to open a new megathread to work on the most recent softlock issues. If you are softlocked, please provide the following information: Platform Mission/Challenge? Description of issue: Performing nollie 360 inward heelflips causes skater to turn ~30 degrees and move over to one side, without any other input from controller - making it difficult to incorporate trick into lines or sequences without hitting obstacles. Steps to trigger/ reproduce the issue: perform input for nollie 360 inward heelflip Platform: PS5 Troubleshooting steps already performed: issue occurs when performed in regular stance and regular switch/fakie, issue occurs without any other inputs and deviation from straight line skating observed when performing this trick, does not seem to occur on any other trick. Rotation mentioned above is clockwise and skater moves to their right when performed in regular stance, counter-clockwise and moves to left when performed in regular switch/fakie - the effect is less profound when power saving mode for the game on PS5 is switched off.Bug
OK so I play on PS5 and I’m a new player as well. I’m trying to level up but every time I go to the extrovert shop, nothing happens. I have tried restarting the game. I have tried restarting my PlayStation. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and then I tried restoring the license and none of that worked. Also, my map is completely blank of anything besides the X game quests. What’s going on?PS4 Server Connection
I'm unable to connect to server when launching the map. The game initially boots up the X-games arena loading screen then switches over to the Skate logo loading screen after a few minutes. An error message prompts shortly after saying that the connection was lost. I have ran into a moment where the X-games loading screen stayed up for over 10mins before deciding to shutdown.
Quick Drop Bug
I started experience a glitch when i open up the quick drop menu but instead of seeing the items the menu backdrop pops up (the background of the hub section). I can’t do anything nor see my surroundings. This has happened 3 times today, 2 of those were within 30 mins. anyone know why this is happening?Osaka 2025 Park
I’m going for the X games champion title for my acc but I’ve beat all of the challenges except for “X Marks The Lot”, however it says on my map I’ve completed the OSAKA 2025, but won’t register to my account/tasks that I actually completed it. Is there something I need to do more to gain the achievement?
