Player height/weight scaling bug in matches
After starting a game of an academy tournament, music sliders stop working and volume goes crazy, and then player models start growing and shrinking significantly over the course of the game. The same player will start at normal height, shrink to 2ft, and grow to 11ft over the course of the game. opposition keeper grew to 11ft. then if I play a regular career mode match it continues until I restart my game, and toggle the height scale from imperial to metric and then back to imperial. This makes the game unplayable as crosses/headers are undefendable.18Views0likes0CommentsPlayer Carrer Mode - Personality Contradictions
Personality points continue accumulating indefinitely during Player Career, causing personality percentages to keep changing throughout the career. Because personality-based PlayStyles require the player to maintain a specific current personality percentage, previously available PlayStyles can eventually become unavailable again. The problem is made significantly worse by the way personality points are awarded during matches: even when deliberately trying to maximize one personality, normal match actions automatically generate large amounts of points for the other personalities. This means there is no realistic way to maintain certain personality percentages while playing normally. My example: I created my current CAM with already 60.000 personality points: 60% Freigeist/Maverick After approximately 1.5 seasons, this has already fallen to: 56% Freigeist/Maverick I manually added all personality points currently displayed by the game and reached: 68,671 total personality points Therefore personality progression does not stop at 60,000 points. The total continues increasing and the percentage distribution continues changing. This creates a serious long-term progression problem because my Maverick PlayStyles require maintaining the relevant percentage. If my percentage eventually falls below the required threshold, PlayStyles that were already available to my player become unavailable. Why this cannot realistically be prevented My player is a CAM using the Magician archetype. His normal role involves: passing creating chances assisting combining with teammates dribbling making attacking runs scoring Normal football actions generate large amounts of Teamwork and Discipline personality points. I specifically tested whether I could prevent my maverick percentage from declining by deliberately changing the way I played. In one extreme test, I almost completely stopped passing and intentionally concentrated on dribbling, skill moves, solo runs and long-range goals. The match still awarded approximately: Freigeist/Maverick: 192 Discipline: 181 Teamwork: 48 That means I received approximately 192 points for the personality I was deliberately trying to maximize versus 229 combined points for the other two personalities. This means that even while deliberately playing in an unrealistic way designed specifically to maximize maverick, I still could not generate more maverick points than the other two personalities combined. Playing normally as a creative CAM makes the problem even worse because passing and combination play generate additional points outside maverick. Expected behavior: There should be a viable way to maintain or develop the selected personality through normal gameplay. More importantly, PlayStyles that have already been unlocked should not later become unavailable simply because a continuously changing personality percentage falls below an arbitrary threshold. Possible solutions would include: Make personality PlayStyle thresholds permanent unlock conditions. Once 25%, 50% or 65% has been achieved, the corresponding PlayStyle remains unlocked. Stop personality percentages changing after personality progression has been completed. Rebalance match personality rewards so that deliberately playing according to one personality can actually increase or at least maintain that personality percentage. Separate learned football abilities from continuously changing personality percentages. Actual behavior: Personality points continue accumulating indefinitely. Normal gameplay automatically distributes significant points across multiple personalities. As a result, my maverick percentage has already dropped from approximately 60% to 56% in 1.5 seasons. There is no realistic gameplay method available to prevent the decline while continuing to play my position correctly. This means my existing personality-based PlayStyles are effectively on a countdown until the percentage falls below their requirements. Why this is game-breaking: This makes long-term Player Career progression self-defeating. My player can become a better and more complete footballer over several seasons while simultaneously losing access to abilities he previously possessed. The only apparent way to fight against this is to stop playing normal football, lower the difficulty and repeatedly farm personality-specific actions. A long-term career mode should reward player development, not require players to manipulate a percentage system simply to prevent their existing abilities from disappearing. Please investigate the continued accumulation of personality points, personality reward distribution during matches, and the loss of previously available PlayStyles when personality percentages decline.24Views0likes0CommentsDEAD BALL TRAINING IN CAREER MODE.
I cannot train youth academy players on fk accuracy and pk accuracy. I have seen that its a problem that was reported over a year ago by other players but nothing seems to have been done. Please listen to your playerbase and fix this. We understand career mode isnt EA's cashcow but a person like me only bought fc26 purely for career mode so this is very disappointing. Please fix this next update, thank you.7Views0likes0CommentsPlayer career mode Personality types issue
I'm trying to do a player career mode and I'm having issues with the personality types. I never pick the options for maverick, yet it's still growing faster than all other personality types and messing up the percentages, making play styles unusable. Is there a fix for this?15Views0likes0CommentsPlayer career reset attributes returns less points than before
I am experiencing the Attribute Point (AP) reset bug in FC 26 player career on PS5. My Archetype was Magician, and I played with Magician + Specialization for approximately 30 Archetype levels. I then decided to change my Specialization to Hotshot. I used the Archetype Reset/Reset Attributes function and received approximately 260 Attribute Points back, which appeared to be correct. I tested Hotshot but it did not work well for my playstyle, so I decided to switch back to my previous Magician + setup. This is where the problem started. When I reset my attributes again, I received only 190 Attribute Points to redistribute instead of approximately the 260 points I had previously spent. I then continued playing and reached Archetype Level 31, receiving approximately 26 additional Attribute Points from leveling. Now, when I select Reset Attributes, the game says that I will receive only 152 Attribute Points back. This means that despite gaining additional AP from reaching Level 31, the amount returned by Reset Attributes has actually decreased from approximately 190 to only 152. My progression currently appears to have lost roughly 100+ Attribute Points through repeated Archetype resets. This is especially concerning because EA’s Clubs Deep Dive states that an Archetype Reset should return all previously spent Attribute Points to the wallet. My progression history is approximately: Magician + → played to around Level 30 Changed Specialization to Hotshot Reset Attributes → approximately 260 AP returned Decided Hotshot wasn’t suitable Reset/rebuilt toward Magician + → only 190 AP returned Reached Archetype Level 31 → earned approximately 26 additional AP Current Reset Attributes preview → only 152 AP returned Platform: PlayStation 5 Game: EA SPORTS FC 26 Mode: player career Archetype: Magician Specialization: Magician+ / Hotshot Current Archetype Level: 31 Please investigate the AP/progression data on my account and restore the Attribute Points that were incorrectly lost. I do not believe this is simply a UI display issue because the amount shown by Reset Attributes is changing after each reset and does not correspond to the Attribute Points I previously spent. Please also check whether repeated Archetype resets are incorrectly overwriting the player’s stored AP/progression state. I would appreciate having the missing AP restored rather than having to start the Archetype progression over again.5Views0likes0CommentsCareer mode bug
Please listen to the Career Mode community: It’s honestly frustrating that after over 10 years, we still cannot properly edit important player attributes like Composure and Defensive Awareness, or freely change/add Player PlayStyles. For a game that gives us the ability to create players and customize squads, why are some of the most important gameplay attributes still locked? If I want to create a realistic player, recreate a real-life player, make a custom youth prospect, or build a specific type of player, I should have the freedom to decide their attributes and PlayStyles. This has been requested by Career Mode players for YEARS. We shouldn’t have to wait another 5 or 10 years for basic editing options that should already be available. Please give us: Full editing access to Composure Full editing access to Defensive Awareness The ability to add, remove, and change PlayStyles More complete editing of player attributes in general These options for both created players and existing players Career Mode is supposed to be about having control over your football world. Let us actually have that control. Please don’t ignore this request again. We’ve been asking for it for over a decade.8Views0likes0CommentsPlaystyle Lab

[BUG REPORT] Club Transfers – Duplicate Players After Manual Transfer Summary There is a serious bug in Club Transfers. Certain players cannot be transferred correctly because moving them creates duplicate versions of the same player. After the transfer, the player appears on both teams at the same time. Platform - Platform: (PC / PlayStation 5 / Xbox Series X|S) - Game: EA SPORTS FC 26 - Mode: Club Transfers Bug Description When manually transferring certain players in Club Transfers, the transfer does not work correctly. Instead of moving the player from one club to another, the game creates a duplicate player. For example: - Cole Palmer - Reece James - Moises Caicedo - Harry Kane - Jude Bellingham - Michael Olise After the transfer, the player remains at the original club while another copy appears at the destination club. This results in the same player existing on two different teams. Steps to Reproduce 1. Open Club Transfers. 2. Select one of the affected players. 3. Transfer the player to another club. 4. Save the transfer. 5. Check both clubs. Expected Result The player should be removed from the original club and appear only in the new club. Actual Result The player remains in the original club, and another copy appears in the new club, creating duplicate players. Frequency 100% (Every time) Impact This bug prevents players from editing squads correctly and makes Club Transfers unreliable. It also affects Career Mode preparation and custom squad creation. Request to EA Please investigate and fix the Club Transfers duplicate player bug as soon as possible. Players should only exist on one team after a transfer, not on both teams simultaneously.208Views2likes1CommentIssue: Current Players Incorrectly Added to Classic XI
Issue: Current Players Incorrectly Added to Classic XI Hello EA Team, I would like to report an issue with the Classic XI squad. Currently, some current/active players are included in Classic XI, even though they should not be part of the Classic XI squad. I would like to request that EA remove all current players from Classic XI and ensure that only the appropriate classic/legendary players remain in this squad. This is important because having current players in Classic XI can cause confusion and may also lead to problems when using the Club Transfer feature. Please review the Classic XI player database and remove any current players who do not belong there. I would also appreciate it if EA could check whether this issue will be fixed in FC 26 and ensure that the same problem does not occur in FC 27.14Views0likes1CommentActive Players Must Be Removed from Classic XI to Fix the Club Transfer System
Hello EA FC Development Team and EA Forums Community, I am writing to raise an urgent issue that is affecting FC 26 players worldwide. There are currently many active footballers who are still playing professional football and are registered with real-world clubs, but they are also included in the Classic XI team. Some examples include: - Cole Palmer - Reece James - Moisés Caicedo - Harry Kane - Jude Bellingham - Michael Olise - Jamal Musiala - Mohamed Salah - And many other active footballers This is creating a serious problem with the Club Transfer system. When an active player who is also included in Classic XI transfers to another club, the player can remain in the original club while also appearing in the new club. This results in the same player being duplicated across two different clubs. This should not happen. An active footballer should not be treated as a Classic XI player if that classification prevents the player from being transferred correctly between clubs. Players who are still actively playing professional football should be managed as current players, not as historical or retired players. I strongly urge EA to investigate this issue and remove all currently active players from Classic XI. Classic XI should be reserved for retired legends and historical players only. This issue is affecting players in Thailand and many other countries around the world. FC 26 players from different regions are experiencing the same problem. This is clearly a global issue that needs attention. The community should not have to wait indefinitely for a problem like this to be fixed. The Club Transfer system is an important feature, and duplicate players can seriously affect the accuracy and quality of the game. I respectfully ask EA to: 1. Investigate the Classic XI and Club Transfer systems. 2. Identify all active players currently included in Classic XI. 3. Remove active players from Classic XI. 4. Ensure that players can transfer between clubs without creating duplicate versions of the same player. 5. Provide a clear update to the FC 26 community regarding this issue. Please do not ignore this problem or leave it unresolved for a long period of time. Players around the world are reporting and experiencing the same issue, and the community deserves a proper solution. I hope EA will take this matter seriously and fix the problem as soon as possible. Active players should be available in their current clubs and should be able to transfer correctly. They should not remain locked in Classic XI in a way that creates duplicate players across multiple clubs. Please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible.570Views4likes1Comment
