EA AntiCheat is detecting EVGA Precision X1 — Could this explain my FC 26 permanent ban? I need a manual review Hello EA Community Managers and EA AntiCheat team, I am posting this because I have been trying to resolve my EA SPORTS FC 26 permanent ban for months, and I have now discovered something that I believe deserves a proper technical investigation. My EA SPORTS FC account was permanently banned after EA stated that my account had been involved in cheating and referenced the possible use of external tools/software, modified clients, exploits or other prohibited software. I appealed the decision because I have never knowingly used cheats, modified clients, exploits, coin farming tools, match manipulation software, or any program intended to gain an unfair advantage. My first appeal was rejected. I subsequently submitted another appeal requesting a deeper manual investigation because I genuinely believe this could be a false positive. NOW I HAVE FOUND SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT While trying to play Battlefield 6, EA AntiCheat itself displayed the following security violation on my computer: “EA AntiCheat has detected an incompatible driver.” The driver identified by EA AntiCheat is: C:\Program Files\EVGA\Precision\PrecisionService\KernelDriver-x64.sys This driver belongs to EVGA Precision X1, legitimate hardware monitoring/control software installed on my PC. I use EVGA Precision X1 for hardware management and monitoring. I do not use it to modify EA games or obtain any competitive advantage. I have attached a screenshot showing the exact EA AntiCheat warning. THIS IS WHY I AM ASKING EA TO INVESTIGATE MY FC BAN AGAIN My FC sanction specifically alleges cheating / external software. Now, in a completely different EA title, EA AntiCheat is explicitly detecting an EVGA Precision driver installed on the same computer as incompatible. I understand that an “incompatible driver” warning does not automatically prove that this caused my FC ban. However, considering the circumstances, I believe this is significant technical evidence that deserves investigation. Could EA AntiCheat or the Terms of Service team please verify whether: KernelDriver-x64.sys from EVGA Precision has ever triggered EA AntiCheat detections; EVGA Precision X1 could have been running when the original FC detection occurred; my sanction was generated from an automated detection involving this driver or another legitimate hardware-monitoring component; the original detection logs from my FC account can be manually reviewed; the exact executable, driver, process or behavior responsible for the original detection can be compared with the Battlefield 6 warning I am receiving today. I am not asking for instructions to bypass EA AntiCheat. I am asking EA to investigate whether legitimate hardware software installed on my computer could have contributed to a false-positive detection. I can provide: The original ban notification • EA's response to my first appeal • My second appeal • Screenshot of the Battlefield 6 / EA AntiCheat warning • Exact EVGA driver path detected by EA AntiCheat • Any additional system information or logs EA requires I have already waited months trying to resolve this. I would greatly appreciate it if an EA Community Manager could escalate this case to the EA AntiCheat / Terms of Service team for a genuine manual technical review. I am not asking EA to simply remove a legitimate sanction. I am asking EA to compare the original FC detection with the EVGA Precision driver that EA AntiCheat is now flagging on my computer. If these two events are related, then my account deserves another review. Thank you.
