cheating players

In the online Seasons mode, there are times when I am about to win a match, only for my opponent to suddenly disappear in the final minute—resulting in the match being treated as if it never took place. All the effort I’ve put into the game goes to waste. This has happened to me more than ten times. It is quite clear that those who quit in the final minute are cheating. EA needs to find a solution to this—though I’m not even sure if there’s anyone on the other end who actually cares. I even sent an email to EA regarding one such incident, including a screenshot and a video as evidence, but I never received a response. I suspect that individuals who engage in this behavior face no sanctions whatsoever. We submit complaints, but they prove to be completely ineffective. It is essential that more concrete solutions are implemented.
