[Resolved] Change the Mystery Portal Rotation, Please!
There are multiple achievements that are unobtainable at the moment (Check this post for more information about them) There are 5 achievements tied to game modes you cannot play anymore. How you used to play these game modes is when they would go live in the Town Hall Mystery Portal for a limited time. In January back in 2020, the Mystery Portal was changed. PopCap stopped supporting Garden Warfare 2 to continue development on Battle for Neighborville. To avoid shutting down the Mystery Portal, they made the Mystery Portal automated by making it rotate game modes based off of a list of what to play dependent on what month. The problem with this rotation is that they didn't include any live event game modes that have achievements tied to them. So at the moment, getting all GW2 achievements is actually impossible. (Check the post I linked above for what they are.) Current Rotation: - January: Lawn-A-Thon 1 - Febuary: Lawn-A-Thon 2 - March: Legends of the Brawl - April: Capture the Taco - May: Tactical Team Up - June: To Heal or Not - July: Rando's Rapid Revenge - August: Lawn-A-Thon 1 - September: Lawn-A-Thon 2 - October: Legends of the Brawl - November: To Heal or Not - December: Rando's Rapid revenge In my opinion, the most favorable option would be getting someone from the community to make a schedule everyone is happy with. A different solution that's automated, and easier to do would be exchanging some of the game mode repeats in the list for game modes like Cats vs. Dinos and Boss Hunt. For example, you can replace the repeated August Lawn-A-Thon 1 with Cats vs. Dinos, and September's Lawn-A-Thon 2 with Boss Hunt. All of the content with these game modes are in the game when you download it, so releasing an update that players need to download wouldn't be necessary. The only problem I see with this is that Boss Hunt has 4 different playable hunts, Brothers Gnomus, Yeti King, Spooky Squash, and Sasquatch. You would have to pick one of these to put into the rotation, but I think implementing a system that makes the game randomly pick one of them when you enter the portal to play is the best choice instead of picking 1 and neglecting the other 3.
Cheaters are killing the game
EA, why hasn't the cheating issue on the servers of "Garden War 2" been resolved yet? The cheating group has seriously affected the gaming experience of players. The daily active players of the game still remain above 1000. This game has no death penalty, and the problem of the server being attacked must be solved. If it is not resolved, the player group will be forced to switch to private servers, which is fatal to the health of the game. Please solve it immediately, please.
Plants VS Zombies BFN Switch
Any fix for this? It’s been happening to me for probably half a year. I try to connect to online and it says ea servers timed out try again, on the second time it lets me in. In the middle of playing online every single round it boots me off to the main screen and says “ you have been disconnected from the Nintendo switch online and the EA servers. You will be unable to access any online features until you sign in. Please check your network connection and try again later. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional.” I know it’s not my Wi-Fi because my router tells me I have excellent speed. Excellent connection when I did the test on my switch. It said it had excellent connection. And I am logged into my EA account, it says that my Switch is connected to my EA account. I’ve done numerous reboots, check the time it’s right check the DNS settings all of that stuff. Could it just be that my game cartridge is bad? I’ve considered taking the original purchase loss and buying the digital version for $40. I would really appreciate if someone could help me fix this problem. *Side note when I play fifa online it doesn’t do this. Only on this game*
Supporting Linux would help revive Plants Vs Zombies saga
Hello EA team, I’m a long-time Plants vs. Zombies fan and I’m really happy to hear that the team wants to revive the PvZ saga. However, I find it disappointing that Garden Warfare 1, Graden Warfare 2 and Battle for Neighborville are still not playable on Linux, even though Linux gaming has grown a lot in recent years thanks to Steam Deck and Proton. Many multiplayer games now work perfectly on Linux with minimal changes, but PvZ GW and BFN are blocked due to anti-cheat or launcher limitations. This prevents a growing number of players from joining the community. If the goal is to bring more players back, supporting Linux (or at least Proton compatibility) would be a great step forward and would help increase the active player base at no extra cost for new platforms. I hope the team can consider this feedback. PvZ deserves a bigger and more inclusive community. Thank you for your time.Missing Deluxe Content (Chick’n & Judge Z) - Switch Complete Edition
Hello. I purchased PvZ: Battle for Neighborville Complete Edition on the Nintendo eShop, but the Deluxe Content (Skins for Peas of Chick'n and Judge Z) is missing from my account.I’ve already contacted Nintendo Support (Case #260222-005199 and they confirmed my license is active. I also spoke with EA Chat (Case #238457006 , but they couldn't grant the items manually and sent me here.Could a Community Manager please verify my linked EA Account and sync the Entitlements for the Deluxe Content? I have my eShop receipt ready to provide as proof. Thank you!
Can't launch Garden warfare 2 or Battle or Neighborville
Ever since an update for both games on steam I've just been unable to launch either game. Its says that my windows verson is not supported. But when I check my updates for my computer its says nothing needs to be updated i've also tryed uninstalling the games, verfying games files, and even going into the files and checking the anti cheat installer. But nothing works if anybody has more ideas please let me know im stuck.pvz gw2-bfn crash after 1-10m of game
I launch the game, everything works, I can even play a couple of minutes in the rating, and then it crashes, no errors, nothing. I tried literally EVERYTHING (from all the basic tips like driver updates, reinstallation, etc. to checking the games of all PC components) my PC: Intel i7-8700 16GB RAM AMD RX 5700XT (in theory, it should be enough for normal games)] (gw1 works great on btw)
