Missing Deluxe Content (Chick’n & Judge Z) - Switch Complete Edition
Hello. I purchased PvZ: Battle for Neighborville Complete Edition on the Nintendo eShop, but the Deluxe Content (Skins for Peas of Chick'n and Judge Z) is missing from my account.I’ve already contacted Nintendo Support (Case #260222-005199 and they confirmed my license is active. I also spoke with EA Chat (Case #238457006 , but they couldn't grant the items manually and sent me here.Could a Community Manager please verify my linked EA Account and sync the Entitlements for the Deluxe Content? I have my eShop receipt ready to provide as proof. Thank you!why did they stop supporting the game?

-announcement by pvz fb discord- and the banning situation is worse And we're back with yet another update about the state of the PvZ shooters on PC: # SERIOUSLY, DO NOT PLAY OR STREAM GW1/GW2/BFN MULTIPLAYER ON PC. There's either a massive influx of skids right now, or they've managed to automate the process of banning random players and ruining lobbies. Since <t:1771756200:s> today, almost EVERY active lobby in GW2 has been crashed/ruined with some random exploit (such as invisible characters), and random players that were in those lobbies have gotten banned shortly after. GW1 has also been affected by random lobby crashes/player bans, but not to the same degree. If the lobby doesn't get crashed, it effectively becomes "poisoned", meaning that whatever was enabled (such as invisible characters) will stay enabled until that lobby is crashed. To make it even worse, skids can now also drag you into their private matches, rendering the game nearly unplayable if they decide to target you. And as a reminder, # IT IS NOT SAFE TO STREAM ANY OF THE SHOOTERS ON PC IF YOUR USERNAME IS VISIBLE IN ANY WAY. You WILL be targeted by skids if you try to stream.
Help upgrading to teen account
I’m playing BFN on my Nintendo Switch. It’s making me upgrade to a teen account. Whenever I click the textbox to type in an email, it sends me back to the start. I’ve done everything I can. I’ve cleared my cache, disconnected my EA account, and I even deleted my game data (i kinda regret that now but oh well). Whenever I sign back into Nintendo and try to play online, it brings me back to the same screen. Is there a way I could connect to a different EA account? I have a 2nd physical copy of the game, I haven’t tried that yet because I’m pretty sure the EA account is attached to your Nintendo account. I got this game a couple years ago and I’m not sure what EA account I used to sign in, or if it just created one when I started playing. I don’t really care about my progress anymore, I just want to play the game online. Does anyone know a solution to this?
Battle for Neighborville purchasing issue
So I bought a star-studded pack in pvz battle for neighborville but it said "Unable to process purchase" even though my money went through... It's been almost a week now and I still haven't received anything in my account... I tried EA support but that's not taking any action yet either. What should I do?HELP! PVZ GW2 Launch issue!
Need some help please! Every time I log into PVZ GW2 on my PC through EA, it just kicks me out. I get the error message when the game startup window closes (crashes). Pic attached. Does anyone know what could be going on?! I've contacted EA chat and they don't know either! Thanks!

eu comprei o jogo há 2 dias e estou tentando entrar nele hoje e não consigo, diz que fui desconectado dos servidores EA e que não será possível fazer nada até eu me reconectar. já atualizei os drivers, executei por .exe, reinstalei, verifiquei integridade dos arquivos na steam, chequei se era ban e não era, verifiquei se era a internet e não era também por que minha internet está 420 MB/s. não sei mais o que fazer. Problem with game connection I bought the game 2 days ago and I'm trying to log in today and I can't. It says I was disconnected from the EA servers and that nothing can be done until I reconnect. I've already updated the drivers, run the .exe file, reinstalled, verified the integrity of the files on Steam, checked if it was a ban and it wasn't, checked if it was the internet and it wasn't either because my internet is 420 MB/s.
