PLEASE FIX Battle For Neighborville on Nintendo Switch 2!!
I have been trying to play PvZ: Battle For Neighborville on my new Nintendo Switch 2 for the past 2-3 days and it CONSTANTLY keeps crashing!! When I load into the game, while in Giddy Park, my screen starts glitching and flickering super bad it is very bad to look at and hurts my eyes. When I try loading into an offline match of any mode the game crashes almost 100% of the time. It will close the app and my Nintendo Switch 2 will say, “This software needed to close due to an error.” Then when I go back in and try a different mode, it does the SAME THING. I don’t understand why we can’t just play the game. You guys are literally losing out on money if you don’t fix this. We need the game officially optimized for the Nintendo Switch 2, and while you’re at it, you could even update it to handle 60fps because the Switch 2 can now handle 60fps pretty smooth. Also I have heard from some other people that apparently Battle For Neighborville isn’t even AVAILABLE for purchase on the Switch 2 eShop. They locked the game so no one can buy it, hopefully that means they’re going to fix it? But I would still like someone from EA to get back to me and let me know what the situation is. PLEASE HELP! Thanks EDIT: After doing a bit more testing it’s actually worse than I thought, there were a few times where I went into the game and it would crash before I could even select a GAME MODE. Also, the few times I was able to play an entire match while the screen was flashing, as soon as the game ended, the game just crashed. Nothing I could do about it. This game DEFINITELY needs fixed. Switch is has if not the most player activity for Battle for Neighborville. It is loved and it is absolutely unPLAYABLE on the switch 2. I literally hopped on this forum just to say this. You will experience frequent crashes, even lowers graphics, and literally being launched across the map. Please fix this.

BFN and GW2 not working help!
So there was a glitch with the EA app where it was all black and I couldn't close it so I tried closing it in task manager and it just all went wrong. I don't know how to explain it but there's a glitch with the DirectX thing? I've been looking at forums, everything but it just won't work. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but it didn't work. Please help! My BFN isn't showing the DirectX glitch anymore, it just crashes. Help!Making a suggestion to make playable offline

The game crashes somewhat after the window titled "splash screen" disappears. This always happens, there is no crash report window poppin up or anything. The picture shows the last thing the game is showing before the crash. I already did the EA anti cheat install and repeairing, emptied the cache, clean booted. reinstalled every EA related thing. I genuinely need help with this, I bought a game I can't play.
