Real Racing 3 car model issue
it is been mentioned for a while but no technicians noticed that ever since the game is taken over by Slingshot,the car models keep on going unreal.the main reason is that the air intake grilles are totally sealed，the details of the cars are missing.For us players is a catastrophe to see our beloved game that we persisting is going down.we ought to prevent this from happening,i wish you working staffs can fix the problem soon and take it seriously.Best regards.
Real racing 3 additional data not downloading
I’m facing an issue with Real Racing 3 where the additional data fails to download over my 5G connection, . Despite having a stable 5G connection, the download won’t start or complete. I’ve checked my settings to allow large data downloads and tried clearing the cache, but the problem persists. My device is iQOO Z9x 8 GB ram and 128 GB rom, and I’m using 5G network on my phone. Could you assist me in resolving this issue?
Not working on Mobile Network, why RR3 is asking for wifi connection???
@EA_Barry 👉App is upto date and mobile is also new 12gb ram 256rom, snapdragon 7gen, android 14, 5g connection - 300mbps downloading speed, 100 mbps uploading speed still showing to connect to wifi, not working on mobile network, tried everything. Problem is in the application, not in the devices. Please resolve it. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

Dear Firemonkeys Support Team, I am experiencing an issue with Real Racing 3. Whenever I attempt to load my save profile or back up to my cloud save, I receive the following error message: "DOWNLOAD FAILED There was an error loading the save profile, please contact Firemonkeys support and report error code #2." I have tried troubleshooting on my end but have been unable to resolve the problem. Could you please assist me in fixing this issue? I know since the game team have switched into slingshot,the work for you guys have become more difficult.However,please change the sf90xx Stradale,the engine and its air intake grille are comprehensively a catastrophe comparing to the sf90,you need to fix its paper-like engine and the sealed grilled,this means a lot to us players and Ferrari. best regards
