FOR EA TOS TEAM , HELP ME I HAVE BEEN UNFAIRLY BANNED TWICE
To any EA Terms of Service team member reading this, I am posting here as a last resort after exhausting all other options. My account has been banned twice under similar circumstances, and I strongly believe both bans were incorrect. The first time, in January, my account was banned for coin transfer when i did not do anthing other than trading normally, i sent multiple appeals but all were rejected , after 10 days then i got a mail that my account was incorrectly flagged and they restored my access fully . Since then, I continued playing and trading completely within the rules, building my coin balance from around 3 million to 25 million through legitimate market activity. Recently, I have been banned again for the same reason, and despite submitting multiple appeals, I have received only identical automated responses with no indication of a manual review. I have tried contacting EA Live Chat multiple times and have spoken to approximately 9–10 advisors. Every single one of them has told me they have no direct way to contact the TOS team. This feels like a huge gap in communication, where players have no real way to reach the team responsible for such serious decisions—it feels almost impossible, like trying to reach the highest authority with no access. I have been playing EA Sports titles since 2017, buying every release, reaching Elite Division, and investing countless hours into this game because I genuinely love it. However, the way my case has been handled this year has been extremely discouraging. I have all proofs of my activity and trading , furthermore i have all my long term evolutions in my team as well as i have been fully invested in the game. If any TOS team member sees this, I sincerely request you to please review my account manually. I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any information needed. If there is even a single piece of evidence that I have violated any rules, I will accept the decision without hesitation. All I ask for is a fair review and a chance to be heard. Je jouais mon dernier match avant de monter en Div 5 j'ai gagné à la fin du match problème serveur ou je ne sais pas quoi je me reconnecte à ULTIMATE car je suis sorti du mode mais pas du jeu et ce n'est pas moi . Some opponents in Ultimate Team Rivals and Champions are using a cheat that makes me able to control only my goalkeeper and one outfield player, while the rest of my team becomes uncontrollable. This is not a bug on my side, and even if I leave before the match really starts, it still counts as a loss for me. Non è solo una questione di “frustrazione”: i problemi sono evidenti e, soprattutto, persistono da mesi: Bug di gameplay mai risolti Input delay e partite incoerenti Sensazione costante di partite “decise” più dal sistema che dal giocatore Esperienza online spesso sbilanciata e poco meritocratica La cosa più deludente è che sembra che queste problematiche non siano una priorità. Finché le modalità online funzionano e continuano a generare guadagni, tutto il resto passa in secondo piano. Io gioco per rilassarmi, non per innervosirmi per errori che potrebbero essere sistemati ma non lo sono. Ho provato tutte le modalità, ho cercato di adattarmi, di capire il gioco… ma dopo 200 ore è chiaro che questo titolo è stato un test, e anche fallito. Se questa è la direzione della serie, per me questo sarà l’ultimo capitolo. May you fix the AI DEFENDING in UT and in any game mode please ? Especially UT The AI defending is too OP Players don’t control their other players and they still manage to counter and defend and follow my players so accurately and that’s basically cheating. I can’t do anything and he never switches players.Only using one player to press and let the AI do it. I faced three players in a row using AI defending and lost to them, not because they are better than me at the game but because there’s this AI defending I’m talking about. Hi everyone, I’m posting here because I believe my EA account was unfairly banned. I have never knowingly used cheats, exploits, or violated any rules. My account has always been used normally, and this ban came as a complete surprise to me. I’ve already submitted appeals through EA Support, but I received the same automated response twice without any clear explanation or specific evidence of what I did wrong. I also requested a manual review, but it doesn’t seem like my case was properly looked into. They accuse me of coin transfer when i have never done that , i am a trader . i dont use any sniping bots either . my same account was banned in january for coin transfer and then after 10 days of rejecting my appeals they suddenly sent me a mail in which they mentioned they had incorrectly flagged me . I have done the same trading i was around 25 million coins on my rtg for more than a month . they banned me and still accuse me without showing me any proofs of major trades or anything. my 3rd appeal was rejected today and im getting the same automated answer without any manual review check which i have requested in each appeal.All my long term evos are on the account too and i sent them screenshots as well still they have banned me. I’m just looking for clarity and a fair review. I am using the latest version of the iOS FC26 Companion app (26.3.0). Just recently when I make changes to my squad through the companion app (in the starting squad AND the bench) and then close the app and re-open it, my changes don’t save. It just restores to the last version before the edits. Tried creating a copy of the existing squad and got an error (An error occurred and your Squad was not saved. Please try again later.). Tried creating a whole new squad with the changes I wanted, and when I try to set it as my primary squad it still shows the same error. And when I close and re-open the app, that new squad becomes empty. I attached a screenshot of the first time I got the error in the app.
