Critical AI Defensive Support Issue in FC 27
Hi EA I am writing to report a significant gameplay issue affecting player control and AI support during matches in FC 27. Since it is physically impossible for a human player to control all 11 players simultaneously, the gameplay experience depends heavily on a competent, responsive AI system for teammates not currently under manual control. At present, the defensive AI support is severely inadequate, resulting in a frustrating and unrealistic experience. Key Issues Identified: Lack of AI Defensive Support — When switching control away from a player to manage another, the now-unselected teammate offers little to no intelligent support: no auto-blocking, no tracking runs, and no logical positioning. Exposed Defensive Lines — AI-controlled defenders routinely fail to maintain defensive shape or make basic tactical adjustments, allowing opposing attackers to run through the backline unchallenged. This leads to unrealistically high-scoring matches that undermine competitive integrity. Poor Coordination Between Manual and AI Control — The transition between manual player switching and AI-controlled teammates lacks coordination, leaving large defensive gaps that opponents can exploit with minimal effort.I just want to ask whether the game planner for EAFC27 is on leave for a year.
I have been playing EAFC UT for many years (PS5), and this year I bought the most expensive ultimate version of EAFC27, but I feel particularly confused when playing this game. I don't know whether I am playing the game or this game is playing me! I have spent a lot of time since I opened my suit, playing 18 SQB games a week, playing many DR games and other tasks, but the reward is simply weak, just like nothing! I feel like a clown who has been played! In addition, evolution is obviously not as satisfactory and disappointing as 26. I tried to list my R9 (Ronaldo Nazário) on the Transfer Market. An error appeared and the game told me to try again later. I then left Ultimate Team and came back, but the player had completely disappeared. The R9 is not in: My Club Transfer List Unassigned Items Squad I also did not receive any coins from the sale. I did NOT discard or quick-sell the player. I have a video recording showing what happened. Please investigate the transaction and restore my R9 if possible. Has anyone else experienced this issue in the Rush Event Stadium 5v5? I played a match with my team and we won 4–3, but after the game ended, the results screen showed “Match Lost” and counted it as a 3-4 loss. I also managed to make it to the finals, where I was playing with CPU teammates since I didn’t have any actual teammates with me. The final ended 4–4, but the game still gave me “Match Lost.” It seems like the game is incorrectly registering the match results. A 4–3 win should obviously count as a win, and I’m not sure why a 4–4 draw in the finals is being counted as a loss either. Has anyone else had this happen? It’s pretty frustrating to make it all the way to the finals and then have the game register the result incorrectly.
THE GOALKEEPER **bleep**
For all that is most sacred, correct the goalkeepers immediately, don't make any difference whether my FUT goalkeeper is bronze level or if he is a Curtois or Donnarumma, he is equally useless in the game, every shot is a goal, low chuets into the goalkeeper's corner are an automatic goal, I have never seen goalkeepers this bad

Hello EA, I’m one of the top 300 players in the world, and I’m frustrated with two major issues in FC 27. First, Online Seasons feels scripted. Sometimes my players feel like they have a 40 overall rating: poor movement, stupid decisions, and no ability to build up properly. The inconsistency makes it feel like the game is deciding how well my team performs instead of my inputs and decisions. Second, in Clubs Drop-Ins, captaincy keeps going to players who cannot defend or handle the responsibility. This leaves everyone else at the mercy of a captain whose poor defending ruins the match for the whole team. Please address the inconsistent gameplay in Online Seasons and improve how captaincy is assigned in Drop-Ins. I got banned from using the transfer market for the entire game they said for "balance transfer". I appeal 3 times got an AI generated response saying its rejected for cheating but nothing to actually say how I cheated, when I cheated, what I did wrong or a justification for an entire ban. I move my points over from fc 26...400 of them paid for in the xbox store after the game promted me to do so. I have purchased players on the market for the gallery and sold them on just like millions of players. Some for profit some at a tax loss. This is the only market actions I have done. I lost 5000 coins on one player. Is there any way to actually get a talking response so I can discuss this with EA or do I just have to accept this and face losing £80 as there's no point playing the game if its not the full game. Any EA community manager br helpful don't tell em the forum isn't a place to resolve bans with your own AI generated reply. Have EA just scammed me 2 weeks into the game release?! Anyone have a direct email to complain? As the appeal is 1000 characters max pointlessly.
