I keep trying to launch rush on my PC and the it will get me to player selection with online teammates then after everyone selects player it says cannot connect to ea servers. I’ve seen a lot of people have this issue, I tried changing dns, messing with graphics, restarting my internet, and even trying cloudfare. Does anyone have a real fix for this? I have been wrongly transfer banned on FC 26 despite never engaging in coin trading or any form of rule-breaking. I have submitted multiple appeals and sent numerous emails trying to resolve this issue, but each time I only receive automated responses with no real explanation or investigation into my case. I have not been given any clear information about why the ban was applied, and I’m not even allowed to reopen the case to provide further evidence or clarification. This lack of communication has made it impossible for me to properly defend myself or understand what I supposedly did wrong. It’s extremely frustrating to be penalized without proper support or transparency, especially after repeatedly reaching out and making genuine efforts to resolve the situation. Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post. Rush games are so frustrating and EA are doing nothing about it. every game is 99% of the time 8-2, 10-3 etc. it’s never close this is a competitive mode which should have a skill based matchmaking involved. But clearly EA haven’t done it. also the game is now towards the end of life, and EA still not done anything about people standing around doing nothing, kicking people for say bad ratings because they don’t pass and keep losing the ball etc a competitive mode says what it is, but it’s the same rush as last year, put in a different section. Which is typical lazy EA and then you wonder why numbers are falling off big timeDisappointment
Unfortunately I have to say this, I really love the game, I don’t care how much people abuse the meta, ion really care if people are playing in ratty way, ion care if people time waste, but i will tell you what I care about , is being able to actually play the game. This game has been a disappointment to me, ion even know how to defend it anymore, yea sure I’m only a user in a million, and you prolly won’t care bout this…but man, this game servers really suck. i have never played any FC that I have experienced disconnection problems like this one. And I am not the only one going through this. this is just sad bruh…like we are already dealing with meta abusers, time wasters, people who only cutback and cross…now you are telling me I need start worrying about not getting disconnected too when I am playing an important game ? Very disappointing. I’m done complaining about this game, and I can guarantee you that this was the first and only time I have ever complained about FC, and believe me , it will be my last time as well; since they don’t really seem to care or do anything about it.
