hello guys, on January 17th, shortly after 6am, i completed the SBC for icon picks as usual. i always do them immediately after a refresh or when new ones arrive. then I completed three in a row - it was „1 of 3 Encore Icon Player Pick 87+”. two hours later, it turned out the task was incorrectly described, and EA informed us via X about the compensation i was entitled to. i see that many people have already received their player refunds but mine team is still empty, with no information, nothing. so what if someone has completed three such picks? that 165 cards after all. arw any of you also eligible for compensation but still haven't received it?255Views1like4CommentsEvolved player appeared as gold card and was submitted to sbc
Hi EA team, I have been using the Companion App on my phone, doing SBCs, I think it was either 82+x10 or 85+player pick. I have had Andrey Santos that was in my Active Squad, he was evolved to 87 rating with Intercept+. I have submitted Andrey Santos 80 rated gold card into an SBC and then the evolved version disappeared from my Active Squad. I could not locate it in my club as well. Could you please retrieve the card for me? I really enjoyed this card and used it in a lot of matches. I also spent a lot of time into evolving this player. The design applied to the card was Cornerstores so I really would notice if I have submitted that card. I check every squad before submitting. Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post.
