FC Season Tab Not Loading in Ultimate Team (Blank Screen Issue)
Hello, I have an issue with the FC Season tab in Ultimate Team. The page opens but nothing loads, it just shows the stadium background and the season rewards do not appear. This problem happened in the previous season and it is still happening in the new season as well. I have already tried several solutions such as: Restarting the game and console Deleting saved data / cache Re-entering Ultimate Team However, the problem is still the same and the FC Season page remains blank. Everything else in Ultimate Team works normally except the FC Season tab. Could you please check if there is an issue with my account or help fix this bug? For the second straight year, career mode player objectives do not count correctly in ultimate team and give the proper SP for completing 10. I have tried completing all 3 objectives including enhanced objectives, and it will often give me credit for just one. I specifically do not complete the enhanced objective and complete the other two and it still gives me just one. When I close the app I often get an extra objective counted out of nowhere. I am aware that international games do not count at all; which is a problem in of itself, but I know to automatically skip ahead in the calendar for those. I would just like to be able to complete the objective in the way it is described. Any fixes would be much appreciated.EA – WHERE ARE MY PREMIUM SEASON REWARDS?
When I logged into Ultimate Team after Season 6 launched, the game notified me that I had unclaimed Season 5 rewards. The Season 5 reward track appeared showing multiple rewards including Electrum packs and 96+ France player picks from the Premium Season Pass. I selected the first reward and the interface immediately closed. The rest of the rewards disappeared. They are not in My Packs, Unassigned, or my Club. These were Premium Season Pass rewards tied to paid content. I paid for the game, FC Points, and the Premium Season Pass. The rewards should be fully traceable in my account logs. EA support told me the problem was that I "did not claim the rewards." That is not accurate. The claim interface closed before the rewards could be redeemed. EA needs to investigate this and restore the missing rewards. Right now it feels like paying customers are simply being ignored. Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post. Hello EA, I paid for the premium season pass becaue it said I can claim the previous rewards. Now if I go to rewards to claim them it shows that I need -2925 to unlock. Yes NEGATIVE.
