Not getting wins when the opponent quits
Please can something be done about players quitting the game when they're losing and the opponent does not get the win. I play online Seasons and almost every game the opponent quits when I am in a winning position. They either wait till 80+ minutes to quit or if they're losing by a big scoreline, they will quit the game immediately and I will not get the win nor will there be a record to show I played that opponent. Sometimes they will cheat by pausing the game, do something to quit and a message will show "you have lost connection to your opponent..." Sometimes the disconnection will be immediately after you score (almost instantly) and you will not get the win and there will be no record of that game. And finally, they also cheat by stop playing after you score. The game will restart from the centre circle and the opponent will not move at all, then after approximately a minute you will lose connection to your opponent and not get the win etc. The level of frustration this causes when people are doing it almost every game is immense and I will not play online Seasons anymore until this issue is fixed. I hope EA will do something about it.
I CANNOT BUY OR BID ON CARDS BUT I CAN SELL.
Helllo, Every time i want to buy or bid on a card either on web app or console i get the message: "too many actions have been taken, and use of this action has been temporarily disabled" it has now been over 72 hours and the 'soft ban' is still present. This is taking too long and needs to be removed, I cannot play UT like this it makes it impossible. I have reached out to live chat and they have not helped at all, what can i do to fix this issue?Missing premium season pass
With the 2000 fc points I received from the ultimate edition preorder yesterday, I purchased the premium season pass on the companion app using 1000 points but this has taken the points but states I still need to purchase the premium pass when I logged into the game on my playstation
Still can’t connect
It’s been 6 days now, still can’t connect to ultimate team yet can all the other modes, have spoke to multiple people on EA chat yet no help. Seen so many post about it on the forums yet no replies with any help whatsoever, I really do hope we are compensated for this as it’s coming up to a week and we have missed so much content and games, I’ve been playing this game since 2013 and have never had any problems like this, please any help or has anyone actually solved the issue?Not letting me invite friends and not view their teams on couch play
Since the start of the game until now I’ve had this problem from the early access until now it doesn’t let me invite them even though their are like 10 of them on fifa playing and it doesn’t let me view all their teams when I try checking on couch play for some reason are their anyways to fix this. I tried to uninstall the game and redownload the game to try and play co op with my friends but it still isn’t working what should I do to fix this problem ??“Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment”
I was playing gauntlet Tuesday. Was kicked out of ultimate team. since then, whenever I try load ultimate team I am greeted with “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment” I’ve tried every single fix under the sun and nothing works. anyone has this issue?
