Missing Ultimate Pre Order Rewards
I understand that the pre order icon doesn't come until 19th from midnight but I am missing everything else also, no 2000 fc points, no second evo slot and also can't access the season pass. I'm on Xbox Series X. A response from EA would be appreciated on this please.
Ultimate Edition Rewards - No support
So I will start by saying this is a stupid mistake on my part, but does go to highlight the continued lack of support offered by EA once they have your money. Purchase the EAFC26 Ultimate edition and also having EA Play Subscription, meaning the game is playable early and I can access this today. But the phasing of the rewards mean that rewards do not come at time of playability, but at set launch points that are not highlighted on either purchase. So this is the stupid bit, though I have these I forget, keen to drive on the team and purchase the season pass out of my FC Points that came with the purchase. Stupid thing to do and forget it comes free, but felt it is an easy fix to contact support. Whilst discussing with support, not only does he say we can only complete refunds if you use real money, but also then says there is no function to refund any in game currency. Having played the game and other EA titles, that is a false statement given it is possible and has been done for an EA mistake through packs or evo for example in FC. The fact of a virtual shrug of the shoulders and cut off from a company is a consistent support response from EA, and it still amazes me this, which is a simple fix is not even remotely possible. To then top that off, when requesting to have an answer based on my feedback or an update, I am told you have to post on social media or into forums and hope someone see's it to respond. When a game's whole marketing cycle is based on the players shaping the game, do you care to support them? Or just use it as a marketing ploy based on changes you already completed years too late?
