700 packs and no TOTY
Hello EA Support Team, I am writing to share my concern regarding my experience during the TOTY event in EA FC 26. Throughout the event, I opened more than 700 packs and spent over 50,000 FC Points. Despite this significant time and financial investment, the results were extremely disappointing. I did not receive any TOTY items or players of comparable value, which made the overall experience feel unrewarding. I understand that pack openings are based on probability and chance, and I do not expect guaranteed outcomes. However, given the scale of my participation in the event, the results felt unusually poor compared to expectations for a major promotional event like TOTY. As a long-time player who actively engages with EA FC events, this experience was frustrating and discouraging. I wanted to raise this feedback with you, as I believe it is important for player experiences during flagship events to feel fair and enjoyable. No 1 toty is insane 😂
Mass False Bans for “Balance Transfer” on PC
Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post. What’s wrong with this game
Why does the game in every mode must have something that is not logical the game keeps getting worse every day especially if you are playing ultimate team mode evwryone is using a striker with tiki taka and incisive pass triggers the winger to run pass to the striker then 1 touch thru pass to the running winger you are one on one with the keeper EA your game is based on 1 main idea I wish I can refund but what is very annoying that the game was good the first 2 or 3 weeks until EA decided to patch the game And don’t forget the silver icons evolution at least you should limit those cards to silver modes only because it’s not meant for everyone to have ruud gullit that early, but every game I’m facing double ps+ evolved silver gullit card while I have the base gullit and it’s not usable because it lacks key playstyles do you know that I had to score more then 20 chip shots in 20 games to have only 5 of them count towards completing the icon swaps do you know that I want get the 10th token because it requires 10 fut champs wins and I quit playing fut champs because in this mode players abuse every game mechanic and they show so much toxic attitude give us back our beautiful game EAWeekly Objectives not Reset?
So now the weekly objectives (Play 10, Score 10 with a French player, List 10 on the transfer market, etc.) don't reset if you don't complete them all? Is this an oversight or is it going to be this way from now on? Just curious, but the rationing of SP is getting ridiculous.

I purchased the premium season pass yesterday and started the Precision Passer evolution. It incorrectly displayed that it was repeatable 50 times. This was incorrect and I could only do it 10 times. However, due to the bug, I was mislead and I applied the evolution on the wrong players first. Can I please start the evolution again?
